Belowski 2[edit]

You asked me a while ago what was Belowski's second dragoon-like monster. I've recently watched one of Doma arc episodes, and can say that the mentioned moster somewhat resembles "Diamond Head Dragon". --109.92.107.184 (talk) 21:23, April 3, 2011 (UTC)

Sorry about the rollback to this section. It wasn't intentional. Looking at IRC logs, my computer crashed in the same minute that edit was made, but I wasn't even viewing the tab I had this site open in at the time, so I have no idea how it happened. -- Deltaneos (talk) 13:55, April 30, 2011 (UTC)

Light Boy again[edit]

This has all the minor characters listed by episode appearance. Young Adrian and young Echo appear just before the "Light Boy" and regular Echo and Rick (Pierce) appear just after it. "Light Boy" and Rick also have the same voice actor. Didn't an apparition of Rick appear in Jaden's Duel against Cobra around that time? Could "Light Boy" be referring to the apparition before we knew who it was? -- Deltaneos (talk) 13:45, April 7, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Yokai[edit]

I think it's okay to assume that they are all Zombie-Type. I thought it was also safe to assume that they are all EARTH, but there seems to be exceptions to this. I think (but I'm far from positive) that the English manga replaced "Yokai" with "Zombie", which might be why they were changed here. If you think that's bad, the translators for Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist phrased the effects for a few cards like "Revival Jam" the same as their real world effect (minus the cost, in that case). -- Deltaneos (talk) 00:04, April 11, 2011 (UTC)

In that case, I, or wherever I heard it, probably got mixed-up with how they were changed in the real world. -- Deltaneos (talk) 16:29, April 11, 2011 (UTC)

Judai Yadda Yuki[edit]

I am sure that idiot didn't realize that Japanese actually put Judai's last name in first line... "Yuki Judai". Which corrected his mistake for not have "first name start with Y" yadda. --FredCat 01:09, April 13, 2011 (UTC)

I am well aware of that, but I only found that little fun that he missed the point that Judai indeed have a name started with Y. I know Yugi don't have Y in his last name, as well as Yusei. But all the matter is, Judai and Y dudes all have Y in their name at all. But yes, you got my flaw about each person's last name. --FredCat 01:18, April 13, 2011 (UTC)

about talk[edit]

I now understand that, however in the featured duels relating to Crow's duel with Greiger and Jack's duel with Carly there is writing relating to the envoy of the netherworld taking control of both Greiger and Carly respectively unless that was placed there because it played a major part with choosing to win the duel since Crow was hesitant to use his Silverwind's effect since it might destroy the souls of the people from Greiger's village. Also, when Carly was possessed, she had the chance to win, but the good part of her perhaps chose to activate the other effect instead of the effect that would have defeated Jack. Proposal[edit]

After looking on some of the character's manga profiles, I believe that they're belittled by their anime profiles such as Alexis, Chazz and Aki. So do you think it would be better to create seperate pages with their names e.g. Chazz Princeton (manga) and develop them like their anime profiles, whilst leaving links to the profiles on their anime counterparts page?

Honestly, those information are too small enough to make their own article. If you do that, it will always get Stub notice at all time. --FredCat 20:02, May 20, 2011 (UTC)
It depends on the character. I don't think Kaiser's manga section can be expanded any more than it has been, but someone like Judai or Manjoume could have viable full page. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 20:04, May 20, 2011 (UTC)
If Kaiser's Manga section is LONG enough to not be small, then it can move out of Anime's section. But for Alexis/Chazz/Aki, they stay together, due to small size. --FredCat 20:06, May 20, 2011 (UTC)
If we split them, then expanding them at the same time would make sense. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 20:09, May 20, 2011 (UTC)
The one you removed was from "Wasn't", and I asked him to get the link where he found it. I am sure you could know by check my talk page and his. To be honestly, that word he pick don't make any sense. --FredCat 11:35, May 23, 2011 (UTC)

Road Warrior or Road Fighter?[edit]

I am curious why Dub decided to put up more shit like that while the real life cards still have those stuff...? I see, "The Road Warrior", I think you're right about Anime itself. Konami is much different reason, as they included many reference with many of other cards, like battleship, numbers, design and etc. --FredCat 00:26, May 22, 2011 (UTC)

RE:[edit]

From what I can tell in its template, it doesn't. And it's not impossible to introduce a parameter that's not meant to be there.PoirotH (talkcontribs) 18:56, May 26, 2011 (UTC)

But the fact that it wasn't used until now means that it's not a really popular feature. Besides it's better to have all the attack names in one page than to have them scattered around.PoirotH (talkcontribs) 19:08, May 26, 2011 (UTC)

Just because it was intended, doesn't mean it has to be used. Personally, attack names are pure elements of the anime/manga, and I see very little use in putting it in an article about the card. The fact that many cards have differing names in the Japanese and English versions doesn't make it more appealing.PoirotH (talkcontribs) 19:19, May 26, 2011 (UTC)

I agree to that. If people show support, we keep it. If not, I'll see that it gets removed.PoirotH (talkcontribs) 19:31, May 26, 2011 (UTC)

Zero Clue of what it mean...[edit]

So I will explain to you what I can understand his meaning; "Evil Hero Malicious Fiend" is the only Fusion Monster that needs involves for its Fusion Materials.
That was such to referring that "Evil Hero Malicious Fiend" can be counting as the Fusion Material for next "Evil Hero Malicious Fiend", since he's a Fiend. But I could understand that you maybe consider that as pointless trivia or so. I am not side with him or you, as I just give you a clear idea of what it should to be. That's all. --FredCat 21:27, May 28, 2011 (UTC)

I have already asking that user for that reason why he did that. I am official not sure it should be there due to not confirmed, like Judai vs. Yami Yugi/Yugi in final episode of GX show. GX Episode 144[edit]

Hello. I've seen you worked on listing featured cards. I think some Jaden's cards are missing, which cannot be seen in the dub while Aster was holding Jaden's Deck i.e. they are removed in the dub version. I tried to identify them, but failed. Deck Category[edit]

Actually, I am not replacing archetype category with deck type category. I am just adding deck type category with archetype, so that the navbox can trigger. Without the deck type category, the navbox won't trigger and won't pop up. If you want me to stop, I will.

Thank you, for responding.

Atticus' Decks[edit]

I noticed that there is no Season 3 section. Atticus used "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" to stabilize the interdimensional portal in episode 131, and it was shown that he had a Deck (probably Red-Eyes) put into his Duel Disk. Do you think it is worth to create a new section for just one card? --109.93.24.126 (talk) 22:47, June 15, 2011 (UTC)

That's exactly the reason I didn't put it in, since only one card was shown. I wouldn't particularly object to be it being added though. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 23:56, June 15, 2011 (UTC)

KaiserCED.jpg[edit]

There's been a problem with uploading newer versions of images for the past few weeks on Wikia. Sometimes it will just show the old image stretched to the dimensions of the new one. So you were seeing the 120×90 version of KaiserCED.jpg stretched to 640×480. If you upload the image under a new filename it should avoid this problem. (I think moving the old image to the new filename fixes it too.) -- Deltaneos (talk) 02:15, June 16, 2011 (UTC)

Technically that was a new image. I saved an old version of File:HKR.jpg and then re-uploaded it under another filename. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 02:16, June 16, 2011 (UTC)

Rex Godwin[edit]

He keeps removing the images from the manga profiles of the characters, which assist the summaries and were the whole purpose of making the seperate pages. How do I undo what he did?

TheScarecrow14 (talkcontribs) 23:46, June 18, 2011 (UTC)

I put in an image of him defeating a duelist whilst his lifepoints were at 4000, and an image of him defeating Akiza and he has just simply removed them. Also he keeps editing Kalin's decks to one, when if the different decks didn't matter then surely they would simly just make him summon it on his Duel Runner.
Also about your earlier comment about Drill Barnacle, you can see it in Ryoga's hand in both the preview and when he draws Skull Kraken on the turn he defeats Yuma.

Offhand, I'm not sure. I could see that information being true, but I cannot confirm or deny it, which was why I left it in. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 22:42, June 26, 2011 (UTC)

What was this false info? Did it have to do with number 17:Leviath Dragon? if so look at the bottom of your page. I put that in there and you did erase it so...

Signature card[edit]

If Judai calls Winged Kuriboh his partner on many occasions, does it mean it should be added to the list of his signature cards or not? --93.87.194.89 (talk) 16:05, June 27, 2011 (UTC)

It's added. BTW, I have a question regarding Nightshroud (card). Should it be put to the list of featured cards in episode articles? --93.87.194.89 (talk) 17:00, June 27, 2011 (UTC)

Lore Text Color[edit]

I would suggest you to check out Dinoguy1000 (talk contribs) "Grey Text", that's where I have found the source person... who had put up the grey part in first place. --FredCat 09:45, June 30, 2011 (UTC)

RE:Images[edit]

Thnaks is the first time i upload any image.

about second message.[edit]

I am extremely sorry about that. I didn't know that and I unintentionally created a big mess for the rest of the editors. I was unaware of that rule in the duel explanation. I promise that it will not happen again and I will only edit any mistakes in the duel explanations.Cardsknower (talkcontribs) 19:32, July 3, 2011 (UTC)Cardsknower

Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon[edit]

Did it really appear in episode 13? --Aged Goblin (talkcontribs) 23:07, July 4, 2011 (UTC)

Alright. Thank you for informing me. --Aged Goblin (talkcontribs) 00:41, July 5, 2011 (UTC)

RE: Sealed forms[edit]

Apart from Volcasaurus, I actually grabbed them off a google image search, so I'm not certain on which episodes they appeared on... -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 04:14, July 5, 2011 (UTC)

Attack names[edit]

I've noticed that some of the more prominent monsters have their attack names listed on their main card pages (Stardust Dragon, Dark Magician, etc.). I see there is a topic on the forum about this, but I'm not sure what the final conclusion was. Are we leaving the attack names there or removing them? Golden Key (talkcontribs) 19:39, July 5, 2011 (UTC)

I think they should be removed as well. They were mostly added by the same individual, a new editor. Golden Key (talkcontribs) 01:43, July 6, 2011 (UTC)
If you do remove any from articles, make sure they're listed on attack name and, if not, add them. ダイノガイ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 06:05, July 6, 2011 (UTC)

Re: M-Force[edit]

It was placed face-down at the begining of the episode and later destroyed by Storm Neos' effect. When it was destroyed, only a part of its artwork was seen. However, the shown artwork strongly indicates that it was M-Force. --Aged Goblin (talkcontribs) 00:59, July 8, 2011 (UTC)

OK. I'll do it immediately. --Aged Goblin (talkcontribs) 01:08, July 8, 2011 (UTC)

Gig-Anto[edit]

The kanji literally translates to "ant soil." But it's read as "giganto," based on the katakana. We can put whichever one of them, but I think "Gig-Anto" is more suitable, and the translated version should be translated by the kanji, which means "ant soil." MadRest 10:32, July 15, 2011 (UTC)

That portion of the name doesn't use katakana. The furigana/ruby text is hirigana, which is just showing how the kanji is pronounced.
"", "" and "" mean ant, rock and soil. ("Ant soil" might be a compound translation.), but in Japanese they're normally pronounced "あり" (ari), "いわ" (iwa), "つち" (tsuchi). This card says they're to be read as "ぎ" (gi), "がん" (gan) and "と" (to), which is the Chinese pronunciation of "蟻", "岩" and "土".
The base text in Japanese names is usually the meaning, while the furigana is the pronunciation. But they're not always a straightforward match. (See Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - Ride 013 and Yu-Gi-Oh! - Episode 096 for examples.) In cases like these, I think it's best to note both translations, but use the furigana one as the main translation.
So yeah, I'd use "Giganto" (or "Gig-Anto" or whatever) as "trans" and "Ant Rock Soil" (or "Ant Soil" if it's the compound translation) as "altname". I wouldn't bump it to "trans" just because that parameter is unused at the moment. -- Deltaneos (talk) 20:05, July 15, 2011 (UTC)

UNTRUE EDIT[edit]

Hey Cheesedude, it is actually number 17: Leviath dragon, go on the official yu gi oh site, look up products, then go to tins and one will specifically read"Number 17: Leviath Dragon".Oh and Revise Dragon was the japanese name.

Sun[edit]

Hi, Cheesedude. I began to list Judai's cards seen in the background in season 3 ending theme. However, there are some cards which remained unlisted. Could you take a look at the ending theme and list the remaining cards which you recognize? The list is on my profile. --Aged Goblin (talkcontribs) 13:20, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

I checked the ending theme again, and marked cards which still remained unidentified. Look at this page. Those cards are marked wit a red frame. As for the second picture there, it looks like a second(?) "Hero Barrier" and "Change of Hero - Reflector Ray".
PS. There is also a scene where Judai, Sho, and Kenzan are shown drawing a card. I made out which card Sho drew - "UFOroid", but didn't succeed for Judai. Could you try to make it out? It seems to be an Effect Monster. --Aged Goblin (talkcontribs) 21:43, July 19, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for your help. I'll add the decklist and those cards to corresponding articles. --Aged Goblin (talkcontribs) 13:36, July 23, 2011 (UTC)

About edit to Yusei Fudo[edit]

I noticed you deleted the trivia information on that page. I do not understand why you said nobody would care about that since every main male protagonist except Yusei so far has at least two girls that have a crush on the character. In 5D's only Akiza had feelings for Yusei and no other girl shown in the series is shown to have feelings for Yusei. You may think it is useless trivia but if this was the case then there would not be anything special about Yusei that makes him unique from the other main male protagonists so far.
