Blanking pages[edit]

Rather than just blank pages with meaningless/incorrect content, could you add {{Delete}} to the page, so it will be recorded that it needs to be deleted, otherwise it could go unnoticed. -- Deltaneos (talk) 19:25, 5 February 2009 (UTC)

OCG "Mentions in Other Rulings"[edit]

The OCG rulings site cross-references its rulings, so that when you search for a card you can get related rulings that do not mention the searched card. For example, searching for "Evil Hero Dark Gaia" brings up all those other rulings, even though those rulings do not mention "Evil Hero Dark Gaia" at all.

I'm currently using the heading "Mentions in Other Rulings" to denote these cross-references.

If the ruling directly mentions the card, then I list the ruling as a direct ruling for the card, like in "Speed Warrior"'s rulings.

Batteryman C[edit]

can you show a source for this ruling? in the wc games the effect is that all Batteryman C increase the ATK for all Batteryman C on your field in atk-pos
=> if you have * 1 * 500 = 500
=> if you have two = 2 * 2 * 500 = 2000
=> if you have tree = 3 * 3 * 500 = 4500
=> if you have four (from enemy) = 4 * 4 * 500 = 8000
=> if you have five (from enemy) = 5 * 5 * 500 = 125000

or should i show you a screenshot? --Hanmac

Edit Summary[edit]

While I appreciate you're getting rid of plenty of incorrect and silly material posted here, could you use the edit summary to explain why you revert people's edits every once in a while? People can get easily offended or not understand why their edits are erased if no explanation is given. Thank you. -- Deltaneos (talk) 21:12, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

Zombie Bed[edit]

Why not leave the tips up on Zombie Bed anyway? There have been tips marked on anime-only cards, and then when they come out in the OCG/TCG, the tips are already there. BTW: You can't opt to have the card tips for Zombie Bed deleted anyway, the acceptable reasons to delete a page just don't include "having card tips for anime-only cards". I know its a problem, but still.

Yusei Fudo page[edit]

Haha. I was going to undo those, but I guess you beat me to those.

Card Tips:Earthbound Immortal Ccarayhua[edit]

DUDE!? wtf ? why'd you delete all my tips on Earthbound Immortal Ccarayhua? First off that combo only needs 3 cards , Raigeki Break , Destiny Hero Malicious , and Arcane_Apprentice . it was supposed to be a combo you can use if you already had Ccarayhua out, and you don't even have to have all the cards at the same time. you can set raigeki and then later on , draw the other two cards. Plus Mausoleum of the Emperor is OK for this card , but what if someone Heavy storm's the field? or twister/mystical space typhoon's the field spell? or breaks it with a trigger effect summon like Celestia, Lightsworn Angel ? then what ? Ccarayhua go's to the grave and doesn't get it's effect!! Magical Citadel of Endymion is better because it keeps it self on the field once a spell is activated. people use spells all the time!! I've seen a shit load of counters on that card when even anyone uses it. Also who are you to decide what should be on a page and what shouldn't? If you don't agree with it then fine , but that doesn't give you the right to just fuck'n delete the whole dame thing. --SpikeTrigger 21:48, 3 June 2009 (UTC)SpikeTrigger

Alright if I answer? First off, they are allowed remove content. Anyone can edit this site. Of course people are bound to disagree on things. In that case it's resolved by discussing. PoirotH gave his reasons for removing it in his edit summary. It's rude if you immediatly revert that without giving any reason and you can expect your edit to be undone again. Since you didn't use the summary, even if you were right, you didn't give any explanation before now, so people aren't going to automatically know if there's any good reason why its re-added, so it won't change their mind. It's good that you came to discuss now, but PoirotH hasn't done anything so wrong that you should be yelling at them like that.
Regarding the fist tip, the combo does require more than 3 cards, as it also requires "Ccarayhua" and whatever cards you used to Summon it.
-- Deltaneos (talk) 22:38, 3 June 2009 (UTC)

I know people are allowed to remove content. I just thought it was a bit rude is all , And from his history i see that he's done this before. Plus , i didn't feel it was such a ridiculous idea for pure deletion. Personally i wouldn't remove content just because i didn't agree with it. So yeah , (once i figured out how to) i sent him this message then reverted it back , because like i said i thought it was rude as hell and it made me a little peeved. Also i wasn't really yelling him. I was just expressing my point , i wasn't even mad. Sorry if i sounded rude. i was just saying that Magical Citadel of Endymion seems better to use than Mausoleum of the Emperor. it's not fast....but it's effective. Also the combo was for a situation when Ccarayhua was out already . So yeah it DOES need the cards for Ccarayhua BUT if you have Raigeki Break in your hand or set , and then you draw Destiny Hero Malicious and Arcane Apprentice during the course of the duel you can use the combo. So that's why i said you only need 3 cards because Malicious gets Malicious and Arcane Apprentice gets assault mode activate.
--SpikeTrigger 23:30, 3 June 2009 (UTC)SpikeTrigger

First of all,and this is completely off topic, people think your using an aggressive tone because you use words like:DUDE!?,wtf?,fuck, etc. . Secondly, your first tip describes one of many situations that can happen after Ccarayhua is destroyed.I might as well be saying:"Use Hammer Shot to destroy Ccarayhua,it clears the field, Summon Beast King Barbaros, use Forbidden Chalice on it and then attack for 3400 points of damage to your opponent." Oh,and your tip includes 4 cards:Raigeki Break,Arcane Apprentice,Destiny Hero - Malicious and Assault Mode Activate.I removed that tip because there are very few times where an opportunity arises for you to use these cards together. And,finally,in regards to your last tip,I'll admit that after some consideration,I might see some usefulness for it,but you should know that duelists have tried to figure ways of removing cards that remain stubbornly on the field since the Crystal Beasts and their Field card(Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins)PoirotH 04:35, 4 June 2009 (UTC).

Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus[edit]

Please use this image: OceanDragonLord-Neo-DaedalusSD4-EN-UR-1E.jpg for "Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus". It's much better than the current one. This page is locked so I can't edit --Blackwings0605 16:00, 6 June 2009 (UTC).

I thought you're an admin so you're able to edit the "locked" pages. The current "Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus" image is not the best one and there are no reasons that we should use it while there is a better one. If it's not locked, I can do it myself but the page is locked so I need some help --Blackwings0605 16:06, 6 June 2009 (UTC)

Is that so? Well, I'm going to report a problem on this page so more powerful admin can edited it :P. It's just small thing anyway, but It could improve our wikis. Thanks for your answer --Blackwings0605 16:10, 6 June 2009 (UTC)

RE:Speed Warrior+Megamorph[edit]

I'd say it's the same as "Karate Man" vs "Megamorph":

If "Karate Man" is equipped with "Megamorph", and "Megamorph" is halving "Karate Man's" ATK, and you use "Karate Man's" effect, "Karate Man's" ATK is 2000. If you use "Karate Man's" effect, and THEN equip him with "Megamorph" after that, and "Megamorph" would halve his ATK, then his ATK is 500.

The effect of "Karate Man" and "Speed Warrior" will override the effect of "Megamorph". Thus, the ATK of "Speed Warrior" would be 1800. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 06:05, 29 July 2009 (UTC)

Admin[edit]

Hi PoirotH, you've been a helpful editor. I've given you administratitve powers here to improve how you can help out.

I'd just like to give you a few guidelines before you go any further. You've been access to a few extra tools, because you're trusted to use them fairly.

  • A common misconception about admins is that they decide what go and stays. This should not be the case. Try to keep decisions you make in favour of policies and community agreements rather than what you wish.
  • You'll have a rollback button, which allows you to revert edits much faster and gives an automatic summary, but remember these are real people. If the edit wasn't vandalism, the traditional undo may be better as it allows you to give a summary explaining the problem.
  • When dealing with troblesome users, blocking is not always the best option. If the user is not blatently trolling, it may be better to explain why what they are doing is wrong. If the vandal has already left, by the time you notice them it's unlikely that they'll come back, so block isn't neccessary, particularily if its an IP, as they can be shared by multiple users. As such IPs should almost never be banned inifinitly.

Also it's not as big a deal as many people think it is. It is easy to get carried away. I can't say I've always followed the above guidelines. I'm sure you'll do a good job. -- Deltaneos (talk) 14:51, September 1, 2009 (UTC)

It can only attack once more, like "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning". You can activate its effect again, but you won't be able to attack again. You can still destroy a card or Special Summon a Token. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 18:59, October 10, 2009 (UTC)

Child prodigy[edit]

You were talking about my last edit to the page here, right? Do you think we were meant to believe that Luna was a child prodigy? -- Deltaneos (talk) 19:44, October 19, 2009 (UTC)

No. I was just wondering if you thought that line should be re-added. I meant the fact that someone could play Duel Monsters at the age of 3 didn't imply that she was a prodigy, but it was more that the writers don't take into account that in reality people most people couldn't play such a game at that age. It wasn't a comment on her overall past. -- Deltaneos (talk) 20:02, October 19, 2009 (UTC)

Re:Card Appearances: Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6[edit]

I just went and watched the subbed episodes that feature said duel. I wasn't able to spot Horus in his deck. Can you recall around what time during the duel it was seen? I want pages to be accurate, and most of my edits are adding card appearances that are brief, like this one is. Cheesedude 16:54, October 20, 2009 (UTC)

Several times, though the cards were only shown from the back. I could have very well missed it though. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you're lying. Cheesedude 17:43, October 20, 2009 (UTC)
I'll watch the dubbed version later today when I have time and then compare it to the same moment in the subbed version. Even if it's dub only, the note can still be retained, though perhaps we should specify it's dub only. Cheesedude 17:52, October 20, 2009 (UTC)
No problem. I generally just put on some music in the background and start adding them per Janime's summaries. And I'm in the process of watching all the subbed GX episodes, so after watching one, I can add any appearance Janime may have missed. Yeah, it can get tedious, but I currently have far too much free time on my hands due to ridiculously easy college courses. Cheesedude 17:57, October 20, 2009 (UTC)
Watched the dubbed episodes for that duel, still didn't see it. If you're sure it's that duel and you have time, try watching it again and see if you can spot it (write down the time). Thanks. Cheesedude 23:30, October 20, 2009 (UTC)
Hmm, maybe it was a different duel after all. Well, I'll leave the appearances up for now. If I end up watching the rest of the episodes he duels in and don't see it, I'll remove them, though I don't know when I'll get to watch them. Cheesedude 12:03, October 21, 2009 (UTC)
Almost two months later, but I've watched both the dubbed and subbed version of each of O'Brien's duels. Haven't spotted either Horus evolution, Swords of Revealing Light or Chthonian Alliance. That being said, I could still be missing them. Cheesedude 02:35, December 17, 2009 (UTC)
Alright then. In that case, I'll be removing the mentions of those cards from the Card Appearances pages in relation to O'Brien. That okay? Cheesedude 16:26, December 17, 2009 (UTC)

German name for Spirits[edit]

For which reason do you have to delete the german name for "Spirit Monsters"? Because it's to similar to the english one? Tersos 19:47, October 29, 2009 (UTC)
I am german and I assure that "Spirit Monster" is the german term for "Spirit Monsters". The term for spirits is the same as the english one and the word for "Monster" is also similar (just the german plural form of "Monster" is equal to the singular). So I do tell you that it's really that way in german. ;) Tersos 13:24, October 30, 2009 (UTC)
Your not that wrong, "spririt" actually can be translated as "Geist" or "Seele", but the german term for Spirits is (for whatever reason) "Spirit". Thanks for your insight. Just a last thing: Would you mind to add the german name again then? Tersos 20:18, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

Full Throttle[edit]

Dude, I changed the effect of that card for GOOD reason. I researched it and cross-referenced it all over the place. The text I put in place IS, in fact, correct.

You seem to be a problem user. A lot of people don't like that you go around changing stuff that they put there legitimately. Stop doing that. Seriously. Do your research before you go about undoing stuff, okay? If you find out it was right, then leave it alone! Sheesh! Don't change something if you can't find a reason to change it.--Wolfgang DelaSangre 07:28, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

== Oh sorry ++

Thanks for point it out, I didn't see that at first place. Forgive me for my silly repeat >_> FredCat100 20:00, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

Regarding the last message you left me, your reversion of Full Throttle was actually a little less reflective of the anime. I did extensive research into it by cross-referencing it with other cards that use counters. I figured out how it works. I'll go leave a note on the discussion page if that's what you wish, but I'm just letting you know that I had good reason. You don't know me, but I'll tell you something about myself: I do nothing without good reason. If there isn't a good reason for something, I'll either avoid it or give it a good reason.

And again, please research the changes made to various pages before you decide that the old way was better.--Wolfgang DelaSangre 04:29, October 31, 2009 (UTC)

German lore of "Forest"[edit]

Hi, it's me again. I unfortunately have to repeat what other users already sad: Do your research before changing anything. The Trivia-Page I created was not based on the german lore I saw at the Page of "Forest", it was based on my on experiences. Two or three years ago I noticed in a Yu-Gi-Oh!-Video Game (I think it was "Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2006") that "Forest" also supported Plant-Type monsters, other than I knew from the german "Forest"-cards I had seen. So I assure that it's really a mistake in the german TCG and not one of a user. Thats why I would at least ask you to delete the part of the german lore you added. And, if you don't mind, I would be pleased if you even add my trivia-page again (I hope THIS fact seems not to irrelevant to you now).Tersos 15:03, October 31, 2009 (UTC)
Thanks a lot. ;) Tersos 15:40, October 31, 2009 (UTC)

Japanese card lore[edit]

I found them here. This site is the official site of the 5D's anime and it has all the information around the anime.

The japanese version of "Assasin's Strike" is "死角からの一撃" which is translated as "Blow from the Blind", not "Assasin's Strike". So I wonder can we move the article to new title? Also can you move the image from the article Block Dugout to correct name? --Blackwings0605 16:11, October 31, 2009 (UTC)

Magic Cylinder[edit]

You appear infamous for reverting edits, so I'm not going to repeat my edit again until we get a general agreement.

The reason I added that to Magic Cylinder is because out of all the people I duelled in the Irish Opens (20-30 people all in all over 3 days) 1 person was running it. Me. 1 other person had it sided but it was removed. It's not popular enough to be called a semi-staple which is why I suggested that tip. IlliterateLlama 16:08, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

I see where you're coming from, but I was addressing a very popular, very meta theme and I was talking about a staple in that type of deck, in this case Blackwings. Magic Cylinder is a forgotten card, lost and found its way, but still didn't make a comeback, in retro pack 2. I was using this as a hint as to use in in your side deck to benefit from a slight flaw in blackwings. (Also if you want a punch of frustration from your opponent.

I think it would be a waste of my time to pursue this case further, and admins scare me, so I anticipate your reaction to my comment and see if you see it fit for the rein-station of my tip.

Yours sincerely, IlliterateLlama 16:57, November 3, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Opinion[edit]

You're doing okay. When you're removing other people's work for whatever reason, you're still bound to get complaints, no matter how you go about it. I agree with almost everything you've deleted or undone. People are getting mad because you're deleting their stuff without dignifying with so much as an explanation as to why it was removed.

I notice you never use rollback. When I was saying to use it sparingly earlier, I meant don't use it when you need to add an edit summary. Clicking undo and leaving its automatic edit summary it provides untampered isn't much different than rollbacking, it's just slower. If you're undoing something that someone else thinks is legit, click undo and add the reason it's being removed in the summary. If you're undoing vandalism or somthing doesn't require explanation (e.g. this) use rollback, it's much quicker. -- Deltaneos (talk) 21:49, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

Ragnarok[edit]

Why did you undo my contributions in Ragnarok? There were no sense in remove from play all monsters in your hand and then remove from play all cards in both players' hand! I can only remove from play both hands and I've automatically removed even monsters in my hand. But, above all, why did you delete the Italian name? I am Italian, so I can assure you that even in Italian verson this card is called "Ragnarok". --87.13.61.76 18:42, November 9, 2009 (UTC)

I can't believe you've deleted my OTK!!! Er... Sorry! That was an OTK, yes. If you do attack with Machines and activate Limiter Removal, it turns into an OTK, the Deck was totally based into an overkill with Machines. Watch Fusilier Dragon and Gadjiltron Dragon, when Limiter Removal activates, both monsters' ATK double and respectively becomes 5600 and 6000. This combo is way too strong!

Female/Male Lightsworns[edit]

Have you ever noticed that the male Lightsworns never mill more than 2 cards? Few do that. But Shire is one of the only female Lightsworns that doesn't mill more than 3 cards. Jenis can't mill any cards. So, Shire is pretty different from Lyla, Ehren and Lumina (since they ALL mill 3 cards to use their effects). That was some pretty nice trivia. --Narutoheroes12 19:46, November 15, 2009 (UTC)

Hi PoirotH! Sorry to bother your busy talk page, but you deleted my comment on Card Tips:Vilepawn Archfiend. You can see it here[ http://yugioh.wikia.com/index.php?title=Card_Tips:Vilepawn_Archfiend&diff=880068&oldid=880066 ]. I think comments like the one I provided are useful because they do not affect public readings yet help prevent any potensial editors from ignorance of a specific fact that they may wish to wrongly implement against, or was my comment needless? Thanks, Clorth 19:30, December 14, 2009 (UTC).

Irony[edit]

  • How's it going PoirotH? Good I hope. Anyway, I noticed an edit you made that I won't say is wrong, but it may be mentionable if understandable. On Jack Atlas's page it said "His high standards drive him to the point where he spends 3000 yen (about $32 US) on a single cup of coffee. Ironically, Jack enjoys cup ramen, getting angry when Bruno discovers one of his cups missing." The irony, I think, is the fact he has such expensive taste ($32 for a coffee) and yet gets so work up over something so cheap (cup ramen, which, from what I know, is less than a dollar). I'm undecided on whether or not this should be noted, I'm leaving that up to you, but I think that's what the editor had in mind. Thanks for your time. Card Tip: Molting Escape[edit]

I do not understand why my tip was removed. Please explain to me. A copy of the tip is below:

"* Attack with the equipted monster during your turn even if it would be destroyed because it will be saved and still increase it's attack by 300."

  • UPDATE: thank you for comprimising. I agree that the note was not needed. Please have a nice day. --LordGeovanni 22:21, December 18, 2009 (UTC)

Real mature on Card Tips: Nitro Warrior[edit]

Just because you gave up on Molting Escape doesn't mean you should go after the other tips I leave. My idea is sound: First turn use a spell card during turn and then NOT attack with Nitro Warrior. During the Second turn use another spell card. Its effect activates when the FIRST spell card is used in ANY turn of the controller. The effect causes the attack of this monster to increase by 1000. If two turns go by, then wouldn't two effects increase Nitro Warrior's attack by 1000 each causing its attack to increase by a grand total of 2000 Attack? The answer is yes because it is Nitro Warrior's next attack even if it is fifty turns before it attacks or is attacked. The card doesn't specify if the attack is limited to the turn of the effect activating or even if it has to be YOUR turn. Until an official ruling states that the attack increase is only effective during the same turn OR two copies of this effect can not be active at the same time then this idea is valid and should be left for others to see. --LordGeovanni 06:03, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

Judai's decklists[edit]

My main reason for remerging them was the Season 3 deck being utterly absent. There's a conversation on the talk page to decide what format to use. Unless we can split them out accurately, I think they should remain merged. Having no decklist for Season 3 looks sloppy. Cheesedude 01:32, December 21, 2009 (UTC)

No big deal. At a glance, that edit probably didn't look especially constructive. It happens. Cheesedude 11:36, December 21, 2009 (UTC)

Why?[edit]

Sorry, but why did you delete my edit?

I'm tryin to explain that poor quality means faded cards but blurry cards doesn't mean that the cards are fake because of the fact Duel Terminal cards are blurr because of the parallel coat and much darker than a common rarity card, so can I edit the counterfeit section?

Ok,thanks btw can I know your name and what type of deck are you using?

It's ok

If you remember, you deleted my trivia contribution to Dragunity Andus stating that there is no dash in the name. Of course there is a dash printed on the actual card, I see that now. But I would like to know why there isn't a dash in the english translation of the name. You may not know the reason, I am simply stating that the english translation was what I was reffering to.--Dragonking 12:25, January 19, 2010 (UTC)

Hello[edit]

Hey there.

I had noticed that you reverted my edit on the card Wild Nature's Release. When I first saw this I almost turned into a flaming idiot, but then I decided to read Wikia's policies and realized that although my fact was amusing it wasn't notable.

Although I am upset of there being no explanation I would like to thank you as your action motivated me to learn more about the Wikia community and perhaps provide more relevant and helpful information.

Thank you again.

Card Tips:Power Tool Dragon[edit]

Thank you for fixing that. It was late at night and I didn't really have the time to see out the entire tip to see if it works without it. Please tell me, was the strikethrough a good idea in this case to leave it around just incase anther idea was made withn it that could work? --LordGeovanni 16:40, December 29, 2009 (UTC)

I think you misunderstood. I meant that the strikethrough points out anything that would not work while leaving it up so that others may make new ideas that do work. For example, the tip was saying equip Power Tool Dragon with Butterfly Dagger - Elma as well as Raregold Armor or double tool C&D while The Dark Door is face-up. Any time the opponent would attack, they would have to attack Power Tool Dragon and if Power Tool Dragon would be destroyed, send Butterfly Dagger - Elma to the grave to get it back. After I was able to get some sleep, I was able to look over the cards and agree that the tip is usless without Butterfly Dagger - Elma, however by substitution Butterfly Dagger with Archfiend of Gilfer, the card would immediately attack to another monster after being sent to the grave. i have reintroduced this tip, while replacing Butterfly Dagger. My parting words are where my problem resides: is strikethrough a good idea in order to show where a tip is wrong and where a tip needs to be edited, with other cards, so that it would work? --LordGeovanni 22:17, December 29, 2009 (UTC)

I agree that a strikethrough is an eyesore. However I also wish to keep ideas that may be misguided. I would not have thought about using Raregold Armor along with Archfiend of Gilfer on Power Tool Dragon unless I looked through the mistake another made with Butterfly Dagger - Elma. Is there any way to keep errored ideas around while noting that they are errored so as to continue thought on them while not making people think that they are useable? In addition, I wanted to appologise if I made you upset by saying that you may have misunderstood. I am told quite often that I am difficult to understand. --LordGeovanni 07:04, December 30, 2009 (UTC)

I do agree with you that I have made a valid change that allows the idea to work. but what should I do if an idea doen't work and I can not come up with a way to make it work? Should it just be deleted?--LordGeovanni 01:24, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

RE:Can you translate this?[edit]

Q. Suppose "Phantom of Chaos" copies the effect of this card. If this "Phantom of Chaos" is used as a Synchro Material, then can you Synchro Summon by using one Tuner from the hand?
A. Right now, whether or not "Phantom of Chaos" can target "Eccentric Boy" with its effect is still unresolved.

(As in, they don't have a definite answer yet.)

Either way, it's a ruling, and shouldn't go in the Tips section. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 22:30, December 30, 2009 (UTC)

PoirotH, "Confusion Chaff" only activates when you take the 2nd Direct Attack. What my point is Special Summon "Tragoedia" when you take the 2nd Direct Attack, and then activate "Confusion Chaff". Yes, it will inflict Battle Damage to your opponent using this effect, but the method of Special Summon "Tragoedia" is different, because you have already taken the Battle Damage. In Summary:

Direct Attack #1: Do nothing

Direct Attack #2: Special Summon "Tragoedia" and activate "Confusion Chaff"

--002517 06:50, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

  • But PoirotH, if you take (Or should I say, "opponent declares a Direct Attack"), a Direct Attack, you'd surely and definitely take Battle Damage (To [[Special Summon "Tragoedia"), so if your opponent declares a Direct Attack you would be taking this Direct Attack. In this case, "Confusion Chaff"'s effect would activate etc. --002517 07:03, January 2, 2010 (UTC)
  • The card lore of any other card like "Sakuretsu Armor" or "Mirror Force" is different. It first says: "Negate the attack..." and then the second effect of the card activates. The first Direct Attack from an opposing monster would go through, but the second attack is not negated not only because it doesn't say "Negate the attack...", but also the attack must first resolve before the effect activates. --002517 07:14, January 2, 2010 (UTC)
  • Look, you don't understand. I never said the card lore says "Negate the attack..." I said that the card does not mention that text. And not only that, you take the Direct Attack. Because if you simply just say: "Attack", that could mean that you are attacking a monster. If you mention a "Direct Attack", that would mean the it hit you and that is when you activate "Confusion Chaff". And by the way, I don't want to give this site bad names, but could you please take off that protection log and banned websites? I know what I'm saying is correct and true.
  • Hey man, COME ON! If you think I know nothing about the card lore THEN WHY DON"T YOU EXPLAIN THIS TO ME!? AND OVER MY DEAD BODY WILL YOU EVER BAN ME FROM THIS/THAT WEBSITE!!! YOU'RE AN ADMIN! TELL ME WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS WITH THIS TIP! --002517 07:30, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

      • Hi this is LordGeovanni. I just wanted to let you know that I see the problem you two are having and that I agree with you on this matter. Tragoedia can only be summoned when damage is taken while Confusion Chaff redirects the second Direct Attack so no damage is received before the card is activated. I am only saying this to show you that I am not out against you, just trying to help this site. Thank you for doing so much work. --LordGeovanni 07:41, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Sorry.[edit]

  • Right, I'll cool down now. Thank-you for explaining this to me. So if you compare "Confusion Chaff" with another similar card, that would be "Magic Cylinder", right? Even though you don't destroy a monster. Sorry I overreacted. The next time I get a card tip incorrect, I promise I won't explode like that. My apologies. --002517 07:44, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks (Card Tips:A Feint Plan)[edit]

Thnk you for fixing my mistakes. I tend to speak (and think) well but type terribly. I appreciate all of your work. --LordGeovanni 04:58, January 5, 2010 (UTC)

I need your help. From LordGeovanni[edit]

I am sure that the list of TCG cards on this page ( http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Flips_itself_face-down ) is incomplete. I am aware of Sauropod Brachion as well as Giant Axe Mummy fitting this action group. There may be more than that. I am unsure of how to place these cards into this catagory.

Additionally, Flip Flop Frog has "Flips itself face-down" as a Misc. Categorie(s) while others with this ability have it under Action Categorie(s) I am sure Flip Flop Frog has it incorrect and have checked others yet, this one must be incorrect. Can you please help me?

--LordGeovanni 10:26, January 5, 2010 (UTC)

Hanmac‎ already took care of it. Thanks anyway --LordGeovanni 11:40, January 5, 2010 (UTC)

I left that message and Hanmac‎ took care of the problems I knew about. But I do have another problem i am trying to understand. Giant Axe Mummy, Sauropod Brachion, and Flip Flop Frog have been edited as they should be. However, I still do not know if any other "flip-down" monsters are around but not on that list.

I also started replacing the list on http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Pharaonic_Guardian with the list on http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Set_Card_Lists:Pharaonic_Guardian_(TCG-EN) because it contained all the cards. I also found that card PH-00 is incorrect, it should be Ring of Destruction and PH-31 should be Fushioh Richie while bumping each card on the first page down one line. Hanmac‎ undid my work and left me confused on what I should do to help... Can you explain this to me? --LordGeovanni 11:52, January 5, 2010 (UTC)

Hi[edit]

Hi, I'm fairly new to this wiki, so I don't know all the policies yet. I wanted to ask you why you deleted the tip I added to the Cyber Ouroboros tips page was removed. It seemed fine to me. By the way, are you allowed to create archives for talk pages? Yours seems very long. 18:21, January 5, 2010 (UTC)

Stop changing my pictures of aki and atem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You be the judge.[edit]

Hi, this is 002517. I wanted a vote and opinion on my different decks, and which one you think is the best. I have the deck lists on my Talk Page, and the Voting Poll on my User Page. Have a look around and see what you think. Thanks. --002517 02:00, January 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • I wanted to tell you that I have a new OTK Strategy. I don't want to get into the trouble of continuously deleting and pasting the same strategy, so I first want to make sure my strategy works with you. I you find any problems with this OTK, please notify me first:

Special Summon "Levia-Dragon - Daedalus" with "Big Wave Small Wave" while "Umi"or "A Legendary Ocean" is on the field. Use Levia's effect to send the Field Spell Card to the Graveyard in-order to destroy all cards on the field. Then remove from play 6 (2 each) Water Monsters to Special Summon 3 copies of "Fenrir"s. Tribute Levia-Dragon to Special Summon "Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus" and then Normal Summon a monster with 900 ATK or more form your hand. Then attack directly with all your monsters.

1400 + 1400 + 1400 + 2900 + 900 (Or more) = 8000 LP.

Thank-you. --002517 09:25, January 8, 2010 (UTC)

New Plan of OTK (Only 5 cards required and 2 optional).[edit]

I've got a good idea. It now involves: "Arcana Force EX - The Dark Ruler", "Arcana Force EX - The Light Ruler", "Final Destiny", "Painful Choice" and "The Shallow Grave". The optional cards are "Ookazi" and "Chaos Sorcerer". Here's the plan:

Activate "Painful Choice" to send the two Arcana Force Rulers, 1 LIGHT monster and 2 DARK monsters to the Graveyard. Your opponent picks one of them. Obviously, they want to pick either the single LIGHT monster, or one of the two DARK monsters. Then activate "Final Destiny" when you have 6 or more cards in your hand (I hope this doesn't ruin the whole OTK...), discard 5 cards (Except your "Shallow Grave"!!) and destroy all cards on the field. Then activate your "The Shallow Grave" to return one of the Arcana Force Monsters from your Graveyard. Remember, while a monster is in Face-Down Defense Position, its effects are negated. A nomi card's effect is also negated, so "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set" is negated, and besides that, it never mentions anything about a Flip Summon. So, you can Flip Summon one of the Arcanas, and also Special Summon a "Chaos Sorcerer" (Its optional if you haven't dealt any damage so far to your opponent). You can attack directly causing 7300 LP damage, and at the end, activate "Ookazi" to finish your opponent off.

Please, if this doesn't work out for you, can we make this into a tip (Excluding the Ookazi bit)? Thank-you for your time and effort. --002517 13:34, January 8, 2010 (UTC)

  • I'm sorry to keep bugging you with my OTK strategies, but I will absolutely swear to my life that after this one, I will give up and think of new strategies months later. Thank-you soooooo much for your time and effort. The good thing about this OTK is that now, all it needs is 5 cards and no optional cards:

Here is a neat one I made up, I hope it works out:

While "Makyura the Destructor" is on the field, activate from your hand "Final Destiny" to destroy all cards on the field along with "Makyura" whilst activating his effect: When this card is sent to the Graveyard, the controller of this card can activate Trap Cards from his/her hand... When all cards are sent to the Graveyard, Normal Summon "Lekunga" to your side of the field and remove from play 4 (2 each) WATER monsters in your Graveyard to Special Summon 2 Lekunga Tokens. Tribute 3 monsters to Special Summon "Arcana Force EX - he Dark Ruler" and activate his effects of heads and tails. If you are lucky with Heads, and you attack directly twice, you win the duel. If not, activate "Reversal of Fate" from your hand thanks to "Makyura the Destructor"'s effect, and then win the duel.

(Note to self: PLEASE LET THIS WORK OUT...) --002517 10:41, January 9, 2010 (UTC)

PoirotH, I've added an OTK that has previously been on the Tips section. I'm sure you've seen it. Please do not delete the page "Makyura the Destructor OTK" because it is not my OTK! Thankyou for your time and help for fixing up my OTKs. I will now stop bugging you and think of another OTK. --002517 05:29, January 10, 2010 (UTC)

But the OTK works...[edit]

PoirotH, You said I cannot Special Summon "Arcana Force EX - The Dark Ruler" with tokens. The Dark Ruler OTK was "Arcana Force EX - The Dark Ruler" Special Summoned by "Marauding Captain" and 2 "Hero Kids" (Marauding Special Summons Hero Kid from your hand who Special Summons 1 or 2 other Hero Kids). Then "Reversal of Fate" Set on the field when you get a bad luck of coin toss. THE OTK WORKS!! Can you please restore it from the deletion log, or else tell me what is wrong with the OTK...

By the way, a much easier way of clearing the field with the Makyura the Destructor OTK is with "Final Destiny". There is no need to say: While your opponent's field is clear. Also, with "Final Destiny" you can have an almost definite chance of "Makyura the Destructor" sent to the Graveyard. --002517 01:30, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

Confused[edit]

I do not understand PoirotH. Why is my user page been deleted? I was gone on the holidays. I have not logged on until now. Please explain the reason to why my user page is deleted. --Notra 04:30, January 11, 2010 (UTC)Notra

  • Ooooooh. I see now. I would never put that sort of thing on my user page. Thank you for deleting that PoirotH. Much appreciated! ^^ --Notra 18:23, January 11, 2010 (UTC)Notra
  • PoirotH, don't be ridiculous. With "Reversal of Fate" Set on the field, and you flipped a bad luck coin, you can always change the coin toss result after it has resovled. The OTK page says do not relate any monsters with any OTK if you don't have a definate chance of luck. There is an absolutely definate chance that you will get Heads with "Reversal of Fate" unless that is, with the effect of "Mystical Space Typhoon" negating this card. Now, I am going to restore it now, and you better not delete this.
  • It is called an OTK, so why not put it on the OTK page? It still works. But if there is no more space for OTKs (And I doubt that) then I may as well put it on my User Page. --002517 10:03, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

[edit]

But why would you delete this OTK in the first place? It still works. You will always have a definate chance of Heads. And, it does not break any sort of ruling. --002517 10:08, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

If you had looked at my OTK, "Harpie's Feather Duster" would have cleaned away your opponent's Spell and Trap Card Zone anyway. He/she now cannot negate my "Reversal of Fate". Oh, and also, if an OTK lists a card, that card must be played as a role. The Dark Ruler will not just hang around there waiting for a 50% chance of luck. --002517 10:15, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

And that's exactly what I had in my OTK, perfectly and exactly what you said. On my OTK, I wrote: In-order to make sure your Spell Speed 1 cards are not negated by your opponent, make sure you have "Counter Counter" Set on your field, or in some other cases "Mystical Space Typhoon" ready to activate from your hand etc. ... My OTK has 100% chance of working (In some very unlikely cases, you may as well have 2 "Reversal of Fates"). --002517 10:28, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

I've read the page you've asked, although I was trying to say make sure you have the ability to negate certain cards your opponent controls so your "Reversal of Fate" will not be destroyed. By the way, is it OK to create a new Arachive for messages? It is harder to click the scroll button as it gets thinner. --002517 10:39, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

You don't, and you can't tell what cards your opponent has to negate. That's why I wrote in the OTK: Make sure you have Spell Speed 2 or Counter Trap Cards ready to destroy your opponent's cards that may destroy your "Reversal of Fate". --002517 10:46, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

That's is why I wrote in my OTK as a warning or a reminder, not as a OTK card list: Please be sure that if your opponent tries to negate your "Harpie's Feather Duster", have any card ready to negate that opposing card. I'm sorry PoirotH, but I have to go now. We shall discuss this again tomorrow. --002517 10:53, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

My Oppinion/Relating to Duel Runner edits...[edit]

I don't really care if you're a frequent user, i still think you're a big douchebag.

Right... As we were discussing yesterday, I never put in my OTK card list that it requires card negating cards (Eg. "Mystical Space Typhoon" to destroy cards that attempt on destroying "Reversal of Fate". We are just running around in circles, so I am going to restore the OTK. Admit it. It has a 100% chance of working. --002517 01:46, January 12, 2010 (UTC)

  • What are the circumstances that this OTK is not eligible? How is does it break any TCG or OCG rulings? The OTK is exactly 4 cards, absolutely and definite chance of operating, does not use tokens to summon The Dark Ruler, the OTK is correct. I even have support from one of the users: User:Messengerofthedark who even insists and encourages for better cards that still complete this OTK (Eg. He wants "Reversal of Fate" to be replaced with "Light Barrier", but we are still discussing this). The OTK is an OTK!!! --002517 11:49, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
  • Thank-you. User:Messengerofthedark also recommends in-order I don't make this OTK a Traditional Format, he said add "Giant Trunade" then activate "Light Barrier". I will explain the OTK as clearly as possible and you may do the final editing. How about that? Or if you think it is clear enough to players who read this in-order to understand, then leave it. I will now re-do the edits on the OTK to the original, but I will write: Maximum number of cards for OTK: 6. --002517 12:06, January 12, 2010 (UTC)

Prime Synchron[edit]

You deleted a page where someone blanked all the info. Check the history to find the most recent and clean version and restore it please. DemonGodAsura 06:25, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

Ah, ok. I never knew that. Thanks, DemonGodAsura 06:28, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

Necro[edit]

It is an archetype, one used by Yami Bakura. The name of the card was changed from "Dark Necroface" to "Necroface" when it was introduced in the OCG from the Manga. DemonGodAsura 18:55, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

Why?[edit]

I was just wondering, why did you delete the Card Rulings page for "Earthbound Revival" that I made? Was there something wrong with it?

Re: 5D's Insert music question[edit]

I think it's a worth a mention. Maybe a misc or other subsection in Japanese songs. -- Deltaneos (talk) 16:33, January 16, 2010 (UTC)

Duel Disk[edit]

Why'd you delete my entry saying Lucien Grimley was the first left handed duelist? His own page even says so and Paradox's Duel Disk infobox says nothing about him being the third 5D's lefty Duelist, so the point still stands. --Blackstone Dresden 02:44, January 17, 2010 (UTC)

Lightforce Sword: Tips.[edit]

The reason that Koa'ki Meiru Deck players will only have 1 card in their hand ("Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru"), is because they will be summoning all their Koa'ki Meiru monsters first, and use any Spells, and Traps to support them (Eg. "Core Blaster"). If they don't, its good to have "Lightforce Sword" anyway in a deck.

  • Sorry, I didn't know that. So you can only pay the cost of 1 Koa'ki Meiru monster with only 1 "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru"? If so, thanks for telling me. --002517 06:39, January 17, 2010 (UTC)

hey[edit]

so is vennominaga affected by solemn and etc? or we're not sure?

Batteryman AAA + Batteryman Industrial Strength[edit]

for what reason did you deleted this tip? have i forgot a ruling? --hanmac

with 2 Batteryman AAA in your hand you can specialsummon Industrial Strength in one turn, if you have luck you can do it in your first turn --hanmac 20:08, January 18, 2010 (UTC)

Slip Summon and Level Eater.[edit]

Why can't you return "Zero Gardna" back to the hand if it's in the Graveyard? "Slip Summon"'s lore 'does not say "The face-up monster is returned to the owner's hand"... And also, By reducing a Level 5 monster's level by 1 with "Level Eater", you actually can power-up a Synchro Monster's ATK with "Synchro Strike" minimum by 1000 (Eg. "Quickdraw Synchron" and "Level Eater" will power the Synchro monster's ATK by 1000). So, my second tip at least still works. --002517 00:58, January 19, 2010 (UTC)

Gargh[edit]

Why did you remove my friends post bout me? :O

The Immortal Bushi & others[edit]

Totally overlooked that for Treeborn (Thanks for using your brain when I, for a moment, didn't ^^). I knew there had been a reason why I didn't use him XD At least Plaguespreader will still work, though, because if you use him right again, he will go to RFG zone.--Finris 16:45, January 20, 2010 (UTC)

Sorry for all those mistakes I make. I'm not a native speaker.

Card Tips:Goblin Zombie[edit]

I think I messed up the query on this page. I was trying to add card type to sort out the effect monsters from the normal monsters. Can you please fix it? --LordGeovanni 19:04, January 22, 2010 (UTC)

E Hero Neos Knight[edit]

Why is it that the Trivia Page for Elemental Hero Neos Knight was deleted? You mentioned possible errors in the editing history, but does it require an entire page to be deleted?

Are there clear guidelines for editing, or is it merely a free-for-all, with mods at the top of the food chain? I would really appreciate it if you could point me in the direction of a rules list for updating, or some such thing.

Sincerely,

Gerhardified

Clarity[edit]

Thank you for clarifying exactly what was going on. It seems you are, to say the very least, rather "active" on this site.

Blackfeather Dragon[edit]

Rather than spamming the relevant card's page with edits, I figured this would be simpler:

Crow has been confirmed as the fifth Signer, the new Synchro, whilst being called "Blackfeather Dragon", has been modified in both the Kanji of its name and its summoning requirements. These differentiate it from the rest of the "Black Feather" monsters, in that its name is distinct (and thus is not explicitly a part of the archetype), and it has been created to be summoned by any Tuner and material(s). In essence, all of these points come together to simply state that Crow's upcoming new monster is a member of the titular "5Ds" of the anime and various game formats.

If you are still uncertain of its status, I'd be very interested monster is the last Signer's Dragon? Or even which character would wield it, if not Crow himself?

Gerhardified 04:17, January 26, 2010 (UTC)

RE: Shien[edit]

Fine, I'll accept that reason. You should have just said that to begin with instead of making it seem like your opinion was somehow superior, though.--YamiWheeler 17:08, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

It's not that it sounded superior. It was your actions - you were undoing the edit seemingly on the basis that just because you thought they were unrelated, you were right.--YamiWheeler 17:09, January 28, 2010 (UTC)
Well, to be fair, I usually give adequate reasoning if I do remove something. However, it doesn't matter. Ultimately, you were correct. I'll leave it there.--YamiWheeler 17:14, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

D.D. Crow[edit]

I thought that to special summon Chaos Sorcerer the player has to specificly designate 2 monsters one light and one dark to remove for the special summon. If this is the case then discarding D.D. Dedication Through Light And Darkness/Trivia Sector[edit]

I'm not quite sure I see your point of view... I mean it's a notable and worth-mentioning fact... After all it's the Trivia sector dude, relax a bit...

You are the only one trust me. In the trivia section you mention everything that's TRIVIAL abt the card. Next time, think before you revert correct edits. I won't continue this. But remember: You DON'T know everything.

At least, I don't delete correct trivia for ridiculous reasons...

OK sorry abt "deleting". But I'm more than sure that you are wrong and that's why i disagree with you. Anyway this is getting nowhere so I'm ending it. From now on I will be more careful with my edits and I suggest you do the same with yours.--Montechristo95 20:22, March 6, 2010 (UTC)

Hello and a message.[edit]

Hello. My name is LordGeovanni. I have an idea for this site that I would like you to look at. It is featured on my user page. The main concept is when a "recommended card list" is made, like on the Spell Counter Deck page, the cards have a reason why the card was added to the list. This prevents people having an edit war over what cards belong in the list. I have taken the advantage of using my idea on the Frog page due to multiple people arguing over Junk Warrior in this deck build. I ask that you, if you have the time, to take a look at the Frog page and please give me some feedback on my idea of spreading this to other pages. --LordGeovanni 05:17, March 16, 2010 (UTC)

Dark Horus x2 Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon x3 Mystic Tomato The Dark Creator x3 Armageddon Knight x3 Dark Grepher x3 Dark Resonator x3 Destiny Hero - Malicious x2 Gorz the Emissary of Darkness Kuriboh x2 Magical Merchant x2 Plaguespreader Zombie Phantom of Chaos x2 Tragoedia Destiny Hero - Dasher Spirit Reaper Dark Armed Dragon

Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier Black Rose Dragon Dark End Dragon x2 Stardust Dragon x2 Goyo Guardian Red Dragon Archfiend x2 Ancient Fairy Dragon Mist Wurm x2 Power Tool Dragon x2 X-Saber Urbellum

This deck heavily relies on Veil of Darkness and Magical Merchant. Magical Merchant won’t stop milling the deck till you get either a Spell or Trap card from your deck so it can fill the Graveyard with a lot of Dark monsters. With the high ratio of monsters of the deck I can use Veil of Darkness at its max.The light monsters and spell cards in the deck acts as stopper of the milling effects.

Is the combo possible? Or this go against their card rulings. --Supremdragonking 09:24, March 19, 2010 (UTC)

Manga portal images[edit]

Considering you were involved in the changing of manga character images, could you please leave your thoughts here? Thank you. -- Deltaneos (talk) 23:23, April 17, 2010 (UTC)

You sure you don't need to block 207.103.158.84?[edit]

cuz they've been messing with Luna's page for like the 10th time already. 174.120.149.98 13:13, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Episode 102 title[edit]

I think that he mean by DUB name of that episode, and Speed wish to put it up. But I think not, since it's not yet to air in 4kids. --FredCat100 11:38, April 25, 2010 (UTC)

Placido's Handedness[edit]

I am curious why you deny my idea of his handedness? I am not against ya, just want to know the reason. --FredCat100 15:56, April 29, 2010 (UTC)

Ah... please forgive me for my poor grammar writing. I am not perfect myself yet but I am still training myself. --FredCat100 17:03, April 29, 2010 (UTC)

Card Gallery Page for The Shining Darkness[edit]

Can you remove the protection for this page: Set Card Galleries:The Shining Darkness (TCG-EN-1E). I'd already edited the page for Unlimited Edition. Thanks.Dark Pride 07:54, May 1, 2010 (UTC)

  • Yes, I'm planning to set up the card galleries for 1st edition and Unlimited edition (English). I'm still getting the Permission error page. Anyway, thanks.Dark Pride 08:36, May 1, 2010 (UTC)

How do you know that these are female?[edit]

I am curious the reason why you not consider that three Blackwings who are tuners not included in the list? They seemed more feminine to me than male figure. If you disagreed with that, then I will put them in my "Trivia" page instead. --FredCat100 22:46, May 2, 2010 (UTC)

But he didn't answer. So my opinion about them being female, are their body. I can notice that their body structure seem more feminine than male. And also they're nearly identity to each other, except in color and headset. --FredCat100 19:04, May 3, 2010 (UTC)

Ok, thanks for your answer. And he still NOT responding me. --FredCat100 03:03, May 4, 2010 (UTC)

Summoned Lord Exodia?[edit]

What was Summoned Lord Exodia's history prior to the last revision before you deleted it? Card Appearances:Summoned Lord Exodia was created in October 2007 by User:Tyrant Slayer and last edited in February 29, with about a dozen edits total, leading me to believe the card article is actually legitimate and you may have deleted it thinking it was a vandalistic creation. Thanks in advance! ダイノガイ千?!? · Talk⇒Dinoguy1000 04:16, May 4, 2010 (UTC)

Also, I marked for deletion the four pages Card Trivia:Machine Assembly Line, Card Trivia:Wattchimera, Card Trivia:Wattgiraffe and Card Appearances:Plasma Counter‎ specifically to perform history merges with prior versions of those pages which had been orphaned during page renames - please see the delete rationale on each page for the page it should be merged with, and note that the pages with the delete tags are the titles where the pages should reside after the merges. Thanks again! ダイノガイ千?!? · Talk⇒Dinoguy1000 04:24, May 4, 2010 (UTC)
The reason why I deleted was because a number of people, myself included, believe that Summoned Lord Exodia was never a card in the first place, but merely how he looked like when all his parts were gathered, making it seem questionable on whether it should have a Card Article. I think that his appearance article should be merged with the appearances of Exodia the Forbidden One,since it is basically the center card. Or maybe it should go in the Exodia page. If you think that I should undelete the article, at least to see it for yourself, then say it. You seem to be quite trustworthy. And thanks for pointing out those pages for deletion.PoirotH 05:22, May 4, 2010 (UTC)
That's fine for Summoned Lord Exodia, I was simply curious since there was no reason provided for its deletion; I'll leave it to someone else to do something with the card appearances page, though. As for the other four pages, as I said, I did not mark them for deletion simply to have them deleted - they need to be history merged. History merging two pages involves deleting the page where the merged page should reside, moving the second page over the first, deleted page, and then undeleting the deleted revisions of the first page (you can also take this opportunity to selectively undelete only those revisions which are nonvandalistic); for more information on history merging, see wikipedia:Wikipedia:How to fix cut-and-paste moves (note that the page specifically discusses using history merges to fix cut-and-paste moves, but the technical information and advice is still valid for general history merges). For example, the page Card Trivia:Machine Assembly Line (page 1) needs to be history merged with Card Trivia:Machine Developer (page 2). You have already deleted page 1, so now page 2 needs to be moved over it. After that, the deleted revisions of page 1 should be restored. If you don't feel you understand the process well enough to attempt it, you can leave this task to User:Deltaneos - he has performed history merges himself and seems quite adept at it. ダイノガイ千?!? · Talk⇒Dinoguy1000

harpie lady otk[edit]

why did you delete my harpie lady otk it was awesome!!!

Re: Poll introduction[edit]

I don't think using polls to make decisions is wise.

  • Simply voting discourages people from discussing. e.g. if we use a poll to determine whether a page is deleted or not, the decision should be based on the reasons given for and against its deletion. The amount of people on each side does not give this kind of information or allow editors to interact, make new suggestions or compromise.
  • If someone gives reasons for one side and nobody gives the reasons for the other side, but the side that hasn't given any reasoning has more votes, whoever was arguing on the other side cannot address any of their thoughts.
  • Majority is not necessarily right.
  • Polls are easily abusable by people with access to multiple IPs or accounts.

You can see more information here.

But it's not so harmful asking people who or what their favourite main character or series is, as it's not a decision on what's to be done on the site. Some users make similar polls on forums or their user pages. e.g. User:Modo assalto#Poll. Why do you think we might need this? -- Deltaneos (talk) 23:03, May 9, 2010 (UTC)

Secret Mission Trivia...[edit]

You deleted it because it's anime page? --FredCat100 17:04, May 10, 2010 (UTC)

YOU[edit]

From what I can see here you are a self-centred troll of an admin. You revert plenty of edits, just because you deem them to be uneccessary due to the editors being new or anonymous users. As for your reasons you never respond on your talk page to these accusations. This type of behaviour is unnaceptable. STOP NOW AND REPLY TO THIS OR I SWEAR I WILL MAKE THIS WIKI A LIVING HELL. I have over 100 computers to use, each with a different IP. And I know that is a horrible threat, but only because I want you to bloody answer me! 89.207.208.1 08:07, May 13, 2010 (UTC)
