The Weekly Shonen Jump January 2016 membership promotional card is the twelfth subscription promotional card with the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, an Ultra Rare "Dystopia the Despondent".
Despite the supposed release date of January 18, 2016, as noted on the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game - Card Database, Weekly Shonen Jump subscribers did not start receiving this card until February, as early as February 22, 2016.[1]
