Way too many banned cards in your Exodia Deck

All I can say, Way, way, way, way too many banned cards in your Exodia Deck. Some cards you have are only Limited to 1 per Deck in Traditional Format but completely Forbidden in Advanced Format. You tried winning a game with that, you'd be out of a Tournament faster than you could say, "Shadow Realm".

My Decks are geared in case someone wants to enter a Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournament, so they won't get themselves disqualified.

Proposals for your Exodia Deck

First off, you can replace all these multiple banned cards with something like:

• Pot of Greed x3 --> Hand Destruction x3
• Graceful Charity x2 --> Defense Draw x2
• 2x Swords of Revealing Light --> Messenger of Peace and Pot of Avarice
• Magician of Faith, Witch of the Black Forest and 1 other Sangan --> Mystic Tomato x2 and Mirror Force

You can also include cards like:

• Backup Soldier x2
• Morphing Jar
• The Shallow Grave x3
• Malice Doll of Demise
• Ectoplasmer
• Revival Jam
• Jam Defender
• The Dark Door
• Card of Safe Return (for use with Malice Doll of Demise and Ectoplasmer or Revival Jam and Jam Defender)
• Dark Eruption (to retrieve Exodia the Forbidden One from the Graveyard, if it gets sent there)
• Deep Diver (to move an Exodia piece to the top of your Deck)

And Deck-thinning cards are a must. There are not too many cards like that in your Deck. You can use cards like:

• Nimble Momonga x3
• Giant Germ x3 (summon 1 with Mystic Tomato
• Hyena x3
• Emissary of the Afterlife x3 (to add more Exodia pieces to your hand)
• Giant Rat x2 (to draw and summon Momonga and Hyena faster)

You should also include cards like Judgment of Anubis and/or Magic Jammer, to protect your Spells and Traps, should someone use Heavy Storm.
Also, you can focus on Suicide strategies, since most cards activate their effects when they're destroyed in battle.
Use these strategies, and your Deck should be balanced.

Neos Deck

I don't use all of them, I use about 90-100 cards in the main deck and all of my Fusion and Synchro Monsters. I'm playing with the Old Rules of Yu-Gi-Oh! by the way. Your Crystal Beast deck isn't as good as mine, it's way better than mine. How do you have the Fortune Telling Witch cards?

The main channel is #wikia-yugioh on Freenode. The duelling channel is #wikia-yugioh-duels. How it works is you have your Deck at your computer and your opponent has their Deck at their computer. You play your cards where you can see them and call out your moves to your opponent, who can't see them. You need to memorise what cards your opponent has in play, but you can also ask what they are if you forget.
