Star Blast Summoning.

Might want to add info in the rulings that the card has neither effect if normal summoned using Star Blast by paying 1000 LP, or is that too common sense?

• Thats way too obvious since Invicil wasn't even tribute summoned. Plus, I can think of other cards Star Blast could be used for that might be much better than Invicil. Otherwise, your stuck with a 2200 effectless monster... --Sky Scourge God 20:01, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Raising this card's Level?
