Not notable? A guy with over 100,000 YouTube subscribers isn't notable?

It is notable but is it really appropritate for a wiki? Its supposed to be factual and this is fan made. I understand it does have to do with Yu-gi-oh but should it really be in a wiki?--Qim1 19:02, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

While we mostly deal with official content only, we do allow some fandom information. People aren't allowed to post things they made-up on this site, but we can document things that are widly recognised among the fans. Things like beatstick, Engrish, Perfect Circle and scaling are all unofficial, but large parts of the fandom. -- Deltaneos (talk) 13:50, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

Cultural References and Ending Scenes

• Can we have, the Cultural References and Ending Scenes sections moved to the individual episode pages or just remove them and put the wikipedia links in the transcripts where they are mentioned? Expansion Plans

Hi everybody. I got some plans to improve this article and give it some more shape. The first part was to make the Overview spoiler-free, so that anybody interested could read it. Also, I've added a whole new section to comment on the humor of the series. Some parts are not as worked as others, so I may come back later to finish them. My second idea, yet to be done, is to organize all the information about Imposters and YouTube into a "Reception" section. Also, we could comment a little on the alternate videos and series (Zorc and Pals, the Dan Green videos, Cr*psule Monsters, the Council of Doom, etc.) I know the article will look very long with all this changes, but I consider it all to be for the better. Some of the video links don't work due to LK's youtube was suspended. Can someone work on that?

What happened to the Naruto Abridged spoof for April fools article?

Revver

Is there any way we can change the videos for the episodes to those used on Revver? They're higher quality, and that's where LK has been uploading them anyway... Cyberlink420 18:43, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

Well, Revver DOES have embedding links you can use when you go to each episode's Revver page.. I would imagine you would just embed it the same way you guys do with youtube videos.

Openings

It was mentioned that episodes 10 & 13 had evangelion theme and YMCA instead of Kawaita Sakebi, but what about ep 19? Didn't it have Rammstein? --195.22.191.4 19:10, 26 December 2007 (UTC)

Subtitles

Infobox image

The image currently used in the infobox is actually a flyer that was handed out at comic-con. While it does look nice, would it not be more consistant if we stuck with an actual logo? We can still include the flyer somewhere else in the article. We wouldn't use such an image in the infobox for any of the official series. Images and plot

Don't you think all of these pages could do with a pictures? I made a magazine and it isn't that colourful. Also we could do with the episode pages being like Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series - Episode 033 and the transcripts trivia? Running Gags

That sections getting really annoying. So can we delete it? Let me explain:

1. You could never list all of them.
2. Some aren't true.
3. It causes a lot of arguments.

I have no objections to deleting it, but do believe some could be reorganized into a separate section written in prose. The more significant ones such as "screw the rules, I have money!" and "In America", which are all over the internet being used by people who haven't even watched it. I agree. I notice quite a few of these running gags have only appeared once so far. Or at least not often enough to be considered "running gags".

Other abridged series?

Petition to delete the page

This page needs to go ASAP. Fan/online content must go to other wikis. YGOTAS has the same importance as current Yugituber content (Ejm progressions series and spin off). It can be entertaining/informative, but is tangential to a wiki about the Yugioh franchise. KnightTurpin (talk • contribs) 23:44, 18 July 2023 (UTC)
