This game is stupid as crap!!!!
Differences from the Anime[edit]
Can someone mention that whilst the game is set in the Battle City Tournament of the Anime, there are some very obvious differences between the two things.
Like, not including the presence of the Player himself of course:
The Player seems to replace Ishizu on the blimp as one of the duellists Joey loses to Mako Tsunami in the game, and the player gets his last Locator card from him where Joey gets his last Locator Card is unknown. The Player gets Obelisk the Tormentor by beating both Ishizu and Kaiba in the Domino Museum
Joey duels the real Marik on the blimp instead of in the semi finals, or the fake Marik on the blimp. Losing his soul The Player duels the fake Marik on the blimp instead of Joey, beating him Mai loses to Kaiba on the blimp, instead of losing to Marik.
The Virtual World saga doesn't occur - likely because of it being Anime only - Kaiba duels Marik in the Semi finals, losing his soul as well. Player plays Yugi in the Semi Finals and beats him, earning Slifer the Sky Dragon.
Player duels Marik in the finals, winning the Winged Dragon of Ra at the end of the game. Ishizu appears and takes the God Cards back from the player at the end of the game, unlike in the anime where Yugi keeps them. --109.151.236.135 (talk) 20:27, May 7, 2012 (UTC)
