Can Spirit Barrier affect monsters?

In episode 22 of GX, Jaden appeared to make it very explicit that this card does not work on "Elemental HERO Wildheart" as it affects it. Does "Spirit Barrier" affect your opponent's monsters in real life or not?Cardsknower (talk • contribs) 23:18, September 2, 2012 (UTC)Cardsknower

From what I can tell, the printed OCG lore and printed animelore are identical. So we don't need to add an animelore, it was simply a dialogue flub. Cheesedude (talk • contribs) 23:31, September 2, 2012 (UTC)
