How to change legality status?

On this page (and other pages) this card is currently listed as Unlimited in the TCG, but due to having a non-recognized set code it should be labeled as illegal. This page's wikitext doesn't appear to actually contain the legality status (at least from what I can see), so I was wondering, where is that information pulled from exactly? 2600:8805:C98E:8100:EC0E:2865:CFE8:AABF (talk) 01:23, 9 June 2023 (UTC)

What do you mean by "non-recognized set code"? The card is an official card without limitation text, and has never been listed on any Forbidden and Limited list, therefore it's legal for sanctioned play (if the current owner was crazy enough to do so for some reason). 「ディノ奴千？！」^{☎ Dinoguy1000} 11:46, 9 June 2023 (UTC)
