Tori Meadows, known as Kotori Mizuki (観月（みづき）小鳥（ことり）, Mizuki Kotori) in the Japanese version, is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Tag Force series. This is a video game depiction of Tori Meadows, a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime.

ハートランド学園（がくえん）に通（かよ）う女子生徒（じょしせいと）。

遊馬（ゆうま）のクラスメートで、幼（おさな）なじみ。

勝（か）ち気（き）な性格（せいかく）で、遊馬（ゆうま）にたびたびツッコミを入（い）れている。 内心（ないしん）、好意（こうい）を抱（いだ）いているが、彼（かれ）の精神年齢（せいしんねんれい）が幼（おさな）いこともあって、告白（こくはく）までには至（いた）っていなかった。 が、ようやく「遊馬（ゆうま）の笑顔（えがお）が大好（だいす）き」と伝（つた）えることが出来（でき）て、想（おも）いも伝（つた）わった様子（ようす）。

ナンバーズクラブの他（ほか）の面々（めんめん）が船（ふね）を降（お）りる中（なか）、彼女（かのじょ）は異世界（いせかい）への旅（たび）から最終（さいしゅう）決戦（けっせん）まで遊馬（ゆうま）の側（そば）にあって彼（かれ）のデュエルを見守（みまも）り続（つづ）けた。

デュエルで役（やく）に立（た）つことはなくても、彼女（かのじょ）の作（つく）るデュエル飯（めし）や叱咤激励（しったげきれい）が遊馬（ゆうま）づけたことは確（たし）かである。

Yuma's classmate and childhood friend.

An unyielding person, she often is the straight man to Yuma and his antics. She harbors feelings for him, but because of his immaturity, she felt unable to admit it for some time. She can now tell him she loves his smile though, and has come clean out in the open.

As every other member of the Numbers Club stayed behind, she was the only one who followed Yuma to another dimension, and she watched him over during these decisive duels.

Even if she is inept at dueling, her duel rice and her encouragement have certainly helped Yuma all the way.
