Cool, i am the first to leave a message again! Hail THOR!!! Wassup?! I am really get pissed at people on decks for free. They do not know how to post their decks, they ask for two decks, and they think that it will fly if they post their requests two days apart from each other. I went ahead and deleted 3 requests that were double requests and where the decks werent in the decklist format. I was wondering if i could add a new rule: ALL requests not abiding by the rules will be immediately deleted. I woud have already posted it but i didnt want to get you angry at me so i thought i should ask first... I really want to talk. I am trying a Koa'Ki Meiru Swarm deck with LS and urgent synthesis as well as Krebons for syncs. I use Core Reinforcements as extra Call of the Haunted's and i sync before the end of the turn:) I am wanting to add in Ghoulungulate but i am only using cards i already have. I would need two Ghoulungulate, a Ryko and another Powerhand(which would make 3). I have been test drawing and it looks solid but i need to duel against you to make sure but i cant seem to catch you online:( We need to talk dude... and duel. Alright, i will post it up for you. I have been using it at home with the more redundant Koa Kis because i dont have ghoulungulate, etc. but it works fine with them and i use reinforcement and synthesis for swarming, syncs, and caius! it is actually pretty cool but it could definitely be better. My only problem has been luck because i havent gotten any of the cards in my hand when i needed them. I have been test drawing and going through the deck to see what i would mill/draw and it isnt really good. I only get to use one urgent synthesis or max two and only one reinforcement because they all end up in the grave:/ I am only using Lyla and Ryko + Krebons and Caius. I find that in this deck, it is easier to use top deck monster effects like water barrier's but then it will stop my milling. I see why people might take offense but honestly, i see no originality in the deck requests and most of them have been done so people should check the archives instead of asking for them again. Like you said, there are very few good deckbuilders on here and that's starting to get me depressed because trying t talk to people about strategy on here is like talking back to a friggin movie. Anyway, people will either bitch and moan about it or tell me to f*** off. I am getting extremely bored. Maybe i should pick up my guide again and take a break from the groveling masses on the help thread. • I have developed a recent interest in city decks, mainly big, little and macro city. How would you rate them? Any suggestions? I think Macro is the most promising but i am not sure and i dont have much experience at all in anti meta because i play meta but i like anti meta a lot. The only reason why i refrain from using it is because anti is a hassle against meta but it isn't a contender for top 16's or really any titles. Koa Ki Meiru might be just that with Urknight and Core transport unit as well as Maximus but otherwise...i just dont know what to make of them, they are just walls that the meta can easily climb over... Check your boys on Decks for Free

It is not your original staff, but some of the things NYKid said could upset a number of Duelists. There is no reason for him to say that the only interesting deck idea on the forum is the CB one and The Fairy near the bottom. He may not like the other decks and it is his right to not pick them up, because he doesn't like the ideas. But, people go there to get help, and if they read that one of your staff members doesn't like their idea it's not good business.

I know I don't help out as much as I probably should on Decks for Free!, mostly due to school and stuff (and a million apologies for that, really), but I figured there are little things that can be done besides just building decks to improve the overall service. So I thought I'd ask if besides building the occasional deck here and there I could also archive the completed decks on the page? Hey there! I was wondering what i can/need to do if I want to become a Deck Creator on Decks for free? I do a lot of testing with proxy decks and always like to bring in new ideas. Watching

I was walking by and noticed the Deck Guide. Ive posted a bit around the Wikia but not much deck building. I do the best I can to help other members when I can.

Ive been playing for about 4 years now. I would like to say I have a very good understanding of the game and most decks but, to someone else I may still be a amateur.

I can post the Deck-prints for the Decks I use in real life if you would like, maybe that would give the team a idea of my deck building skills.

At the moment, I'm at home from 6am to 8pm. I have a lot of free time to work on a deck or even put one together and run it on TF4. Ive been putting together a few billy decks here and there.

• Masked Knight Deck

• Many different BF builds (I know you have a few people on this but more perspective the better. Ive been dabbling with cards like Swallows Nest. I'm a very anti-netdecker, so any chance to build something that works and is better then netdecks is my forte.

• Plants

• X-Saber (They are my main in real life, I don't think anyone has spent more time on X-saber then I have)

• Personal build for the not-so-rich (I have one up at the moment on the Deck Help forum)

• Six Sam (Its the first deck I've had since 07. I know them very well if you need one)

• Reptiliannes (Putting it together for a friend of mine. Everyday I'm learn new things I can do to make attack zero and run things over, lol)

• Clear World deck

• Dragons

• Angels (Fairies)

I also recently put together a Duelist guide covering about 90% of everything someone needs to know to play the game and grow as a duelist. After reading the rule book and reading my guild you should be able to keep up with anyone.

Hopeless dragon guide Q

It's been so long:/

• Hey Thor. Its been a long time since we talked. My comp charger is busted so i have to use my mom's. It's so slow:P Anyway, i was just wondering whats up with the comment about me on your page:P Fresh blood = fresh meat or something? ...lol. You know, i havent gotten a reply on the last decks i made for people, the crystal beast deck and fairy deck. How do i know the people got em if they dont say anything? Oh well, they snooze they lose:P I wish the requests on the pages were a little more unique and thought out cause i see people requesting stuff that either makes no sense, has no chance, or has already been done so many times. I was checking out the March 2010 Forbidden/Limited list on the wikia and i cant believe my eyes o_O Are Charge and Allure really gonna be limited and Necro Gardna and Lumina forbidden??? And what about Black Whirlwind, semi-limited? If they do this then im gonna quit... they are gonna completely kill the game if they do that. I dont get konami, they kill Lumina they kill LS and half of the hybrids out there. With Whirlwind and Allure semi and limited, BW is gonna end up BS. Half the people playing will quit because they will end up killing most of the good decks out there. And Trag limited??? Konami is f***ed in the head if they do this to us. • Ok, well i guess i was overreacting actually and i realize that:) Thing is that it restricts a lot. Then again, now that necro gardna and mezuki will be restricted, i guess that i dont have to change my Zombiecharge after all except get a Charge and a couple Goblin Zombie, otherwise im good. I actually still want to keep the deck cause you saw that it worked well even without mezuki and necro gardna plus i added some Shield Warriors which are perfect substitutes:D cause i dont really need their DARK attributes. This will also give me room for more techs and it will let me balance the s/t and monster counts. I will just replace the two lost Lumina's with some other LS. Maybe a what's her name with Book of Moon(s) or something. The list will give me room to add different techs to the deck and explore new combos so it'll be good experience for me. I might lose the LS and go straight Zombie and i will work on my BW and Plant decks cause they will be really good with the upcoming support:) BTW what do you think is good from the new BW support? Cleaning House

On Decks for Free!, I'm wondering if it's time to clean up some of the requests from the users who don't know how to follow rules, leaving only the requests that are "worthy", for lack of a better word. Also, I'm wondering if we should make it mandatory to have users post decks in the Deck Template, if they are asking for help on an existing deck. Hey tantara, did you guy even ever consider letting me join Decks for free! ?, i still think i could help, I'm on this site every day. Anyway, I'm posting here in regards to my E.Hero deck. I'm trying to make it based around remove from play with Parallel World Fusion and Burial from a Different Dimension combined with Miracle fusion, and maybe some Polymerizations and Fusion Gates. Please use e.hero flash, and any other "Elemental Hero" monster you deem necessary. ChimeraGear Otk stuff

Hey tantara, i have some stuff to say about your ancient gear build. First of all, i shall congradgulate you for building what i think is the most impressive AG build i've seen.

I've prototyped a newer deck based on your build that includes machina fortress and Gearframe. It is slightly more consistant and powerful than your current build and does not rely quite as much on the chimeritech otk. If you would like to see it, then just tell me, i would be glad to show you. ^_^

P.S. I also need some help with my dragon deck if it dosen't trouble you. I already have it completed but i have a problem. With LS and Zombies dead with this new format, i am wondering if i should continue to use Koa'ki meiru Drago. I can't figure out what i would replace it with. • • Here is some explanation.
• No cyber zwei or protos. They are simply too slow and with 2 cyber dragons, there is not much reason to use them.
• My brother, who uses this deck, constantly remarked that card trooper never helped him.
• Ancient Gear Drill is run at 2 because it was often a dead draw. Because this deck is now more oriented around swarming and killing, AGD is not needed at 3. It also eats up the hand fast.
• Limiter removal is a powerful otk tool.

Thanks i guess. I never really saw myself as being good at deckbuilding. I don't have that much competitive experience (i live 45 miles from the nearest card shop). I've only been to one tournament in my life. -_-

Anyway, thanks. I conveniently have 1 blizzard dragon =). And thanks for pointing out the foolish burial thing.

I also made and finished a machina deck for my friend. It isn't very good do to budget issues but... it beat the AG deck once out of two duels. Only because of powerbond though. It involves gadgets such and such and is quite impressive for what was paid for it. Overall, i think konami has outdone themselves making this new structure deck.

about A card

i'm sure you know about Lava Golem right? Here's what i wanna ask:

• I special summon it during my turn to my opponent's field right? Then the 2 monsters that is used to tribute summon is chosen by me or my opponent?
• If i were to set or summon a monster first then only i special summon the [Lava Golem]], will it work?

p.s: i kinda have problem putting my deck into a decklist in my page, do you mind having a look at it?

Here is the deck i've come up with:

My build is focused on quickdraw, but with the light in cyber dragon\valley, tuningware--- and the dark in junk synchron, level eater and darksea rescue. I decided to add some chaos >:D

I know, it's not exactly original... but yeah. tell me what you think. I really don't know if it's good or not.

One more side note. This is irrevelant to the request, but i was wondering. With quickdraw and speed warrior (use with limiter overload) being wind, wouldn't you be able to incorperate dark simorgh in a deck like this? Lemme know what you think ;) TwosidedDragon 03:27, March 25, 2010 (UTC)

Oh, i had looked at the new format several times, and i didn't realize that Chaos Sorcerer was back at 1 -_-

Anyway, yes blizzard dragon is just fine against my competition (and believe me, it's small). I hope to go to a tournament as soon as i obtain all of the proxied cards i have. I just got a foolish burial and a second magna drago so i'm getting close.

I need your opinion on something...

• My friend is trying to build an Earthbound immortal deck. I am reletively unskilled with such a deck but i have come up with some ideas.

• Immortal Lightsworns:

Use The lightsworn engine to draw up any immortal + a mausoleum to easily summon an immortal. Earthbound Revival is used to recycle the milled immortals and fields. In additon, light + Dark = Chaos.

• Earthbound Antimeta:

Earthbounds are almost never special summoned, so royal oppression can work well. Just add in some Rai-Ohs, kycoos, and DD Warrior ladies and it should work well. Also i'm sure that Kaiser Colosseum would work as well.

• My friend has a shallow budget of about 30-40 dollars (luckily his birthday is coming up so that might raise it higher).

• Tell me which one you think is more practical or if you have any other ideas and i shall make a deck accordingly. TwosidedDragon 15:29, March 29, 2010 (UTC)

Anyway... thanks for the tips... I really have no experience with LS or immortals. So this was something new for me. =D i'm glad you like it. I changed it and it's on my homepage.

Also, akiza and i (more him than me) came up with an awesome idea for a dragoequites. So here is the basic idea.

Twilight rose knight - Lord poison. Synch for black rose and nuke the field. Miracle Synchro Fusion out dragoequites. Make direct attack.

Sounds good right... >_> idk, tell me what you think.

Suggestion for Decks for Free

Hi Tantara: I've noticed in my "lurking" that a few people in the D4F thread get antsy when a deadline only they know about is coming up and their deck request hasn't been worked on yet. I was thinking this might indicate you need another rule, something to this effect:

If you have a "must meet" date in mind, please note that. This won't guarantee your request will get worked on any sooner, but at least we can let you know whether or not we can meet that date."

See what I mean?

Update; April 9, 2010. The other way to handle this would be to simply state upfront that it can take up to 8 weeks before a deckbuilder gets to and completes a deck request. If you manage expectations up front, you won't have as much flack to deal with - AND it might cut down on all the random requests. "

What I came up with

This deck showcases the A-Team: Aitsu, Doitsu, Soitsu and Koitsu. The deck has many ways to search for them. Sangan and Deep Sea Diver can search for them in general because they all start with low ATK. There's also Machina Peacekeeper to search for your Union monsters. Special summoning them from the hand is easy with Valhalla and Celestial Transformation. For example, you can special summon Aitsu with Valhalla and then special summon Koitsu with Celestial. Later, equip Koitsu to Aitsu, since Koitsu is no longer treated as a monster it is no longer affected by Celestial. It might take a while to gather your resources but do not fear as the deck is prepared to stall till you get what you need. There's Marshmallon, Swords of Revealing Light and Waboku. You can also use Creature Swap and borrow your opponents monsters for a while and also attack your own monsters, which helps too. Archlord Kristya is there to provide some muscle and slow your opponents down. It can also retrieve any of the fairies that are in the graveyard.

Haha, I've changed it a bit. The original build did emphasize more on dumping stuff into the graveyard but I also didn't like it that much and changed it. Now it is about getting the right cards to your hand by using monster effects so to add a little more playability I've kept the Limit Reverse.

Need help to finish my deck

Fun with Synchros (33) + (14) Yu-Talk

The Deck summons my synchro's quickly to over power my opponent, it uses The Calculator for power attacks and to power up my Junk Warrior, and it user the combo of Quillbolt Hedgehog, Cannon Soldier, and Imperial Iron Wall to surprise my opponent and defeat them quickly.
