Proof![edit]

Do you have realize why you're violate the ruling article just now? If you wish to remove or add any information about the rulings, please give a proof of the Konami's Official Rulings only. If you have nothing to prove, then you are powerless to change it. This is your first warning for doing that on your action. If you continued to do that, I will report your violate to Admins and have them talk with you almost instant. If you still doing that, you're going to be ban for few days. Do you understand this? --FredCat 22:03, May 31, 2011 (UTC)

ATEMVEGETA (talk contribs) was the one who added them correctly, and he's a top and perfection judge. He's always right about them, and has power to post them what he can find. And don't add those symbol along with your user names, it made it harder to revealing your name if you had done that. --FredCat 22:27, May 31, 2011 (UTC)
Those > and < parts... it would making the line between them disappeared. So don't put them on each side of your username. And you're free to talk with him for that reasons. But he's always right when coming to the rulings. --FredCat 22:45, May 31, 2011 (UTC)

RE: W Nebula Meteor[edit]

Royal Oppression and Solemn Warning are kinda weird. They can negate also effect that Special Summon a monster(s) later of the effect's activation (through a lingering effect). So they can negate the effects of W Nebula Meteorite, Last Turn, Future Fusion, ect.

About the Rulings of the Judge Program Forum, since those are official as well, we must have them here in Wikia. One of the bad things is that people cannot view their links as it was made by Konami that only judges can view the articles, but we have no better choice to put those as source.

For Ryko's effect, it's activate same time, milling 3 and destroy 1 card on the field. Not separate, so it's not cost or so.
For Cyber Valley activate at same time, only 1 can prevent the such battle, like Battle Fader, Negate Attack, etc. You only can remove 1 "Cyber Valley" from play. And if you mean for it's second effect (by remove this card and 1 other card from play to draw 2), then you should only activate 1 at a time and it's not an instant play effect - Cyber Valley is Spell Speed 1, not Spell Speed 2 when coming to second and third effect. The only speed 2 when it's on the first effect. --FredCat 01:44, June 2, 2011 (UTC)
No problem, I kindly understand what you were referring to, since you did mention "draw 4" - which making me reconsidered which effect you were trying to explain. I am also judge, but not as experience as Atem here does. --FredCat 01:58, June 2, 2011 (UTC)
Cyber Valley's second effect said draw 2. And you have 2 Cyber Valleys, so that made 4 cards drawn. --FredCat 02:12, June 2, 2011 (UTC)

Royal Oppression always was able to negate an effect that Special Summons a monster through a lingering effect. This was stated in the Rulings and not in the its text. Solemn Warning seems to work the same way.

The text of Royal Oppression is far from perfect. Note that it can also negate an effect that it isn't know if it will Special Summon a monster, like Macro Cosmos, which is not stated in its text as well. Their effects should read something like this: "Negate the activation of an effect that can Special Summon a monster". Now Konami is doing a very big update to the cards' texts so lets hope it will fix those problems.

Infernity Launcher and W Nebula Meteorite are different. W Nebula Meteorite's initial activation leaves a lingering effect until the End Phase that Special Summons a monster. Infernity Launcher's initial activation does NOT Special Summon a monster, or leaves a lingering effect that Special Summons a monster later in the turn. The activation of its second effect Special Summons a monster, so this is the timing that Royal Oppression can be chained.

About the Judge Program Forum, I'm really sorry but we have no other choice right now. It's true that people cannot see the contents of the links and because of this they may not trust those Rulings but I can do nothing for this. The Rulings are official so they must be placed here, and this can be done with people, like me, who can access the Judge Program Forum. Sadly the other people who aren't judges cannot help by adding those Rulings here on Wikia.

Casual Duel is good kind of duels that can help you or your opponents to learn something they have not see or know before. It's like I have not know much of Pokemon TCG game mechanic from past, and I played many casual duels with it (via various kind of deck type) to learn how to play them right. As well as repeat read their text to make sure I got the effect right. --FredCat 09:18, June 2, 2011 (UTC)

"Solemn Warning" works similar with "Royal Oppression", and both of them work their own way. They shouldn't be compared to any other effects like "Jowgen the Spiritualist". They have been ruled to be able to negate such effects like "Last Turn" and "W Nebula Meteor". Konami wants them to work that way (and they always working that way) and we must follow that. Please read my above post!

By the way here is a visible by anyone official Ruling saying that "Solemn Warning" can negate "W Nebula Meteor"'s activation. I hope now this confusion will end!

How to Flag[edit]

I was going to recommend something, but thought better of it. I made this template, instructions are on there. The goal of the template is two-fold; visually flag the ruling on the page itself, and list the ruling in a Category to be looked at.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 19:53, June 23, 2011 (UTC)

  • I will see if I can expand on the Template's usefulness, I hope you find it useful.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 20:00, June 23, 2011 (UTC)

Source Thing[edit]

Sorry if I sound hasty, did you had a discuss with ATEM about "Morphing Jar #2" ruling article yet? If you did not, please undo what you just did and put it up in Talk Page. It's best for you and for us (me and ATEM, as well as each Admins) that we can have some discussion first before go and mug them with bad rulings or non-official source-required rulings. --FredCat 13:12, July 25, 2011 (UTC)

Well, it should be leave alone because it's Konami's word; which is this site's law. The only people who can change them are ATEM and few knew Admins related to him. Only as long as Konami decided to bullshit it up. --FredCat 14:41, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
Ok, if you find it error, then "undo" it instead of fixing it, all way back to where Atem or his buddy last edit it. --FredCat 15:46, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
Then it would be better if you just point the error out to him, like I had done few times with him before. Once for "HEROS" part into "HEROES". --FredCat 15:58, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Official Judge[edit]

So have you become Judge as of lately? I bring this up because of Boba noted me about his own test and passed, but yet to gain the position... --FredCat 02:35, February 7, 2012 (UTC)
