Portuguese name and lore

Hi,
The Portuguese and Korean language aren't present in the Official Database.
How am i supposed to know if the Lore is official or not ?

I was precisely writing you a message regarding this matter. You have been tagging several card articles as having an unofficial Portuguese name/lore when the name/lore was, in fact, official.
Even though they are not present in the official database, we have images of the cards. For instance, for "Ancient Rules", you have File:AncientRules-YSYR-PT-C-1E.png; for "Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Chimera", you have File:AncientGearGadjiltronChimera-SDGR-PT-C-1E.png.
Please do not tag them as being unofficial if you don't know, especially if they have a Portuguese release. The majority of Portuguese names/lores we have for cards that have a Portuguese release are official. If a card has a Portuguese name/lore but doesn't have a Portuguese release, in that case, you can tag them as unofficial.
I'd like to ask you to go through your contributions and remove the erroneous tags you added. So, if you have the patience for it, I'd appreciate.
If we do not have a Portuguese image and you would like to check if the Portuguese lore is correct, you can check Portuguese card images on this site. TCG AE?

Hi! :)
I saw you created a TCG AE gallery for Cybernetic Revolution, although there is already an OCG AE one (they both have the same pics, and the set page has links for both galleries)
So I'm wondering if that means the OCG one should be deleted? Also all other OCG-AE pages should move to TCG-AE then?

Character Section

Hi,
Am I allowed to use the "===Title===" in Character section to create subsections and organize the character ?

Page names

Hi,

I just wanted to tell you that some card pages of this wikia need a name change because of OCG names that got their TCG names or things like this:

Hi there.
Regarding "Starve Venom Fusion Dragon", we are waiting for an actual image of the card, since different official names were assigned to the card.
Regarding the others, since there is no official name for them (at least it's not pointed as a rename reason), the names that we use are the names coming from the YGOrg, so it's up to them to change the cards' names first. Becasita Pendulum (talk • contribs) 21:24, October 8, 2016 (UTC)

Vermillion Dragon Mech

Could you change the protection status of the page so it can be edited again? The official Portuguese blog confirms that the Material requirements are indeed 1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner.

I'm tempted to leave it protected.
The page confirms as much as the English one, with the exception that it looks more like a "1" on the proxy image. Besides, there's a disparity on the rarity; the English proxy notes it as Secret Rare (with a silver-rainbow color), whereas the Portuguese one notes it as an Ultra Rare.

Linked Lores

Sir, surely you must realize at this point that I'm not going to do that?

I remove every existing non-English TCG name/lore on a card's page, then I replace them one at a time, ensuring that every lore is as current as can be. That's how I've done things. When I was persuaded to stop removing unofficial names and lores, I took the additional steps to put them in their correct positions as well, because I considered them necessary (to a degree) at that point.

But I, as a matter of personal opinion, do not consider the in-lore links to be a necessary thing, and so I will not be bothered with whether or not they've been removed.

Now do what you will, but I'm not going to change my stance on this, as I have on other issues in the past.

I understand your talks of navigation, and of hard work, and of using the "show changes" button to check what I've added and removed (which I always use, merci beaucoup). I understand these things, but you are missing the important thing here.
I do not care for them. At all. What I ultimately care about is that the names and lores are current. You wish to add the links again after I've made my edits? Bien, be my guest. It will bother me, but I have never made an edit just to remove them, and I don't plan to start.
Just don't expect me to do this thing. My stance remains unchanged.

What I mean is that I do not make these edits with the intent to remove these links. Sometimes, such as the Kiwi Magician when the Movie Pack was released, I edit many pages in a short frame of time, and I don't thoroughly check to see what the edit did overall.
I don't regret removing them, mind you, but I didn't make that edit for the sole purpose of doing so, as it so appears.
To be honest with you, though, I'm getting tired of arguing about so minor a topic. Nothing you say will persuade me to change my stance on these links, just as nothing I say will persuade you to change yours.
So I implore you, either let us to agree to disagree on this, or else just block me outright. I enjoy making these edits, I genuinely do, but if it means having to continue this go-nowhere argument to do so, then I don't feel it's worth it.

the numbers pages are good but a few months ago even when i was using the next 200 and previus 200 setting and it would stay on the page i'm on like i does on the number pages it would't go back to the very start if i went to the page with the next 200 where the d's start and the pick a card to look at the go to back by using the back arrow next to the search engain it would stay on that page where the d's begain sorry for the spelling errorsMetro3 (talk • contribs) 18:12, October 26, 2016 (UTC)

University Research

Hello!

I am doing a project for university on User Experience and I’m having a look at the yu-gi-oh websites and mobile appearance in particular.

Is it possible at all to get a screenshot of the analytics of the website visitors for the past few months or an Excel spreadsheet? It’d be great to know which pages are most popular over the last year as well as where the majority of your visitors are coming from if that’s possible?

No worries if you don’t have this information. I just thought I’d ask in case you do have it.

I have posted this to both Becasita and Deltaneos as I was not sure who to really post it too as I couldn't find an admin list.

I'd be glad to help. Not sure if I'm the best person to ask for that, though. As far as I know, detailed info about statistics is something we don't have access to; only a restrict number of people have access to that and I don't know how those people are selected.
I think this list of special pages might help you a bit (if at all). As a note, you can find a list of admins here.

How do we rename pages

Only movers are able to move pages. I would need some confirmation on that before moving the pages; you should provide sources for those name changes. Well, I obviously won't trust that Wikipedia article, because you could have been the one who added the names there too and there aren't any sources presented there.
The tumblr link doesn't give me any info on their dub names.

I am not saying you were the one who edited it; I'm saying anyone could have edited it (including you). And since it wasn't a 4Kids authenticated account that made the edit nor any sources were given, I won't blindly trust it.

Nope, you're wrong. In all honesty, any admin has the right to block any user, whether there is a reason or not. So, ultimately, if an admin wants to block a random user, they can do it. The admins don't even need to have a reason. The only thing we (and all users) can't do is to violate the Terms of Use.
Even if that wasn't the case, there's no rule saying you have to receive three warnings before being blocked. Besides, you've insulted heavily at least two users, me being one of them. I don't care if you used the "f or b word"; you used the p word (interpret it any way you want), that's bad enough for me. Furthermore, I've asked you too many times to fix your signature. I ask you again. Also, there isn't any block limit rule.
In all honesty, there isn't any language policy, but I don't like when people just start shouting heavy insults, when you could have just started a discussion on the talk page. That is something you should do.
Try to be polite. This is a community; there will be divergences between users' opinions, it's only natural. If you have a different point of view from another user, either try to address the user politely (I reiterate: politely), or start a discussion on the respective talk page of the article. Yeah, I don't believe the card appeared in the episode upon looking things over. I usually create card pages quickly as people put information on the episode pages on what cards appeared in the episode, so maybe someone who said the card appeared in the episode was mistaken. Yeah, go ahead and delete that page. I know someone said the card appeared in the episode and this YGOrganization page said it, so I created the page initially. But I can't keep track of all cards that appeared, so this probably was a mistake. (Lucafriz (talk • contribs) 11:56, October 30, 2016 (UTC))
Well, I think as the episode airs, the whole bunch of us tend to rush a bit to compile a list of cards used and make new pages for any cards that debuted in the episode, so on occasion, there's some mistakes or inaccuracies. I remember sometimes when I created some card pages with the names misspelled because I was partly rushing to get the page up. Sorry about any inconvenience caused.
