Merge

Returned should be moved to Return, with the note that says something like "For the Technique, see: Return (Technique)"

Return is a term used in rulings and on cards, and it should be prioritised over the (currently almost unused) technique.

Probably the part on "Many deck types are no longer capable of running the "return" technique..."
