Anime Adaption

Actually, none of them was an adaptation of the other. The same guy writes both the anime and manga of ZEXAL, they were just following the same storyline for the first few chapters. The manga even was released before the anime. But anyway, no, I don't think we should. Where would we add it? On Trivia? This isn't much relevant for someone who only reads the manga or just watches the anime, and if that person does both, than he/she will for sure note this.
