About Me[edit]

Currently a bored senior in high school, looking for ways to burn off time which is how I found myself playing Yu-Gi-Oh!. Always looking for opponents, always looking for new deck styles to test out.

Who I am:

My wikiname is Swaggs, from Seattle, Washington. For some reason, I don't find a lot of people here who duel =(

Age: 17

Gender: Male

If anyone who duels lives near me, that'll make me feel a whole lot less lonely =D.

Recent pulls:

Rarest one: Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem of Honor

Secret rare mentions:

My current stats:

Most (if not all) of my duels use the 2 out of 3 system.

Summer, 2009

  • Morphtronic vs. semi-Blackwing deck with high tribute monsters and Dark Creator combo. 2 wins, 1 loss.
  • Morphtronic vs. Dark Magician deck. 2 wins, no loss.
  • Morphtronic vs. Zombies. 2 wins, 1 loss, 1 unconcluded (person had to leave).
  • Morphtronic vs. Neo-Spacians. 2 wins, 1 tie (had to end early).
  • Blackwing vs. almost pure-Destiny Hero deck with Destiny End Dragoon. 2 wins, 1 loss.
  • Morphtronic vs. Yusei deck. 1 win, 2 losses...

For Wikia[edit]

I'm currently offering tips on deck construction, testing out experimental decks and offering small tips on comboing with certain cards. For some reason, my mind works best when it comes to not very well known decks, but can't seem to comprehend all of the metagame trends that keep changing literally every day. In that respect, I'll respond to people whose decks are not very well known and gear them to be meta-ready (what a bad pun).

If anyone would like to duel me, leave a message on my talk page. I duel using MSN, but I don't quite know how to duel using IRC. Oh well, if anyone teaches me the IRC stuff, I'll duel them anytime on the IRC.

Decks[edit]

Moved decks over here. That way, it's all on one page.

Used to be a Gemini deck user but now I am waiting until Stardust Overdrive comes out. That way, all of the Gemini support falls together and then I can spend time revising the deck. For now, main deck is Morphtronic deck (no, not my Blackwing deck).

This is my variation on the traditional Morphtronic deck. The problems that I found with my old Morphtronic deck was that it lacked a draw engine to fuel itself, so I made one up for it. Broken Bamboo Sword doesn't do anything by itself, but it has support like Golden Bamboo Sword (which is essentially a Pot of Greed) and Soul Devouring Bamboo Sword (which is also essentially a Yata-Garasu). It can also be searched by Power Tool Dragon, and really shines with Morphtronic Videon upon equipping. The synergy of this deck is SO amazing, it even performs better than my old Morphtronic deck. Now this is deck which I wish to take to the tourneys. =P

Blackwing deck with my own twist since this is all I've got on me right now. To offset hand problems, I've added cards which work in the grave, but that's about all that's different from a regular Blackwing deck.

Experimental Decks[edit]

A deck with emphasis on NEX, which transforms Aqua Dolphin and Glow Moss into monsters with formidable effects. Like any other Neo-Spacian deck, the deck focuses on summoning Neos and Neo-Spacians in order to Contact Fuse into their respective counterparts. To achieve it, lots of cards are added to special summon from the grave. To send the monsters into the grave, Elemental Hero Prisma and the Dolphin cards help further the cause. What makes this deck very special, though, is the NEX support, which generate even more strategies for hand destruction for the opponent and hand advantage for myself. A cool trick is that Marine Neos does not need Neospace to stay on the field, so priority is given in summoning him. A new addition to the deck is Card Guard, which protects Neo-Space from falling apart and keeping out the Fusions longer.

Currently working on:

  • Vehicroid with Fusion and RFG support
  • Umiiruka beatdown

And whatever other random inspirations I have when I encounter them.

WDC Decks[edit]

This is a deck I submitted for WDC, and I rather like it a lot, so I'll use it in any future duels who wish to fight against it. I don't have the cards for them, though, so it'll be through YVD or other methods that I'll use to duel people. For deck explanation, go to WDC 11: Manga Madness. On the way, please also vote for the hardworking people who have also submitted their decklists, as we need as many voters as we can (don't forget about me, though).
