About Volflame's name[edit]

Doesn't its name come up from tungsten, also known as wolfram? I guessed it because its current name, Volflame, sounds like the Greek name for the metal, which is Βολφράμιο (also pronounced like Volframio).

BTW , I think that "Cardinal" comes from Carbon , or maybe Calcium .

Also , is Metalphosis the first archetype that involves motorcycles ? It is a shame that it focuses on Pendulum and Fusion instead of Synchro ( card games on motorcycles , lol ) . Daywithoutgames (talkcontribs) 13:01, March 8, 2016 (UTC)

Volflame came from Tungsten, which is known as Wolfram in Japanese.
Cardinal meant Scarlet from the color of mythical metal named "Hihiirokane" (literally "Crimson Ore") that used to forge extraordinary metal alloys in ancient Japanese legends, which makes sense given that the other Fusion Monster "Orihulk" is also based on mythical metal ("Orichalcum"). --Blackwings0605 (talk) 15:17, March 8, 2016 (UTC)
