rewording

This line "As of September 1st, 2011, when a card is returned from the field to the Main Deck, it is not considered leaving the field" need to be reworded because this ruling "If a "Grandsoil the Elemental Lord" on the field is returned to the Deck by the effect of "Raiza the Storm Monarch", the effect that skips your next turn Battle Phase is applied".--X-Metaman (talk • contribs) 10:57, November 18, 2012 (UTC)

I would have said the opposite: When a card is returned from the field to the Main Deck, it is considered leaving the field. However, since cards do not have effects in the Main Deck, Trigger Effects will not activate. As such, returning "Reborn Tengu" to the Deck will not Trigger its effect. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 11:02, November 18, 2012 (UTC)
