Your tip (the one with Overload Fusion) is also among the long list of possibilities for Cyber Ouroboros to miss the timing. Note that in order for you to use its effect, the action of removing it from play has to be the very last thing to happen. When you use Overload Fusion and use Ouroboros as one of its Fusion Materials, first you remove the Fusion Materials, then you Summon the Fusion Monster.
