Unicorn is a small series of Beast Synchro Monsters which consist of the signature cards of Team Unicorn in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime, released in Duelist Revolution. The three monsters are "Thunder Unicorn", "Voltic Bicorn", and "Lightning Tricorn". Each has 300 more ATK than the previous one, reflecting the number of horns they have.

Playing style

As a series of Synchro Monsters that either require a Beast Tuner monster (for "Thunder Unicorn" and "Voltic Bicorn") or Beast Non-Tuner monsters (for "Lightning Tricorn"), a Deck based around the Unicorns focuses on quickly Special Summoning Beast monsters to the field to use as Synchro Material. As such, they benefit from generic Beast swarming support like "Rescue Cat", "Super-Nimble Mega Hamster", in addition to the "Melffy" and "Tri-Brigade" archetypes. "Egotistical Ape" is quite useful in this Deck due to its ability to change its Level to accommodate the other monsters on the field.
