The Fairies who Paint the Weather is a Solo Mode Gate in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, and focuses on The Weather archetype.

Like most Gates in Solo Mode, each Duel can be played with either the player's own Deck or a provided Loaner Deck fitting the theme of the Gate, with separate rewards for each. Completing this gate for the first time unlocks the "Artistic Angel" Secret Pack for 24 hours.

Chapter 1: Scenario[edit]

This chapter serves as a tutorial for using The Weathers.

Chapter 3: Duel 1[edit]

Loaner Deck[edit]

Use the effect of "Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen" to Special Summon Fairy Monsters, like those from "The Weather." This Deck also includes Fairy Monsters whose effects deal damage to your opponent, such as "Marshmallon" and "Athena." Use them to your advantage to push your opponent closer to defeat.

Opponent's Deck[edit]

A Deck that teaches you the basics of "The Weathers." This Deck includes the Fairy support card "Celestial Transformation" to make it easier for you to Summon "The Weather" monsters with "The Weather" Spell and Trap cards. Special Summon "The Weather Painter Rain" and use its effect to Link Summon "The Weather Painter Rainbow."

Chapter 3.1: Locked[edit]

This chapter becomes available after completing the first Duel. It can be unlocked by spending 200 DARK and LIGHT Orbs, and 150 EARTH, WATER, FIRE, and WIND Orbs.

Chapter 3.2: Duel 2[edit]

Loaner Deck[edit]

A Deck that combines "The Weather," an archetype that uses Continuous Spell and Traps cards, with "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder" and "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames," which require Continuous Spells and Traps to be Special Summoned. Your "The Weather" Spell and Trap Cards in the Graveyard can be reused with the effects of "The Weather" monsters, so you can rebuild your frontlines easily even after they have been toppled.

Opponent's Deck[edit]

A Deck that combines the Fairy-Type "The Weathers" and "Valkyries." "Valkyries" have high ATK and are versatile, so by supporting them with the effects of "The Weather" monsters, you can gain a huge advantage in battle. Use "Loge's Flame" to prevent your opponent's monsters with under 2000 ATK from attacking.

Chapter 3.3: Duel 3[edit]

  • Reward (Loaner): "The Weather Painter Rainbow" icon
  • Reward (My Deck): 200 Gems

Loaner Deck[edit]

A Deck that combines "The Weather" and "Nemeses," two archetypes whose monsters have various Attributes. Take advantage of "Nemeses" monster effects that allow you to return banished monsters to the Deck. Keep an eye out for "Archnemeses Eschatos" and "Archnemeses Protos," both monsters with game-changing effects.

Opponent's Deck[edit]

A Deck combining "The Weather," an archetype that uses Continuous Spells and Traps, and "True Draco," an archetype that Tributes Continuous Spells and Traps to Tribute Summon monsters. This Deck takes advantage of situations such as having multiple Continuous Spells and Traps of the same name to Tribute Summon "True Draco" monsters. It also makes Summoning multiple high-level monsters easy, so try Xyz Summoning with them too!
