Elemental HERO Aqua Neos[edit]

Thank you for drawing my attention, I was able to updating it with my experiencing of use Bold and Italic on the words difference. --FredCat 02:48, March 22, 2012 (UTC)

I am aware of that - most of the time, I never bold/italic comma or dot unless they are added or removed. So far, Errata Article hardly have those added or removed unless new sentence was adding. For now, Bold/Italic is only method that Delta can accept due to color difficult - which is known as "Color-Blind". But I can't blame you for not doing that part... If it's not your job, then just left it be. --FredCat 03:17, March 22, 2012 (UTC)

Typo in Errata[edit]

You did very good job put them up, but you did making a little silly mistake as in Murmillo's article by missing W in "When" and misspell "if" as "is". But I fixed them and bold them up. So advice from old errata editor (I used to be one); Be sure to watch the spell and have them proofread. It'll be easier to reduce the silly mistake like that. Thank you for doing your job, keep it up! --FredCat 14:40, March 22, 2012 (UTC)

RE:Effects or Abilities[edit]

I do agree that effects are ot the only thing in this game that allow you to reveal a card, i.e Koaki Meiru. Some Cost do allow the player to reveal, but I can't think of any Conditions that allow the player to reveal a card.  HHT   - (Talk to the Turtle) 05:47, June 26, 2012 (UTC)

Card text don't do anything. The word "abilities" is not a technical term, it would confuse a lot of people. If you want to say "Effects and Costs", then say "Effects and Costs".  HHT   - (Talk to the Turtle) 08:41, June 26, 2012 (UTC)

FYI, Banishing monsters to Special Summon monsters like Chaos Sorcerer are Costs for their Summoning Conditions.  HHT   - (Talk to the Turtle) 08:50, June 26, 2012 (UTC)

Errata Poster[edit]

Wow, you sure very busy this morning (it's just 8 AM in my area) with many Errata Articles... Just remember to bold the difference between Lore 0 and Lore 1 as well as italic the difference between Lore 1 and Lore 2. Full word is absolute requirement to cover up. --iFredCat 12:01, September 21, 2012 (UTC)

New Images[edit]

Be sure to replacing all Structure Deck images in the place of old one you have creating/updating the Errata Articles. It would be easier if you just copy/paste the latest version over them. Keep up a good work! --iFredCat 12:21, October 19, 2012 (UTC)

Someone don't like your idea...[edit]

... Well, gotta shoving his head in the toilet and flushing him, could you? --iFredCat 16:33, October 25, 2012 (UTC)

Indeed, I gotcha - my first language is also not English, it's actually American Sign Language (conversation using the hand sign/shape) --iFredCat 17:32, October 25, 2012 (UTC)

RE: Dynamic Navigation Box[edit]

I'm sure Dinoguy1000 (talk contribs) has mentioned that we are moving away from using the Dynamic Navigation Box many times in his edit summaries as well as removing them from the cards by effect properties pages. It'll be better to ask him why we should not be doing that. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 09:48, November 4, 2012 (UTC)

PSCT[edit]

Dlamash, you're not applying PSCT to cards that haven't yet received an errata, are you? Because it's been agreed we're not going to do that. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 17:06, December 28, 2012 (UTC)

I see, thank you. But it would be ideal to wait in these instances until the images have been uploaded onto the site to make the changes to the card pages. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 17:29, December 28, 2012 (UTC)

As he told his son, "Patience is a virtue". --iFredCat 18:14, December 28, 2012 (UTC)

Errata[edit]

I am not sure about what you said but there are only two different errata on the card, we generally use the most recent errata.--Power32840 (talkcontribs) 19:01, January 4, 2013 (UTC)

I get it now.--Power32840 (talkcontribs) 19:22, January 4, 2013 (UTC)

Errata Education[edit]

I see that you did your best to cover anything in the Errata (change from one to other), but you're walking the same path as I used to do so. So lemme tell you something.

"Delete" flag is a purpose to "remove" the line from the card, no pun intend. That mean, it's gotta taking out the line that don't exist in the next lore. "Insert" is reverse version to that of "Delete", which mean that you adding the words that don't exist in the previous card but it does in the next card. A Cat of Ill Omen is a good explain that put a purpose of using "Insert".

So for the change of the word, while they are still in the card lore - using Bold or Italic. If the card with this line; "During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster- from "Gragonith, Lightsworn Dragon", the "attacking card" is also existing in his second release, so instead of "delete" those word, I would rather "Bold" them.

The reason why I was taught in this way, Dino told me that Bold/Italic the words are purpose to moving or change the words position, like from one location to the other or changed into different word, but identity same. Such as "attacking card" has becoming "card attacks".

So if you have any question, feel free ask me or Dinoguy to further the lesson or clear the misunderstand. --iFredCat 13:30, February 7, 2013 (UTC)

Yea, I got one that enforced me to using new way - Underline, but Dinoguy didn't approving it because it can be confused with Insect part, only that the latter part has dust-yellow background included. Usually, Italic is the optional to cover up if you have three boxes of that card being errata'd and have some more changes from the second box to the third box, like I mentioned in the above explanation, changes or moves. Some article were very difficult to deal with, I can see that, but we can manage to do it - it's not impossible to finishing it, just frustration and annoyance to complete it, all you do is to learn something new to overcoming that challenge. --iFredCat 20:49, February 7, 2013 (UTC)

Re: Chain Link[edit]

What I wrote is supposed to be saying that you can activate its effect in multiple Chain Links (but not sequential Chain Links), not that it can be activating multiple times in the same Chain Link (which is ridiculous anyway). I don't have any clearer way of expressing that; if you have one, please edit it into the article. --SnorlaxMonster 18:15, June 8, 2013 (UTC)

BP02 Erratas[edit]

For new erratas that you recently inserted in errata pages (without pictures), are you getting them from a source? Or are these just well-educated guesses based on current PSCT fashion? --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 05:53, June 27, 2013 (UTC)

Yeah, from eBay --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 06:06, June 27, 2013 (UTC)

BR formatting[edit]

Hello Dlamash, please don't make edits just to remove spaces or slashes from <br> and other tags, as you did here. The particular form used makes no difference from the perspective of the parser, which tokenizes all tags and then builds the final HTML output from the tokenized page text, so there is no advantage any one form has over the others from that perspective, and certainly none that justifies editing pages solely to change it. You can still change the tags when you're editing pages for other reasons, but don't expect the tags to remain unchanged, either. Feel free to ask if you'd like me to explain any better or if you have any questions. =) ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 12:49, June 29, 2013 (UTC)

Well, Dinoguy; those without space and slash seemed better to use than those with them. And it's two less characteristics to completing the article. But hey, either ways still work regardless their looks. --iFredCat 12:53, June 29, 2013 (UTC)
I didn't remove the slashes unless the card have a new reprint, or I create a new card errata page. Anyway, I will leave it as its. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 13:07, June 29, 2013 (UTC)
Really, really, are you sticking to your vow? --iFredCat 13:15, June 29, 2013 (UTC)
I... just will not remove the slashes, but I thinks it's better to move the set numbers above the set names. => --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 13:26, June 29, 2013 (UTC)
From this post on? --iFredCat 13:27, June 29, 2013 (UTC)
Fred, I never said anything about him swapping the order of set numbers and set names. Personally, I don't have much of an opinion on that, but if he wants to make that change, I see little reason to stop him. It was just edits in which the only change was removing the space/slash from br tags that I was concerned about. ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 13:31, June 29, 2013 (UTC)
That was the whole points we are talking about - he just kept removing those "Space and Slash" through those edits and I had to persuade him to stop doing that. I don't mind him switch the code/pack name at all - after all, it's such to be that way. --iFredCat 13:38, June 29, 2013 (UTC)
I think you're still a bit confused; I wasn't asking him to stop removing spaces and slashes from br tags altogether. If he wants to do so, I say let him, but he shouldn't edit pages solely to do that. That's what I asked him to stop, and he's agreed to stop and, indeed, appears to have stopped. ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 13:43, June 29, 2013 (UTC)
Which the reason why I said "From this post on?". --iFredCat 14:01, June 29, 2013 (UTC)

Fix this?[edit]

Card Errata:Y-Dragon Head...I'm pretty sure that the database image doesn't belong with the second errata. --Dark Ace SP (Talk) 22:37, August 25, 2013 (UTC)

Line Breaks in Card Rarities[edit]

I noticed you did this for Battle Pack 2. If you're going to do this, then you're going have to do the same for all other booster packs, ok? --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 13:13, October 4, 2013 (UTC)

I will see if I can do that. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 13:34, October 4, 2013 (UTC)

Card Errata:Harpie Lady Sisters[edit]

Why do you keep removing the MRD-E009 reprint errata from Card Errata:Harpie Lady Sisters? "Magic" got changed to "Spell". -- Deltaneos (talk) 16:24, October 16, 2013 (UTC)

This was the European release of MRD, every European release used to print "Spell" instead of "Magic", but their other text are the same as North American release. This cannot be considered an errata (correcting card's text), because all next North American release like Magic Ruler, Pharaoh's Servant and Labyrinth of Nightmare still useing "Magic" in their card's text until Konami thought that it is better to change it to "Spell" in Worldwide release. Because of that I considered the XXX-EN an errata not XXX-E. Its like comparing between English release and German release if you see it from my point of view. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 17:12, October 16, 2013 (UTC)
Not every European release used "Spell". Europe and North America both used "Magic" up until the point where Konami decided to change it to "Spell". We have two Unlimited Edition prints of MRD-E009; one says "Magic" and the other says "Spell". -- Deltaneos (talk) 17:26, October 16, 2013 (UTC)

RE: Structure Deck name[edit]

Well, during that times, there were following the OCG format structure, where it was the name come after the product type. The TCG stop following it after the "Structure Deck: Rise of the Dragon Lords". If you see the product image and compare to the previous product image, then you will know that they continue to use that style without knowing that there was a change. The OCG continue to use this style to this day and we would follow it without knowing the products type come after the name in the TCG with the exception of ""Structure Deck: Marik". WinterNightmare (talkcontribs) 17:10, November 30, 2013 (UTC)

RE: COLLECTIBLE TIN 2009[edit]

Continue to use the year after the product name since it wasn't adapted until the year 2013. WinterNightmare (talkcontribs) 17:10, November 30, 2013 (UTC)

OW images[edit]

Dlamash, we only want to replace anime card images with official website images when the anime image is poor. Please stop replacing them on every page. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 10:25, December 28, 2013 (UTC)

I see no reason for keeping anime image in the cards page as we have better image from the official website, its like having an image from Tag Force games. Anyway, I will stop, but we must have a final decision regarding this case.--Dlamash (talkcontribs) 10:57, December 28, 2013 (UTC)

Mover rights[edit]

I've given you mover rights to assist you when you come across pages with the wrong names. Remember to leave a redirect when you move the main pages, and suppress the redirect for sub pages (such as galleries and trivia pages). --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 16:08, December 31, 2013 (UTC)

I'm thinking I confused you, somehow. When moving sub-pages, repress the redirects. There is no need to then create redirects. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 17:17, December 31, 2013 (UTC)
You need to suppress redirects when you rename images and then correct the pages that use those files, as well. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 13:37, January 4, 2014 (UTC)
Okay, you're correcting the file links but still not suppressing the file names when you move them. Please do so or I'll just take the mover rights back. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 15:44, January 4, 2014 (UTC)
To suppress the pages or files, you have to untick "Leave a redirect behind", okay? IgorThunderMaster (talkcontribs) 18:45, January 4, 2014 (UTC)
Ok. thanks --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 18:50, January 4, 2014 (UTC)

Redirects[edit]

Redirects for card pages remain, even if nothing links to them, if they have been under that name for a long period of time. Some of the names you have been tagging were used on this site since 2007, and were actually said in the anime. People are going to continue searching for those terms and not find anything if you remove the redirects. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 13:38, January 13, 2014 (UTC)

Artwork pages[edit]

Sorry, but we order artwork pages by order of chronological release. The manga artwork was first shown, then the Game Boy, then the OCG artwork, which was later followed by the Game Boy Color artwork. (I think SlashMan was correct in the order, as he said here.) But yeah, just letting you know. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 07:22, January 16, 2014 (UTC)

I edite that page just because the TF04 artwork was too small for unknowing reason!!. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 16:43, January 16, 2014 (UTC)

hi Dlamash can u upload a O.W picture of Cyber Petit Angel ? cauz i made a cyber angel deck from yugioh card maker and the only card i need is Cyber Petit Angel .. :)) i'ts anime card!! :))

Unfortunately, it doesn't show up in the yugioh.com site. until an update come with this artwork, try to contact with the admins on their official Facebook page. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 18:40, January 22, 2014 (UTC)

I just left a facebook link in the previous replay. Check it, and post what you want on their page. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 14:02, January 23, 2014 (UTC)

Yugioh.com OW images[edit]

When putting these images in Card Galleries, please list the page's full url as well, like this. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 19:33, January 24, 2014 (UTC)

Master Collection 1[edit]

Do you remember how you cam up with this release date? --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 06:33, January 30, 2014 (UTC)

Its approximate date. I don't know when it was released exactly because of conflicting info. Normally, if we don't know in which day a set released, we use the first day of the month. You can check those links: [1] & [2]. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 16:18, January 30, 2014 (UTC)

Line Breaks in Card Rarities (part 2)[edit]

... sorry, it just seems that users prefer / over line breaks in Set Card lists, for rarities. This isn't recent; I've just noticed it over a period of time. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 04:23, February 10, 2014 (UTC)

"/" usually means "or" while in Card lists we better use "and" or "&". Second, using "/" will make the rarities column so long, while its better to save some space for long cards names. I will prefer making another row with different rarities other than using a slash and making the table going wrong. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 14:07, February 10, 2014 (UTC)

Proper names[edit]

Hi Dlamash. Is there a method you're using to find the proper names of cards on Konami's site? I want to try to find what they call "Gathering Wishes", if they have an unfinished page there for it. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 17:55, February 11, 2014 (UTC)

It's difficult because sometimes you need to figure the proper name yourself and type the link of the yugioh's site depending on what you have figured. For example, for a card like Wotan's Judgment, the link will be like this (http://www.yugioh.com/cards/wotans-judgment) removing the apostrophe and replacing the space with a dash. And some time you may need to add "The" or "s", or removing space to make one word ("clock work" to "clockwork") etc. The other way is to use google search or yahoo search. For example, for card like Goddess Verdandi's Guidance if you type its name in yahoo search. You will see if the card has a hidden page in the site. This also may work if you use the Japanese's text. But remember that not all the cards have links in the site, even if the card is a TCG card appeared in the first anime series. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 18:46, February 11, 2014 (UTC)
Thank you. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 20:04, February 11, 2014 (UTC)

Card Erratas[edit]

In the future, when you create erratas with no image for them, could you at least put the file name down? Example, File:TwinPhotonLizard-SP14-EN-C-1E.png . This is so we don't have to go through every errata page again to put in the pictures. (But obviously, check the Set Card List to see what rarity and edition it is first, before putting in file name.) --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 21:55, February 25, 2014 (UTC)

Tin Images[edit]

Would you mind merging these two images, like you did for File:CT10-PromoEN-Wave1.png? (These are German tins.) Then, would you mind individually uploading the 2 images as part of the "Tin Galleries" on 2013 Collectible Tins Wave 1? --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 02:44, March 21, 2014 (UTC)

P.S. Hope you don't mind if I add this too (French). --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 02:50, March 21, 2014 (UTC)

Done. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 06:30, March 21, 2014 (UTC)

Special Edition prefixes[edit]

Why have you removed these for languages other than English and German? --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 13:24, June 19, 2014 (UTC)

If anyone put the release date for those languages, it will be shown automatically, normally the release date can be find in [3], this include Portugal, Spain , France, etx. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 13:31, June 19, 2014 (UTC)

Line Breaks in Erratas[edit]

Could you please leave line breaks for the "edition" part of erratas, like we do in the Card Galleries? --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 20:24, December 15, 2014 (UTC)

Ok, no problem. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 20:32, December 15, 2014 (UTC)

OW images[edit]

Hi Dlamash. Are the images you're uploading ones we overlooked on Konami's site, or are they still intermittently adding? --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 17:19, January 21, 2015 (UTC)

As you know, there is no news about any new uploading images from Konami's site. I just search the site to see if we miss any image, and I'm lucky to found some of them. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 17:29, January 21, 2015 (UTC)
Right, there were a few cases before of them adding a handful of new images but not making updates about it. I'm glad you're still checking. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 17:54, January 21, 2015 (UTC)

Original print and reprint status[edit]

Right now, I think admins have agreed that while we do want to note "Original print" status vs. "Reprint" status, we do not want to show them on the Set Card Lists. Rather, we want to show them on the product main page. An example would be like Vol.1 (but not as extensive...). If you want ideas on how to format it, ask User:Dinoguy1000. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 14:44, March 14, 2015 (UTC)

This will be easy if there is only few new cards in the set, but what about if there are more than 20 ?! We better specific witch one is new in the Card Lists. --Dlamash (talkcontribs) 15:26, March 14, 2015 (UTC)

Shash-line Rulings[edit]

There is not need to make lots of those slash line Rulings as long as we can have them in the Out of Date section. Like in Card Rulings:Doomcaliber Knight we can simply have the 3rd example alone in the Out of Date section, and in it's place have a redirect like "See Out of Date", etc. Prefer not to use that much the shash line to rulings. It is fine for small parts of a ruling like Card Rulings:Last Resort to point out that this part is not correct anymore, but not in huge ones like Doomcaliber Knight's. Those should better be placed in the Out of Date section. ATEMVEGETA (Talk) 15:30, June 4, 2015 (UTC)

"Neo-Daedalus" errata[edit]

I know it's been over a year now, but thanks for uploading the corrected SD4 "Neo-Daedalus" image. It used to bug me that for years we didn't have that picture, like the UDE "The Seal of Orichalcos". -- Deltaneos (talk) 23:05, November 25, 2015 (UTC)
