When a Special Summon monster is banished, is it possible to Special Summon it with the effect of "Dimension Distortion" and "Dimension Fusion"?
In addition, after a Fusion Monster that is Special Summoned by the effect of "Cyber-Stein" is banished, or a Special Summon monster is banished from the hand, ect, is it possible to Special Summon it?
When a Special Summon monster is Special Summoned, if it is not a monster that must be Special Summoned to the field with the proper procedure the first time, it is not possible to Special Summon it with the effect "Dimension Distortion", etc.
