I have a few questions.

1. Can you activate his effect while he is in the graveyard?

2. Can you use his effect and special summon him while he is in the graveyard, and if so does he count as one the dark monsters needed in the graveyard to special summon him?

1. No. Unless is specifically says on the card, you can't use effects in the Graveyard.

unless you had 5 darks in the graveyard to begin with he wouldn't have been sent to the graveyard to begin with 70.9.113.190 05:19, February 21, 2010 (UTC)
