I'd like to know

Idiot's page Future ruler of the world's talk 20:59, December 20, 2009 (UTC) posted: I'd like to know why the page Yami - My Antidrug was deleted. I don't care that it was. I just want to know why.

Suggestion

I'd like to suggest adding a Whatlinkshere and a "What redirects here" to this template.
For the former, something like [[Special:WhatLinksHere/{{FULLPAGENAMEE}}|What links here]] would work. I have no way to know how the "Delete" page is, but by reading Help:Deletion, I don't think it has a direct way to see what links to the page. But it probably appears at the banner after the action has been done, similar to page renames, no?
For the latter, well, by checking the list of Special pages it seems there isn't a page like that, but I think it could be useful for admins to make sure that what they are deleting doesn't have redirects pointing to it. Sure, those redirects will later appear at the BrokenRedirects page, but that takes time and this would facilitate a cleaner job, I'd say.

It took me 2 days to realize the redundancy of my request. The redirects appear at Whatlinkshere, obviously.

Though, maybe, alerting the user who deleted the page for redirects to the now deleted page may be helpful, similar to when a page is moved, it points the related pages in other namespaces. Becasita ^Pendulum (talk • contribs) 16:31, May 10, 2016 (UTC)
