Tori Meadows, known as Kotori Mizuki (観月（みずき）小鳥（ことり）, Mizuki Kotori) in the Japanese version, is a character in the Duel Terminal arcade games. This is a video game depiction of Tori Meadows, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime. Unlike many of the other characters, Tori only narrates the Duels and assists the player during their Duels.
