Tyranno Infinity's effect states that its ATK is equal to the number of Dinosaur-type monsters x1000.

If this is used to attack Shark Cruiser. Is Shark Cruiser's Effect activated? (Also same question as on the Rulings)

No, as it would then be destroyed by battle, not effect.
