Q.. do you have proof for changing the Valkyries? if so, please explain... you are the second one to believe that these cards are Fairies and not Warriors.--Pcouw 02:21, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

A.. Yes I have proof for changing the Valkyries. First of all, Element Vakyrie is a Fairy. Also, the fact lies in Valkyrie Brunhilde's effect. When she is summoned, she gains points for all Warriors and Dragons, yes? In the US Version of that episode where she appears, if you watch the calculation of added points to her, she does not gain any points from herself, therefore cannot be a Warrior (or Dragon). I hope this clears up any confusion. For additional proof, please check the website www.janime.info. Though I reccomend watching the episode carefully during the calculation scene to see for yourself.

Rainbow Snake Eingana[edit]

How do you know that card had an effect? When did they say it? AnnaV 15:13, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

This card's effect comes courtesy of the Japanese version. In it, the effect is stated. For confirmation purposes, please check "Edo's Yugioh site" for the information. --HerrRodney 02:47, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

Whooooooo......[edit]

Why are you changing all the names of cards? The names are the official English Names, not the "Fanslations" that are out there... please stop.--Pcouw 17:04, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

I am not changing all the names of the cards, I am simply adding on their Japanese translated names. For the complete and near-complete list of these names, please visit "www.dmcomet.net". --HerrRodney 17:06, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

NOTE: I mean no ill will, I am simply a fan with alot of time on his hands. --HerrRodney 17:06, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

Well that is not the idea for this site... if you wish to take it up with TwoTailed please do so.. otherwise I will have to ban you for a week if you persist... --Pcouw 17:09, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

You are welcome to add the actual Japanese characters from which you are translating. thx. --Pcouw 17:11, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

Thank for your understanding and letting me know your concerns. --HerrRodney 17:14, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

You were warned... pleease take a week off and talk to TwoTailed before resuming your work... I mean no ill will but your changes are not consistent with current plan for the site. thx --Pcouw 17:20, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

Yes, I was warned, but I have nothing to the site to result in such a severe suspension. Perhaps I should have spoken with TwoTailedFox first, but I just assumed that all Yugioh information is good and or useful information. Hopefully, they will agree with me. I would like to continue to add (and gain) information to this site. I am an equal fan and contributor. --HerrRodney 17:38, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

I would like to point out that several cards have already been translated before I even gave them Japanese translations. In that aspect, I was simply filling in the gaps. For what it is worth, I will stop if that is what TwoTailedFox sees fit. --HerrRodney 17:40, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

I know that there are several cards that have the "Fanslations" already on them and they will be fixed in due time, but what irked me most is the articles that had the newly added Japanese characters replaced by the "Fanslation".... and the fact I was undoing your work and told you to talk to TwoTailed but you continued to make changes... I agree a week is a little long but I want to impress on you that you need to listen to the ops of the site when it comes to changes. I will change the blockage to only an hour but please do not continue adding "Fanslations" to card articles until TwoTailed adds his comment on this page. If he feels that the work you were doing is okay then I will bow to his worship. thx --Pcouw 18:15, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

You are unblocked... please contribute but do not restart the "Fanslation" stuff. thx --Pcouw 18:18, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

  • OK, time I stepped in on this. "Fanslations" are always hit-and-miss affairs, and that's why we've switched to the Japanese Characters. We use Fanslations for unreleased OCG Cards and for unscreened cards on Japanese Episode of GX that we don't have an English counterpart episode to. As of now, our main concern is for Japanese Text for all cards, since we don't really need 'Fanslations' for cards that already have a 100% understood English name. In time, a series of articles may be created that list the English/Directly Translated Japanese Name, but that's for later on. --TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 00:03, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for unblocking me. I now understand what it is you mean about "Fanslations" and will no longer post any of them. In regards to the translated name list, or any other project, please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. --HerrRodney 00:55, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

Chazz Princeton[edit]

  • "Ojama" does not mean "jammer". It actually means something (try looking up おジャマ here. Plus, if it were meant to mean jammer there would not be an "o" at the beginning. Danny Lilithborne 11:47, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

Lenguard[edit]

Lenguard's Machine-Type status comes from www.janime.info --HerrRodney 02:15, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

Buster Knuckle[edit]

  • Buster Knuckle is/was seen during the opening credits behind Aster Phoenix and was presumably in his Archlord Deck. In order to see it, like I did, use a slow motion button. --HerrRodney 19:02, 22 May 2007 (UTC)

White Night Dragon[edit]

  • Your edit to "White Night Dragon" was undone. Have you any proof that its attribute is Water in the OCG? Deltaneos 19:11, 22 May 2007 (UTC)
    • Wow your asked for proof a lot. Deltaneos 19:12, 22 May 2007 (UTC)

Though this monster was seen as a Dark-Attribute in the anime, when it was an anime only card, this card is now a Water-Attribute in the OCG. There is a site (www.dmcomet.net) that has a picture and description for the OCG version of this card. It was presumably changed to a Water-Attribute because of its' connection to ice in its' original name (Blue-Ice White Night Dragon). --HerrRodney 19:58, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
