Forbidden and Limited List updates

Thanks for updating the card articles, but those lists do not come into effect until October. At this moment in time "Raigeki" is still Forbidden. etc. Your changes have been reverted for now, but should be redone in October. -- Deltaneos (talk) 11:52, September 27, 2014 (UTC)
