1X[edit]
- If during "Double-Edged Sword Technique"'s resolution only 1 "Six Samurai" monster remains in the Graveyard, that monster will still be Special Summoned. During the End Phase that monster will be destroyed and you will take damage equal to its ATK.
- If one of the “Six Samurai” monsters Special Summoned by "Double-Edged Sword Technique"'s effect is equipped with "Legendary Ebon Steed", during the End Phase, the "Legendary Ebon Steed" is destroyed instead of the equipped "Six Samurai" monster, and because that "Six Samurai" monster was not destroyed by "Double-Edged Sword Technique"'s effect its ATK will not be used to calculate the damage.
4X[edit]
6841: Effect Monster > Phantom of Chaos
- The effect of "Phantom of Chaos" targets one monster in your Graveyard. The monster is removed from play at resolution - it is not a cost.
- "Phantom of Chaos" always inflicts 0 Battle Damage to your opponent, regardless of whether or not you use its other effect to gain the effects of another monster.
- When you choose to have the effect of "Phantom of Chaos" disappear during the End Phase, it does not start a Chain.
6844: Spell Card > Dark Calling
- The effect of this card Banishes the Fusion Material Monsters from your hand/your Graveyard. It is not a cost.
5X[edit]
6853: Spell Card > Crystal Release
- The effect of "Crystal Release" will activate even if it is sent to the Graveyard while Set in the Spell & Trap Card Zone.
7X[edit]
- If "DNA Surgery" turns "Vanity's Fiend" into a Machine, you still cannot Special Summon, so you cannot send "Vanity's Fiend" to the Graveyard to Special Summon "Chimeratech Fortress Dragon".
- Monster Tokens cannot be sent to the Graveyard, since they disappear when they are removed from the field. Thus, they cannot be sent to the Graveyard as a Fusion Material Monster to Special Summon "Chimeratech Fortress Dragon".
8X[edit]
- While "Skill Drain" is active and you control your opponent's "White Night Dragon" because of "Snatch Steal", if your opponent attacks, then you can activate the effect of "White Night Dragon" and send "Snatch Steal" to the Graveyard. However, "White Night Dragon" will not change the attack target to itself because it changed sides. After this, a Replay occurs because the number of monster you control changed.
- If you only control "White Night Dragon" and a monster equipped with "Snatch Steal", then when your opponent attacks the equipped monster, you can send "Snatch Steal" to the Graveyard to activate the effect of "White Night Dragon". The attack target will be changed to "White Night Dragon", and no Replay occurs.
6885: Does the effect of "Armityle the Chaos Phantom" start a Chain?
- The effect "This card gains 10000 ATK during your turn only." of "Armityle the Chaos Phantom" does not start a Chain.
- After changing the attack target with the effect of a card like "Card Blocker" or "White Night Dragon" or "Crystal Beast Amber Mammoth", you cannot activate the effect of a second "Card Blocker" etc.
9X[edit]
6893: Can "Armityle the Chaos Phantom" and "XYZ-Dragon Cannon" be Special Summoned from the Graveyard?
- "Armityle the Chaos Phantom" and "VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon" can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard by effects like "Call of the Haunted" or "Premature Burial", but only if they were sent to the Graveyard after being properly Special Summoned from the Extra Deck. However, "XYZ-Dragon Cannon" has the text "This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard.", so it cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard, even if it was sent to the Graveyard after being properly Special Summoned from the Extra Deck.
- The effect of "White Night Dragon" which negates the activation of a Spell or Trap Card is not optional - you cannot choose to not activate it. It will also negate the activation of your own Spell and Trap Cards.
