Toon World name

Hi! Were you trying to solve why Toon World, for instance, doesn't work? It's still not working. I can't understand why. Everything seems to be in place, right? Pendulum (talkcontribs) 22:58, January 25, 2016 (UTC)

It's a bug with Semantic MediaWiki. If you look at Special:Browse/Dark Magician, for example, it lists a lot of information stored on the "Dark Magician". If you look at Special:Browse/Toon World, most of that isn't showing up.

Everything about the page content on "Toon World" does indeed seem to be in order. I'm not sure, but I think the problem is in the database, where an extra record has been added for the "Toon World" page. The code gets confused and tries accessing the buggy record.

I haven't properly fixed the problem, but I've at least updated card name to work, even when this problem arises. There'll still be a other places where information for "Toon World" won't show up correctly.

-- Deltaneos (talk) 23:35, January 25, 2016 (UTC)

Wow, this is really interesting! I was actually looking for some info on it, thanks! It's indeed weird.
That database you are talking about, is it accessible by you, Admins? Or is something out of your reach? For instance, if the page for Toon World gets erased (not moved), and then recreated, will that had an extra record to the database while the previous ones are kept there (like if they were zombie archives)? In that case isn't there a way to just delete those problematic records? Pendulum (talkcontribs) 23:58, January 25, 2016 (UTC)

Only the Wikia devs have direct access to that database. We've contacted them before when similar problems happened with other pages. I don't know the details, but I don't think they were willing to try directly changing the database. Probably too risky.

I just remembered that admins have access to a special page, where we they can run a function to "repair" the database. It used to take a few days to run. I've clicked it, but it's either not working or just not showing the progress bar like it used to. -- Deltaneos (talk) 00:29, January 26, 2016 (UTC)

As for deleting and restoring the page onsite, it looks like UltimateKuriboh already tried that. -- Deltaneos (talk) 00:35, January 26, 2016 (UTC)

Oh, that's really unfortunate. This will make Wiki's run towards perfection harder than I thought.
Hum, it says the page got deleted and then recreated. What does recreated mean exactly? Does it mean it was deleted and then restored (it does say 183 revisions restored) or if you delete it and then create a new page but with the same name, it will appear as recreated?
Sorry if I'm being too insistent, I like to understand the stuff. Pendulum (talkcontribs) 00:51, January 26, 2016 (UTC)

Sorry for the delayed response.

I don't see the word "recreated" in the linked log. Did you misread/mistype "restored"?

But yes, the distinction between "restored" and "recreated" is pretty much as you described:

 • Restored: The page is brought back in a state it was before it was deleted. The original editors and times that the edits were made are all kept intact in the page history. ("183 revisions restored" means 183 page edits were brought back, which was all of them. It's possible to leave out some revisions when restoring a page, if necessary.)
 • Recreated: A new page is made with the same name. And the page history starts afresh.

-- Deltaneos (talk) 21:06, January 27, 2016 (UTC)

No problem, man.
Yes, I misread mistyped it, sorry. But my suggestion keeps the same.
Maybe if the bug/glitch is allocated within (or dependent on) the page, maybe erasing it completely and create a new one would work. I understand a lot of information would be lost, though. Pendulum (talkcontribs) 21:16, January 27, 2016 (UTC)
And mistyped again. Pendulum (talkcontribs) 21:23, January 27, 2016 (UTC)

That rogue record for "Toon World" is pretty stubborn. It continues to exist in the database, even when the page is deleted on the wiki. ("Toon World" shows up in queries, even when deleted.) So deleting isn't succeeding in getting rid of it. Creating a new page is unlikely to change that. The only thing left to do is wait for a response from Wikia staff. -- Deltaneos (talk) 21:42, January 27, 2016 (UTC)

Ah, I see. I'm not aware of those "nuances", sorry.
Now that we are at it, there's another weird thing happening. For instance, Sky Iris Gallery has the header of the galleries as "SMW::offSky IrisSMW::on". Why is this happening? Pendulum (talkcontribs) 22:03, January 27, 2016 (UTC)

There was a nowiki being applied to the name. That was causing it to display code that should otherwise be hidden. It's also what was causing Japanese names to show all the ruby markup. I've taken the nowiki out, which fixes those two problems. But the reason it was there in the first place was to fix cards with "=" in their name, like "Damage = Reptile". A different fix will need to be put in for that. For now, at least it's only one page that's broken. -- Deltaneos (talk) 23:11, January 27, 2016 (UTC)

I think I've managed to fix it for all pages; let me know if you spot anything that looks broken (missing names, code being displayed, etc.), if a null-edit doesn't fix it and you've confirmed that the name in question is actually present on the card page itself. ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 02:09, January 28, 2016 (UTC)

Yeah, if the region name is not on the page of the card, nothing will be displayed. I guess that's not a problem?
But apart from that, everything seems to be working fine.
Thank you, guys. Pendulum (talkcontribs) 11:21, January 28, 2016 (UTC)

Yep, with the exception of Asian-English (which falls back to English), if a given name isn't on the card page, nothing will be displayed in the gallery. There's probably an argument for having everything fall back to English instead of just Asian-English, but that would require using a different template (since the template used to display the localized names, Card name, is also used elsewhere where a fallback would be inappropriate). ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 12:34, January 28, 2016 (UTC)

Thanks for handling that. -- Deltaneos (talk) 20:08, January 28, 2016 (UTC)

Tokens

Should there be individual pages for Tokens like Token (Duelist Festival 2016), where the only unique feature is the logo it has? --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 15:52, February 6, 2016 (UTC)

I wouldn't think so. It doesn't look any different than other cards with alternate artworks. -- Deltaneos (talk) 00:52, February 10, 2016 (UTC)

Manga card list

Can Manga card list be edited to specify Ranks for Xyz Monsters instead of Levels? As of right now, they simply display as "Level: ???", as seen here. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 22:11, February 16, 2016 (UTC)

Updated to show the Rank with the alternate star symbol (☆) for Xyz Monsters. -- Deltaneos (talk) 00:00, February 17, 2016 (UTC)

The Eye of Truth

What did you mean by this edit? In the manga, the Spell only seemed to last for 1 turn, since Yugi was unable to discern Kaiba's "Crush Card Virus" strategy the next turn. Also, it's treated as a Normal Spell in the GX manga as well. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 04:01, February 22, 2016 (UTC)

I was creating and updating the card articles, while leafing through the manga from beginning to end. When "Eye of Truth" first appeared, we only saw its artwork. Without actually checking the later chapters, I filled in the property, based on what I thought happened later, but I thought wrong. -- Deltaneos (talk) 19:55, February 22, 2016 (UTC)

Japanese Wikia

Just to tell you something regarding that forum thread about the Japanese Wikia: Well said! Just to give you my support. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 00:39, March 1, 2016 (UTC)

Thanks. Although I did type it on impulse. I'm slightly worried I may have been a bit harsh. -- Deltaneos (talk) 01:14, March 1, 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, I understand. But coming to this Wiki saying another Wiki should be improved and that the admins should to this and that while that user did nothing, may be a bit harsh too. Especially for a guy like you, who has been here for more than a decade working hard. It could annoy me too. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 10:17, March 1, 2016 (UTC)

About the thread...

I want to say thanks for saying that in the thread. It really did put my mind into the right track, and I started working on improving the JP Wiki. If you mind seeing the start I did here(Please take into mind that the most reliable translation tool I could find was Babylon. I could use a human translator because...well, my family's struggling to pay bills): http://ja.yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/PREMIUM_PACK_6

I'm planning on a massive overhaul project called Project Duelist. It's going to be either a needed hit onto the JP Wiki, or a massive failure. Hoping it's the former.Psukeo (Talkity talk talk) 16:42, March 1, 2016 (UTC)

Factbox

Hey! Could you give me a brief explanation on the factbox, please? I've read about it, but I don't quite get it. Sometimes it appears, but not always. And some times has some red links on it, other times it doesn't. Should I hide it every time I see it? If so, should I edit a page just to hide it? What info can I take from it? Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 20:41, March 8, 2016 (UTC)

Brief explanation...
It lists information about the page that can be used to help find that page and display its information on other pages.
Long explanation...
It lists semantic information about the page. You can also see such information at Special:Browse/page name. The information can be used build automatic lists and display content from one page on another without having to type it all out manually. e.g. Special:Browse/Amazoness Chain Master lists "Amazoness" as a value for "Archseries". If you want to see all articles tagged with "Amazoness" as an archseries, you can type this into the page editor: She also has "1500" as a value for "ATK". And other cards have their own value for it. If you want the results to tell you the ATK for each card, you type: List of "Amazoness" cards uses a more complicated version of this.
Sometimes it has read links...
Similar to everywhere else, a red link means a page doesn't exist. If you see it on the left hand side, a page doesn't exist for the property. If you see it on the right, the value is a link to a page that doesn't exist.
Should you hide the factbox...
This is a bit hard to explain. Very long values, such as most lores will replace the middle with "…". e.g.
Draw 3 cards, then, if you … ctivate]] 1 "Sylvan Charity" per turn.

Normally, that's okay, but in some Japanese names <ruby>Japanese name here</ruby> becomes something like <ruby> … by>. When you have an opening tag <ruby>, but no closing tag </ruby>, it can break the structure of the page.

Hide Factbox is used to stop pages breaking by removing the factbox. As a long term fix, it's really a poor solution. They should ideally all be hidden by default or all be visible without breaking things.

-- Deltaneos (talk) 21:50, March 8, 2016 (UTC)

Thanks for the long explanation. I prefer it than the brief one. I just didn't want to make you lose your time. But thanks a lot, man!
Red links on the left side are normal to appear, then? If I see one, what should I do? Try to create it by looking at similar ones, or report it to someone more experienced?
And I guess the conclusion is that I should hide them every time? Because they appear when... Well, when something is not right, but hiding the factbox, somehow, fixes it? Is that it? Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 22:05, March 8, 2016 (UTC)
The red linked ones can be seen at Special:WantedProperties. It's best that they get created by people understanding of the different datatypes and when to use them.
Only hide them if the page is broken as a result of their presence (example). Hiding every single one individually is pointless, since it's possible to turn them all off at once, if desired. -- Deltaneos (talk) 01:07, March 9, 2016 (UTC)
Alright!
Ah, that page was like that for a while after I edit it. I didn't understand why, since I believed I did nothing wrong. I noticed the giant factbox with that cluster of words, though, but was unsure if I should hide it. I purged the page and null edited it and it kept weird. But after a while it was normal again, which only confused me more. I even pointed it to Cheesedude, since he was around.
And ok, got it! Thanks again, for the explanation. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 10:08, March 9, 2016 (UTC)

Set prefix display

Hey Deltaneos! The prefix at this page isn't displaying. But I guess that's because neither a release date nor a database id was given, right? However, the prefix line displays, even though it doesn't display the prefix itself. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 16:22, March 20, 2016 (UTC)

Yes. It shows the prefix for each language, when there is something in the infobox to indicate it has been released in that language.

The reason there's a blank cell is because the cell only appears if it is not empty. Normally "empty" means no text or HTML is output. But it turns out assigning properties Special:Browse/Kids WB Duel of Destiny promotional card (in this case "OCG set prefix" and "TCG set prefix") count as making something not be empty. I'll see about making those two properties only get assigned when the set is indeed OCG or TCG. -- Deltaneos (talk) 16:49, March 20, 2016 (UTC)

It's probably a side effect of when I was monkeying around with the set prefix code in Infobox set (and wouldn't be the only one; I've had to fix three or four other things I inadvertently broke then, too =D ). I think I've also seen at least one case of a bare "-JP" code in the infobox, but don't remember where (I think it was on the article for an unreleased promo, though). ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 16:57, March 20, 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, now it's not displaying the cell. But if I change that to | en_prefix = EP1, the same problem will happen. It will display the cell, but with no content.
And if a particular prefix is specified (like | en_prefix = ), couldn't it make it display, even though a release date or database id isn't given? Like in this particular case. The set doesn't have a release date nor a database id, but it does have a known prefix. So if I specify | en_prefix = EP1, couldn't it display the cell with the corresponding prefix? I'm not sure if I was clear.Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 17:10, March 20, 2016 (UTC)
Ah, I see you added the release date, Dino. But the prefix is still not showing. But I keep my suggestion, in case other sets in those conditions exist. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 17:13, March 20, 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, your suggestions are how it's meant to behave. I think Delt's still working on it, though. ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 17:15, March 20, 2016 (UTC)
Ah, alrighty, then.
Sorry for making you guys always changing tiny stuff like this. But I will keep notifying you of these problems.
And, Deltaneos, one question for you: why do you use a div style instead of colons to indent? I know div style may be more useful in some cases. But why on this conversation?Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 17:25, March 20, 2016 (UTC)

; and : at the start of lines are used to create description lists in MediaWiki. ; goes before a term. : goes before a description related to the previous term. Although a : visually creates an indentation, a machine reading the page, will think the comment is a description for a term that hasn't been provided.

When you use :, you have to put all your comment on one line or use another :, so you don't have the freedom to properly separate paragraphs.

I sometimes use :, if I'm felling less-motivated for applying proper semantics. -- Deltaneos (talk) 17:42, March 20, 2016 (UTC)

Cool, didn't know that. Fair enough. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 17:49, March 20, 2016 (UTC)

I think I've gotten these issues fixed, and I took the opportunity to do a bunch of other work I've been wanting to, so please let me know if you notice any new problems anywhere, Beca.
One of the changes I made is to fully support Japanese-Asian cards with the ja_prefix and ja_release_date parameters; to add a JA release to a set page, you'll have to change the current ja_prefix / ja_release_date parameter(s) to jp_prefix / jp_release_date first. Feel free to make that change on other set pages as well, too, since at some point all of them will be getting changed. A few other parameters can be similarly changed: es_release_date / es_sneak_peeksp_release_date / sp_sneak_peek, es-lat_release_date / es-lat_sneak_peeksp-lat_release_date / sp-lat_sneak_peek, fr/de/it/es_release_date / fr/de/it/es_sneak_peekfr/de/it/sp_release_date / fr/de/it/sp_sneak_peek, and ko_release_datekr_release_date. (There's probably one or two more I'm forgetting.) Let me know if you notice any other parameters that you think should be changed like this, or if you think of any other changes you'd like to see. =) ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 03:05, March 21, 2016 (UTC)
Hey, lots of changes, nice. I see the changes you made to the HERO Strike Structure Deck, I'll guide myself from there and here. And I condensed the dates there because on the official site the date for the Italian release was the same as the others.
And I've added lots of | medium = parameters around and they are redundant now. I'll have to look for them one of these days.
Alright, don't worry, I'll let you know, as usual heheh.
But I won't be around as much during this week, though. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 13:17, March 21, 2016 (UTC)
Ok, I updated the parameters at the Duelist Alliance page. Could one of you guys check it to see if I missed something, please? And the factbox is displaying, but the page doesn't appear to be broken to me, neither on the Wikia skin nor with the Monobook skin. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 13:35, March 21, 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, I checked some sites for the date after uncondensing the parameters, and they said Italian was released the same day as the other European releases, so I reverted myself.
I added a tracking category for those cases when I updated the behavior of medium; they should all be listed in Category:((Infobox set)) transclusions with unnecessary medium now.
It looks good to me, I think. And the factbox displaying isn't a problem, only if its content causes the page to break. I don't think I've ever seen a set page broken by the factbox. ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 16:09, March 21, 2016 (UTC)

The new movie

Hey Deltaneos. Could you put an eye on the user Scoutpower1, please? That user has been adding info about the movie without providing a source and has removed Citation needed you just added. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 01:00, March 29, 2016 (UTC)

Sorry to bother you again, Deltaneos, but could you give a look to the the Mani, Sera and Aigami pages, please? High Priest of Darkness

I don't have them, but I'll reserve them from the library and check. From memory though, I don't remember his name changing, but I could be wrong. Which one is the literal translation from the Japanese? (I assume that we'd go with the one that is the literal translation in that case, right?) Point-to-Point Transfer

Hello Delta, Omega here.

About your removal edit on the page regarding Ra's ability, I don't understand why Yugi's combo cannot count as evidence. Atem wasn't holding back on his Duel with Yugi at all, as he stated multiple times. To say the idea that he simple just "didn't" do it would mean that he was holding back.

In every episodes regarding Ra, that ability wasn't ever used on an opponent's turn. And Atem not using it during his duel with Yugi, with the Magnet Force combo, would be the best confirmation on that it simply cannot be used during an opponent's turn. Hope I am not sounding rude. I just want to understand better on the matter. Also, I hope I am doing this talk thing right. Never did this before.

Omegaxis1 (talkcontribs) 22:15, April 23, 2016 (UTC)

It's okay, you're not sounding rude. There is the chance he didn't think of it, even if it may seem obvious. It wouldn't be the only instance of a character not making the best move available to them.
Although, I would naturally assume that monsters' effects that aren't done in response to anything can only be used on the controller's turn, unless stated otherwise. -- Deltaneos (talk) 23:46, April 23, 2016 (UTC)
Okay good. And sorry about the extra heading. No idea how that ended up happening. Anyways, we're talking about Atem here. He's not one to forget something in the spur of the moment. Original KoG after all.
It might usually be obvious, but this one is the most unique because it is the only Egyptian God ability that can't be used on an opponent's turn. Oblisk and Slifer's abilities have been used on either player's turns. Frankly, Obelisk's abilities are by far the most confusing. Its either destroy all monsters, deal direct damage, or gain infinite attack points. But going back on topic, those abilities have been shown to be able to be used during an opponent's turn, so I felt that maybe the info about Ra's Point-to-Point Transfer ability being unable to be used during an opponent's turn needed to be pointed out.
Omegaxis1 (talkcontribs) 23:57, April 23, 2016 (UTC)
Real-world skills do not directly correlate to in-universe skills. Fictional characters, among the best at the game, make moves and Deck-building choices that in reality would be considered obvious mistakes. Like in the manga Kaiba seemingly not noticing he could use his face-down "Negate Attack", rather than threaten suicide if Dark Yugi attacked. Dark Marik discarding everything he had for "Rope of Life", with seemingly no way of knowing he would draw and be able to use "Card of Last Will". Plus Atem is only limited by what the writers think of. If they oversaw something, there's no way he could have thought of it. I might be overthinking this?
Regarding the Egyptian Gods' abilities
 • "Slifer": The ATK/DEF cutting effect is one that triggers when a monster is Summoned, not something activated by the controller. It's only natural that it would work on both player's turns.
 • "Obelisk": I've looked through the manga and it's only ever used on the controller's turn, except when used through the effect of "Soul Taker" and it only has the effect of raising the ATK to infinity. The anime added the other two effects and the only instance of it being used on the controller's turn that I can find is in Pyramid of Light when Kaiba was Dueling the simulation of Yami Yugi, but that seemed a bit ambiguous. Am I missing others? -- Deltaneos (talk) 14:48, April 24, 2016 (UTC)
During Dark Yugi's Duel against Yako Tenma in Yu-Gi-Oh! R, Kaiba explicitly said that the Soul Energy MAX effect of "Obelisk" can be activated during the opponent's turn as well. Scheepybird (talkcontribs) 18:14, April 24, 2016 (UTC)
Wait, he had Negate Attack? Never mind. But I think I get what you are saying. Even if I have videos and such, there are no conclusive mention that it can or can't happen, so all that can be said is what the effect does, and saying when it can or can't be used is basically speculation, not a real fact, even if the speculation might very well be true. Is that what you are saying essentially? Omegaxis1 (talkcontribs) 17:48, April 25, 2016 (UTC)

Omegaxis1 (talkcontribs) 21:48, April 25, 2016 (UTC)

Pretty much. That's not to say that everything that isn't explicitly stated is unquestionably considered speculation. There are reasonable ways of determining what effects cards have, based on how they are used. I thought in this particular case, it was too presumptuous to say a character not doing something at a opportune moment meant that they couldn't. Others may disagree.
Do you still think it's worth including the text that I removed? You don't have to feel pressured into saying "no". I am of the opinion that it could only be used on the controller's turn. And Scheepy has now confirmed that "Obelisk" could be used on both turns. -- Deltaneos (talk) 00:36, April 28, 2016 (UTC)
To be honest, I feel like its something that should at the very least be noted, even as some trivia section written as a speculation. After all, we've seen Ra's other effects be usable on either player's turns, and saw the other Egyptian Gods able to use their effects on any turn, but Ra's Point to Point Transfer never being used during an opponent's turn is a unique thing, and could be noted to be one of Ra's weaknesses. After all, individually, all the gods share weaknesses, but when they are all together, they should be nigh unstoppable in the anime. Yet if Yugi used a combo that actually worked, then Ra not being able to counter that with Point to Point Transfer is a very important detail to be added. These are just my feelings on the matter, and I hope you can consider them.

Pharaoh Atem page

Hey Deltaneos. Could you take a look at these changes, please? I've been keeping an eye on that user and their last contributions have been either reverted or strongly changed (some of them even by you). And I'm not the best person to evaluate those changes and since you have edited that page recently and are way more into the anime than me (I think), I thought about recurring to you. The thing that called my attention the most was the removal of the favorite_food argument and its reference. I found some places stating that the info that was there previously was correct, but I can't be sure if those are reliable sources and I would appreciate some help.
I apologize if I shouldn't take this approach. If I shouldn't, please warn me, thanks. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 17:19, May 1, 2016 (UTC)

Anime,Anime

I'm trying to figure out why certain card pages Choas Distill have "Anime, Anime" in the first nav box when I assume that it's supposed to be just "Anime" based on the Dark Magician. Chimera-gui (talkcontribs) 18:30, May 1, 2016 (UTC)

It's a bug that can affect pages that have been renamed. The page gets treated like it is two pages. So the word "Anime" appears once for each page.
It is fixable by blanking the page that's being listed twice, renaming it to something else, undoing the rename and undoing the blanking.
I've fixed this instance. Thanks for letting me know about it. If you see any other cases, you can let me know. -- Deltaneos (talk) 18:47, May 1, 2016 (UTC)
I will, thank you. Chimera-gui (talkcontribs) 22:33, May 1, 2016 (UTC)
I noticed that The Winged Dragon of Ra (original) appears with "(original)" visible in the Egyptian God nav box when neither Slifer nor Obelisk have this for their originals. Is that another bug like what happened with Chaos Distill? Chimera-gui (talkcontribs) 04:33, May 3, 2016 (UTC)
It's a different issue. "Slifer" and "Obelisk" lack the "(original)" because their pages are connected to the pages for their legal counterparts, in such a way that the "gallery", "appearances", etc. pages are shared. "Ra" recently had that relationship removed, so it could have separate errata pages:
I've updated the page so it will use the unbracketed name, without sharing those links. -- Deltaneos (talk) 22:01, May 3, 2016 (UTC)
Okay, that'll be good to keep in mind if Obelisk or Slifer ever need to need to have Errata split as to avoid this issue altogether the second time around.

Uh oh, now Toon World is appearing twice in the Toon navbox. Chimera-gui (talkcontribs) 23:27, May 3, 2016 (UTC)
It should be fixed now. At least on queries it's only appearing once, instead of thrice. If you see queries where it appears more than once, try purging the page first (by adding ?action=purge to the end of the url or by pressing "Refresh" under the "Edit" button). However, it completely disappeared from the Archeseries Navbox. But I hope that's just a matter of time until it shows up. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 10:54, May 4, 2016 (UTC)
Thank you, Beca. -- Deltaneos (talk) 22:26, May 7, 2016 (UTC)
This is also happening with Crystal Beast Emerald Tortoise, various Amazoness cards, Elemental Hero Neos, Rise of the Sacred Deity, Performapal Rain Goat, Hundred Eyes Dragon, Twilight Rose Knight, Des Feral Imp, Suijin, Kazejin, Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord, Time Maiden, Level Retuner, Follow Wing, Raidraptor - Fiend Eagle if you're interested. Chimera-gui (talkcontribs) 03:50, May 16, 2016 (UTC)
If you see a card page that has "Anime,Anime", just go to that page and do this and then this.
If you then go back to another page for that card (like the main article instead of the anime one) and you still see "Anime,Anime", purge the page first. If after that, it still persists, you can contact someone. Thanks for reporting all that. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 10:27, May 16, 2016 (UTC)
Okay, I'll remember that the next time I see that glitch. Thank you. Chimera-gui (talkcontribs) 17:27, May 16, 2016 (UTC)

"City (song)" → "City (composition)"

Is it needed to change all the instances of it, or, in this case, it's not relevant? Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 21:47, May 1, 2016 (UTC)

They should all be updated. -- Deltaneos (talk) 21:54, May 1, 2016 (UTC)
Well, it seems they were all already taken care of. Ok, next time, I already know what to do. Thanks. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 22:03, May 1, 2016 (UTC)

Category sortkeys

Just to let you know that I added a sortkey to the Korean Structure Decks Special Edition pages (you can find them under the sub-group "Korean" of the group "Structure Decks" at Template:Special Editions). The Category:OCG Special Edition promotional cards was a bit messy, so I thought it would be better to have them sorted in a better way. But since this is a decision I decided to make without consulting anyone and since this is not a trivial and obvious decision (I think), I thought I should warn you. If you don't agree with this decision, let me know and I'll revert my edits to remove the sortkeys. Legendary Collections

Why did you delete the galleries for the German and Italian Legendary Collection 2: Mega Pack sets, claiming they don't exist when they actually do exist? http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Legendary_Collection_2_Mega-Pack Same goes for the French, German, Italian and Spanish galleries of Legendary Collections 3: Mega Pack. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Legendary_Collection_3_Mega-Pack Here is proof for the Spanish set since it's hardest to find evidence of: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/File:ValkyriontheMagnaWarrior-LCYW-SP-SR-1E.png http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/File:BeckoningLight-LCYW-SP-UR-1E.png The rest can be confirmed easily by a google search. Fensterhoff (talkcontribs) 11:06, May 4, 2016 (UTC)

Sorry to jump in again, Deltaneos. I hope this doesn't become a habit, I don't like to do this.
Fensterhoff, the pictures you are providing are 1st Editions, whereas the ones Deltaneos deleted are Unlimited Edition galleries.
After some search here on the Wikia, I couldn't find any picture of Unlimited Edition cards for non-English LCYW nor LCGX sets. (Though they may exist if they are incorrectly named or a rare one that escaped me, but I doubt it.) After a quick search on the internet (emphasis on "quick"), I couldn't find any evidence they exist. If you have any evidence of their existence, please share it. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 11:46, May 4, 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, I just deleted the Unlimited Edition galleries. Before deleting the pages, I checked with the guy who created them and he couldn't any evidence of their existence at the time either. -- Deltaneos (talk) 22:26, May 7, 2016 (UTC)

Deck articles

Hey, Delt. I know we kind of talked about this on Skype, but I wanted to bring this back up. Its from years ago, but I never forgot about it and always did intend to start making Deck articles once all the manga and anime card pages were up. We're at that point now aside from some OP/ED cards, which I intend to slowly get through once I start grabbing images. So what's changed since this conversation? Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 16:24, May 5, 2016 (UTC)

I'm okay with their existence. It's just been a while since I've been motivated to work on them. Is there anything needed template or aesthetic-wise? -- Deltaneos (talk) 22:26, May 7, 2016 (UTC)
I can't think of anything off-hand. Aside from the card effects, basically all relevant information is presented (and obviously the effect wouldn't fit).
Some articles seem to split on how cards are ordered. Do non-physical monsters go at the very end of the list or at the end of the monster portion of the list? Furthermore, I've tried to standardize pages (but may well have missed some) to order cards like Equip, Trap-Spell and Virus after Spell and Traps. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 00:18, May 8, 2016 (UTC)

Deleted files

Just want to thank you for deleting all the trash I make. Not only for the ones you are deleting now, but also for the ones you have deleted on the other days.
Probably starting tomorrow, I'm going on a rampage on the Starter Decks. But I'm probably going to start from the last one, so I won't find any incorrectly named pics for a large while, giving you a break. Thanks again! Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 22:19, May 8, 2016 (UTC)

DSOD pictures

Where did you obtain the photo of Yugi giving his graduation speech in DSOD? Do you know of an online copy of the film? —This unsigned comment was made by ALoverOfOUAT (talkcontribs) 11:12, May 14, 2016‎ (UTC)

I got it from this blog post. I think they're scans of a booklet people could purchase at screenings, but I'm not 100% sure. -- Deltaneos (talk) 13:20, May 14, 2016 (UTC)

Bakura rename

Hey Deltaneos. I changed some instances of the old name to the new name. But not all of them, because I wasn't sure if it should refer to his main page or if it should be pointed to other page of him (like the manga one (that I realized only later) or something) and because I also thought such pages could use some cleanup or something (but I'm not the guy to do that, since I'm not on par with some info regarding the manga or video games, etc.). I also didn't change video games stuff, because I don't know how he is addressed there (respectively for each game). Using the bot kinda limits me on that. Finally, I didn't change pages where I would only change non-displaying text (except some pages, though), because I'm not a big fan of editing a page just to change an instance of something that is not even being displayed and that, in the end, points to the correct place. Oh, and I didn't change the "User" nor the "Forum" namespace.
Concluding, just to let you know that there are still some instances floating around. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 22:28, May 17, 2016 (UTC)

Thanks. I'll take a look at the others. -- Deltaneos (talk) 22:33, May 17, 2016 (UTC)

Bakura Renamed

Why is Ryo Bakura being changed to Bakura Ryou? Just because most of the other characters call him by his last name does not mean that his true first name in the English version is not also "Ryo" or even "Ryou". Sure, in Japanese, in you feel you don't know a person well enough or you are giving them respect, you call that person by his or her last name. However, there are quite a few examples that make it possible to undo the edit of Bakura's "new name". First of all, everyone but Mokuba calls Seto Kaiba by his last name, but you are not changing his name to "Kaiba Seto"; (and even two other reasons this is important is that it is similar to the Japanese reason of Mokuba being the only one who knows his older brother well enough to call him by his first name, and that Yugi and Atem call him Kaiba in respect just like in Japanese as well). Another very important reason would be how in episode 82, when Yugi/Atem and Yami Bakura are the first finalists in Kaiba's Battle City tournament, Roland calls Yugi by his full name, Yugi Muto, but only calls his opponent as Bakura; however, in all the other duels, Roland calls all the duelists by their full names, with even Joey as "Joseph Wheeler" instead of just "Joey Wheeler", and so it would be very illogical that Roland called Bakura by his first name instead of simply calling him by his last name because he did not know Bakura's full name--just imagine if Roland called Seto Kaiba "Seto" instead of "Kaiba".Mistystar31 (talkcontribs) 02:25, May 18, 2016 (UTC)

just to save Deltaneos the effort. see the talk page of the article in question.
Dread (talkcontribs) 02:33, May 18, 2016 (UTC)

Okay, I read the talk page of Bakura's article to save Deltaneos the time and effort. I still think Bakura should be left as "Ryo Bakura" or "Ryou Bakura" (I don't really care about the "u", just like in "Yugi Muto" versus "Yugi Mutou"), but just because "Ryo" was never mentioned in the dub doesn't mean that it's not his first name in our anime version, and the official website has both never mentioned others' names and made mistakes before. Now, after all this time that the show has ended, regardless of the upcoming movie, his name is going to be changed?! Oh, well; there's the trivia book as well and it's the Admin's choice. Unless some other site comes up with conflicting information, there's nothing any of the rest of us can do.Mistystar31 (talkcontribs) 05:27, May 18, 2016 (UTC)

Kaiba is not as a close friend of them as Bakura, I guess. But look at it like this:
Yugi Muto is the host of Yami Yugi (not Yami Muto). Marik Ishtar is the host of Yami Marik (not Yami Ishtar). So, Yami Bakura is hosted by Bakura Ryou. That's how I look at it.
And if this is going to trigger another discussion, it should be moved to Bakura's talk page. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 09:54, May 18, 2016 (UTC)
There's been a notice on the top of the Bakura page for nearly seven months, saying that it's been suggested that the page be renamed and inviting people to discuss. I acknowledged the official website and the talk page discussion in the summary I gave when renaming the page.
I gave my reasons on the talk page, replied to the points given by the people who disagreed, invited the people who disagreed to come back to see if they still disagreed and withheld from renaming when there was still a fair degree of opposition.
I don't like to close a discussion when there isn't a massive majority on one side, but this one had been open for a very very long time and a decision had to be made. Some of the people against were now in favour or indifferent and I tried to take the logic of both sides into account. I know I can't be totally unbiased in doing so, but we didn't have a neutral mediator.
I can accept that you disagree with the current name. And I would have liked if you (and anyone else interested) had added to the discussion, in the months before the rename.
I can accept that I may have been wrong in renaming the page. I would be willing to move it back in future, if necessary, or let someone else make the final call next time. But if we allow a discussion to be reopened immediately after it's closed, the discussion is potentially endless. I think it's fair to say the discussion can be reopened in any of the following circumstances:
 1. Multiple editors think the discussion was unfairly resolved.
 2. Substantial new evidence/arguments have been brought forward.
 3. A significant amount of time has passed. (I'm not sure how long we should make that.)
I know you didn't really get a chance to comment the first time around, but the notice was there for nearly seven months.

Content Moderator

Hi Deltaneos. I'd like to request Content Moderator rights. Now, before you turn down on me immediately, let me ask you to please keep reading. Please.
I'm requesting this here, because you are a bureaucrat, so you're the one (besides the Founder) who can grant that and there is no page for requesting this. I'm requesting this because I would like to have access to the delete tool, especially for files. If you check my deleted contributions, you can see I tag lots of files for deletion (I guess that's what the page is for, right? I've read this, but I can't be exactly sure). Though I suspect you already knew that. I think I never tagged anything for deletion that didn't end up deleted (I may be wrong, though). I mean, without counting with several files that still are floating around.
I know (or, at least, it seems to me) the Yu-Gi-Oh Wikia doesn't really "implement" the Content Moderator rights. But, well, I'm suggesting it nevertheless.
Another thing is; I still didn't forget I misbehaved outside of here (I suppose you've heard about it, right?) and that some users may have some concerns about me. If so, I would like to be addressed so we can solve those issues, because I would really like to keep doing stuff here and keeping evolving. I have, as you know, mover and rollback rights (check). I also have access to AWB. As far as I know, I never misused nor abused any of those rights (if I did, please point me to it. If I ever do, I really wish to be alerted for it immediately; I don't like to make things wrong).
Lastly, I'm requesting this now, because there seems to be lots of fake/fan-made files around. I ask you to please check this conversation I started with Golden Key. And since I don't like to have false information being displayed (especially on such a great Wikia like this one), maybe I could give a hand more easily. Though on that particular matter, I've been trying to replace the fake files with legitimate ones, but some are really hard (or even impossible) to find. At least at a decent rate. Another thing is that I'm also correcting the region of release for DLG1 and RP01. That means I'm renaming all the files ("EN" to "NA"/"EU", respectively) and as you've probably noticed, if I have JPG files to rename, I'll just re-upload them as PNG, since PNG are preferable (and the number of edits to do either is exactly the same), making several JPG floating around, meaninglessly.
So, I'm aware I'm asking too much. Be direct, don't ignore this, please. Do give me a negative answer without any problem, no worries (I know it may be hard sometimes). But please, think about it and discuss it with other people. I would sincerely appreciate your (and everyone's involved) attention. Thanks! Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 18:37, May 23, 2016 (UTC)

"Another thing is; I still didn't forget I misbehaved outside of here (I suppose you've heard about it, right?)"
Well I haven't. Can you please go into detail? --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 22:03, May 27, 2016 (UTC)
Yes. I insulted two users at the YGOrg foum in the beginning of December. I involved myself in a discussion and went too nuts. It was pretty ugly. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 22:08, May 27, 2016 (UTC)
I'm not familiar with your off-site activity, beyond that it exists and what you've said above. You have five months of frequent editing here and you strike me as very eager to obtain userrights, even ignoring this request. I'm not saying I see malicious intent. It's just often a sign people aren't ready. I'll admit my immediate thought was a definite no, but casting suspicions aside, I struggle to see why not. In the five months, you have made helpful edits and shown no evidence that you will abuse. Ultimately I feel too uncertain to give a yes and will say no.
I asked a few others off-site. I'd rather not speak too directly on their behalf, but they generally feel unsure to "no".
For images, galleries and lists, I think the NA, EU and AU abbreviations should be used in conjunction with what is actually printed on the cards, LOB-001 (NA), LOB-E001 (EU), LOB-A001 (AU), LOB-EN001 (EN), rather than where they were released. A lot of the pre-Soul of the Duelist Booster Packs had their SET-### versions sold outside of North America. So using the release region logic, should use "EN". But many were later re-released as SET-EN###, which should also use "EN", giving us a conflict. Going by what's printed on the card should future proof us if they ever release an AST-EN###, for example.
Unless I'm mistaken, despite being marketed as a Europe-exclusive, Retro Pack has also been sold in North America in Walmart, which would make it an "EN", by all accounts. Although the latter release might not be counted as an official distribution.
-- Deltaneos (talk) 14:06, May 28, 2016 (UTC)
It's fair enough. I completely understand, I'm still too of a rookie. My sincere thanks for putting your attention into the matter, Deltaneos. And I greatly appreciate your honest reply.
If you have any suggestions for me to improve in any way, please let me know!
As for the image naming, I think I'll disagree. Not because I already made the changes (I made them due to this conversation), but because it feels more correct to name them according to their region of release.
You see, it started because I changed the gallery and the list to (in that particular case) "EU", since it's European only. Since it was only released in Europe, why should it be treated the same way we treat Worldwide English releases, especially when there is a standard way to treat European only releases? So I made it. I then, and only then, addressed an admin with it. I got green light to go with my idea forward. This way, the boilerplate was now labeling the list and the galleries as "European English" or "North American English", including the categories.
After a day, or something, I realized that the OCG-TCG card image was pointing them to the "EN" gallery, since the pics were labelled as "EN". And now we have a problem here. Should that part of the file name reflect the region of release, or should it reflect the index written on the card? After some thinking, my conclusion, and what I think it would make more sense, even for a matter of congruence, was that that part of the name should reflect the region of release (and the image policy states, and I quote, "LN is a two-letter abbreviation indicating language/region.", though this can be ambiguous). Because not only makes it work in harmony with the templates (all of them, I believe), but also due to those old cases. Take the file CurseofDragon-SDY-DE-C-UE.png, for instance. If I understood your idea correctly, shouldn't it, for a matter of congruence, be renamed to "CurseofDragon-SDY-G-C-UE.png", since "G" is what appears at the card?
Regarding those sets you mentioned, I confess I haven't thought about them. I'll put some thinking into it when I have more time. Those could be a problem, indeed. I was even trying to come up with templates to generate the set lists and the galleries automatically (check them, if you are interested, I appreciate any help), and those sets could also be a problem for that.
As for RP01, what I heard is that it was European-exclusive, even though some American stores imported it. I don't know anything precise, besides what UltiK told me.
Lastly, I can revert everything and put it back as it was, you just need to say. Thank you very much again for all the attention, Deltaneos. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 17:51, May 28, 2016 (UTC)
Ok, I took a look to those pre SOD sets. I understand what you mean, but, let's take, as an example, AST. We have it documented as being released in North America only. Sure other stores around the world may import it, but if it was made to be sold in North America only, it should be documented as a North American product. And that's how we have the English version of AST. We don't have it as "NA" in the list/gallery, but as a "Worldwide English" release on its front page. At the individual card pages, the set also appears under the na_sets parameter at CardTable2. That means that if they ever re-release the set as AST-EN###, then we should document that new release as "EN" and as "Worldwide English" and put it under en_sets, similar to how it was done with IOC, DCR, etc..
That means no clash ever. Much like there was no clash at IOC, DCR, etc.. Or are you saying AST should be documented as being released Worldwide? Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 12:08, June 1, 2016 (UTC)
I don't think AST-### was officially North American only. If it was, I'm not certain, but I think, its cards would not have been allowed in European or World tournaments, unless there were more readily available prints of the same cards. We have some AST cards, which had yet to be reprinted, such as "Enemy Controller", listed in Decklists from the 2005 World Championship. Also, it has French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish prints released the same day. I think German and Italian, at least, are only officially released in Europe. While it's not unheard of for cards to be released in Europe in languages, other than English, e.g. Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Card Almanac promotional cards, I don't think that was the case here. (I know that's a lot of "I thinks".)
Similarly, I believe IOC-### and DCR-### were released worldwide. Labelling them as "NA" avoided conflict when they were released as -EN###. Although, I wouldn't be as confident with these two being counted as official releases. Unlike AST, they used the "For U.S. & Canada" stamp and did not have simultaneous French, German and Italian releases. -- Deltaneos (talk) 20:42, June 2, 2016 (UTC)
Huuum... That tears my arguments apart. So does that mean AST-### is a Worldwide English release? So the "Ancient Sanctuary" (re-linking to facilitate navigation) page needs to be changed to reflect it, since it's pointed as "North American", right?
You're right. "Enemy Controller" was used in that World Tournament, when it was only reprinted in 2005-10-20 in Dark Revelation Volume 2, which is posterior to the aforementioned tournament.
Do you want me to undo all the changes I made, then? I made changes to Retro Pack, Dark Legends, War of the Giants: Round 2, War of the Giants Reinforcements, Clash of Rebellions: Special Edition and Dimension of Chaos: Special Edition. I think I'm not forgetting any. All of those use "EN". Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 22:15, June 2, 2016 (UTC)
Continuing this derailed discussion to Region policy. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 04:47, June 3, 2016 (UTC)

Manga panels

Is there any chance you could reupload or keep the black and white manga panels? The color ones are really garish at times--compare this panel to this panel, for instance. The B/W panels also tend to be larger and more detailed than the color ones, and the line art is clearer. Lalalei2001 (talkcontribs) 03:26, May 25, 2016 (UTC)

It's possible to get much larger versions of the colour images. You can see the file history for that image and compare. I think the colours came out cleaner, in the bigger one. e.g. on Bakura's clothes. Does that address the concerns you had? -- Deltaneos (talk) 16:20, May 28, 2016 (UTC)

Hey, Delt. Is there a way to add notes in multiple parameters. It doesn't seem to be working right now. Thanks. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 15:36, May 26, 2016 (UTC)

Weird glitch

Hey Deltaneos. Sorry to bother you with this, but something very weird happened. I was trying to rename and move three files using the queue. And I got the js window saying the file couldn't be moved. I got the message for the three of them. And then the queue froze. And now we have this:

Basically, the image went to the target page, but the rest (code and history) stayed. I purged the pages and nothing happened. If you check my logs, it seems they were moved. But if you check my contributions, only one was. I unchecked "Leave a redirect behind", for the record, even though if you click on the original path name, it will have the ?redirect=no.
I don't know if this is just a cache problem now. Thought it should be better to report it to you, I don't know more what to do and I can't move them again because a page already exists with that name, even though the page doesn't exist, technically. And I can't move the page where the picture is back, because that page doesn't exist. I just don't know what to do more. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 00:14, May 31, 2016 (UTC)

Strange one. I didn't get the warnings that the page already exists when I tried moving them. They're okay now. -- Deltaneos (talk) 00:24, May 31, 2016 (UTC)
Could that be because you are an admin or something? The warning did say to contact an admin.
Anyway, thank you very much! Now I need to put them on the right place. I hope the queue works now, since I won't be using it to rename the page, but just to update the links. Thanks again! Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 00:29, May 31, 2016 (UTC)
Could be. Although, normally I'd at least get a warning saying the page exists and asking if I want to delete it. In similar cases in the past, "delete and move" would fail because the target page did not exist, as far as that action was concerned. -- Deltaneos (talk) 22:27, May 31, 2016 (UTC)
Ah, interesting. The wikia has some curious nuances. I don't know, it was a very weird glitch. It just reminded me of a "splinching".
The change on the file names above was not intentional.
And, by the way, since we are talking about glitches and such, several Special pages seem to be crashing. I can't access the Search one. Nor the SearchByProperty. They go straight to blank. The Upload and MultipleUpload are also breaking. The former uploads the file, but then, instead of going to the file page, goes to blank (stays at ?action=submit). The latter uploads some files and then just blanks (doesn't reach ?action=submit), without uploading all the files. Though if I wait several (2~5) minutes, the remaining files eventually get uploaded. Don't know if this is out of your reach, though. But any ideas on why this is happening? Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 22:49, May 31, 2016 (UTC)
Upload worked for me and opened the page for the uploaded file for File:Hirutani's torture chamber.png.
For MultipleUpload, I got an internal error. I didn't have to wait that long, but probably because I uploaded fewer and smaller images.
I heard that the Wikia developers temporarily disabled search because it was causing instability. They are working on a fix. The others might be related. -- Deltaneos (talk) 23:08, May 31, 2016 (UTC)
The Upload worked fine for me on this last wave of uploads as well. I now used MultipleUpload for two files and it also worked perfectly. I just won't risk much for now.
Ah, that explains it. Alright, thank you, Deltaneos! Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 23:20, May 31, 2016 (UTC)

Multiple upload

I was wondering if it would be possible to increase the number of entries. I've read this, so I know it's possible. But would you be willing to increase it? Because I have, at this moment, 53 "Mystical Space Typhoon" to upload. That's 6 MultipleUploads.
And regarding the other day, when I told you it was breaking; I think it was my fault, because I had two of those pages working and I had other pages loading the editor or publishing my edits and also had several Upload working at the same time. At the time I didn't think it was that, but then I tested again and without as many pages open and it worked fine, so I guess it was my fault.
That means, I don't know if there would be any consequences in increasing the limit of the MultipleUpload page. But I leave the request nonetheless. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 22:15, June 2, 2016 (UTC)

In Multiple Upload version 2.0 and earlier, there was a variable staff could change to set the maximum number of files per upload.
In version 2.1, which we are using, that variable gets overwritten with 40 for staff, 20 for admins, 10 for autoconfirmed and 5 for everyone else. A strange update, if you ask me. The numbers should have been kept configurable.
The most recent version works a bit differently and has no upper limit. I don't know if staff have interest in rolling this out or what level of testing is needed beforehand. -- Deltaneos (talk) 21:27, June 3, 2016 (UTC)
Hum, I see. Yeah, why would the customization get downgraded? Anyway, no worries.
As for now, I'll just upload the MSTs in parts. I now have exactly 85 to upload. I'll just do it through several days, maybe. It'll be fun, I always like a good challenge.
Once again, thank you for the attention, Deltaneos. Sorry to bother you this much. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 22:17, June 3, 2016 (UTC)

Region policy

[Continued from Content Moderator]
Current Konami policy states that TCG cards in products that aren't made available to all TCG regions, are not legal for the regions they weren't distributed in. Example being the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL World Duel Carnival promotional cards not being legal in North America, yet being legal in Europe. However, it doesn't seem UDE necessarily followed that same policy (Page 2, section A-5). I say this in context of the AST example.
Also, I prefer having the region code for the Set Card Galleries and card images match their "official" region distribution for their corresponding product. For things like Retro Pack, I don't believe their distribution in North America was an official distribution. The pack was marketed as a European-exclusive product, and Dark Legends (a North American-exclusive product) was released shortly afterwards, with almost identical contents (I only compared the set lists briefly). I believe that sort of thing is made possible when retailers pull the products from their shelves and sell them to other parties that make them available in other retailers. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 04:47, June 3, 2016 (UTC)

Ah, nice. That UDE sheet is something I was looking forward to find.
My arguments still stand, then. I still think the galleries/lists/card images should be named according to the region. Like I said above, the templates will work with them and it's a matter of being more organized. I hate disorganization.
But if so, this means several pages need to get changed, like the Duel Terminals galleries/lists/card images. They should all be changed to "NA". Dark Revelation Volume 4 as well, etc..
Besides Ancient Sanctuary problem (that now seems to be more solved (even though this doesn't exactly prove it was North American only)), I don't see any place where it would be possible to have conflict.
Deltaneos, I requested UltiK's opinion on this matter, since (at least my idea is) he is more acquainted with this kind of stuff. I hope you don't mind. I should have started a discussion on this on the Forum or something, to get more projection. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 09:47, June 3, 2016 (UTC)
Still about this topic, I found this. It follows the same criteria as I was proposing, even though it has been like that for quite some time. The cards don't have a region index, but it's a Worldwide release. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 10:36, June 4, 2016 (UTC)
