Toei Animation Co., Ltd. (東映（とうえい）アニメーション株式会社（かぶしきがいしゃ） Tōei Animēshon Kabushiki-gaisha), commonly referred to as Toei Animation or just Toei, is a Japanese animation studio owned by Toei Co., Ltd.

Toei produced the first Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series and its accompanying film.
