Cost versus Effect

The current wording on the English translation makes sending "Vairon Sphere" to the Graveyard a cost to activate its effect. This conflicts with the information on the Tips page, which suggests that its effect activates whenever it is sent to the Graveyard as an Equip Spell Card. That would mean that the translation was as follows:

"If this card is sent from the Monster Card Zone to the Graveyard, you can pay 500 Life Points to equip it as an Equip Card to 1 face-up monster you control. During your turn, you can send this equipped card to the Graveyard. If you do, select 1 Equip Spell Card in your Graveyard and equip it to the monster this card was equipped to."
