If "Harpie Lady" is Special Summoned in the middle of resolving a Chain, then the effect of "Harpies' Hunting Ground" will activate and start a new Chain Link after the current Chain fully resolves.

When a Quick-Play Spell Card is activated at Chain Link 2 or higher so that "Tower of Babel" will gain its fourth Spell Counter, then the effect "destroy this card and inflict 3000 damage" of "Tower of Babel" will activate after the current Chain finishes resolving.

If "Tower of Babel" has five or more Spell Counters when finishing resolving, then the player who activated the Spell Card which placed the fourth Spell Counter will be the one who receives the damage.
- Example: "Tower of Babel" has three Spell Counters. Your opponent activates a Spell Card, and you chain with a Quick-Play Spell Card. Your Spell Card will resolve first and place the fourth Spell Counter, so after your opponent's Spell Card resolves, the effect of "Tower of Babel" will activate and inflict 3000 damage to you.

If "Zaborg the Thunder Monarch" is Tribute Summoned by the effect of "Ultimate Offering" in the middle of a chain, then you will still activate "Zaborg the Thunder Monarch"'s effect. This is because the effect is not optional and you cannot "miss the timing".

If multiple cards are removed on different Chain Links during a chain, then "Soul Absorption" triggers multiple times and chains to itself.

If a monster like "Panther Warrior" or "Dark Elf" or "Jirai Gumo" or "Insect Queen" attacks and a replay occurs because, for example, your opponent activated the effect of "Ultimate Offering", then you do not need to pay Life Points or Tribute another monster to select a new attack target. Also, if you choose to cancel the attack, then the paid Life Points and the Tributed monster are not refunded.

If "Relieve Monster" resolves and Special Summons a monster, then "Torrential Tribute" or "Bottomless Trap Hole" can be activated at this time. The Replay occurs after resolving those effects.

If you use "Relieve Monster" during your opponent's turn, then the number of monsters on your side of the field changes, so a Replay occurs and your opponent select the attack target a second time.

For effects like that of "Riryoku", "Rocket Warrior", or "Des Volstgalph" with effects that list "when it is the end of the turn", you resolves these effects according to the Turn Player's Priority.

For effects that last during the "activation turn" - like "Exarion Universe", "Spirit Elimination", and "Reinforcements" - the effect ends during the End Phase. The player chooses when to end the effect, as per the rules of Priority.

Fusion Monsters are Special Summon monsters, so they can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard by effects like "Monster Reborn" only if they were Special Summoned by the correct procedure at one time, and then sent to the Graveyard. Suppose an effect like that of "Gale Dogra" sends a Fusion Monster directly to the Graveyard, or an effect like that of "Cyber-Stein" Special Summons the monster without Fusion Summoning. Then "Monster Reborn" cannot Special Summon that Fusion Monster from the Graveyard, since it was not properly Special Summoned to the field.
