Archetype

No, in the manga it's a card type like Spell and Trap. In the OCG/TCG, it is a series. -- Deltaneos (talk) 20:07, September 27, 2012 (UTC)

We do not need separate articles. We just have to edit it so that it wont be treated as an archetype but a Card type ----SharkTenjo 00:06, September 28, 2012 (UTC)

Mechanics

The page doesn't mention the functionality of the Virus type. If the cards were used the way they were in the Anime in the Manga, my best guess is they can be activated from the hand like Spells or activated from the field like Traps. They would be like Quick-Play Spells but be Spell Speed 1 when activated from the hand. However, I haven't made it to the Kaiba vs Ishizu duel in the Manga yet so I don't know if Virus Cannon was used differently in the Manga. Shugunou (talk • contribs) 06:26, 28 May 2023 (UTC)
