I have a question.

If my opponent activates Exchange (to see my hand)and then he follows it by playing Delinquent Duo (in Traditional Format), then can they "randomly" choose a card that they saw? (i.e. The most threatening card in my hand) Or is that not random?

What if they could still see my hand afterwards (with The Eye of Truth, Ceremonial Bell, etc.? Then could they do this?--GoldenSandslash15 23:00, November 28, 2009 (UTC)

There is no official method of determining random choice, but the main point is always the same: You aren't supposed to know what you're choosing if it's random. If your opponent already saw your hand using Exchange, you can change the order of the cards in your hand afterwards to make sure he/she doesn't know which card he/she chose with Delinquent Duo. (Your opponent cannot call a card by name, by the way, it must be random choice). If your hand is exposed (The Eye of Truth, Ceremonial Bell, etc.) it does not give your opponent the advantage to choose a specific card; he still has to choose randomly. One method I would use is to temporarily cover my hand, shuffle it, and lay it face-down. After he picks a card, I reveal my hand again. Long answer short: Your opponent may have the advantage of knowing what cards he's gonna pick from, but he isn't supposed to know which one it's gonna be. (PS: You can change the order of the cards in your hand at any time, especially after your opponent sees your hand.) -- Al-Malik ملك الألعاب 12:39, November 29, 2009 (UTC)
