Orbital 4

I'm about to make a page for Orbital 4, but do I categorize it as a character? There didn't seem to be any evidence of it being "alive" like its "siblings", based on its 4 seconds of appearance. Unless I missed something. --Golden Key (talk • contribs) 00:13, February 26, 2013 (UTC)
