Summary[edit]

Switching from Maximum Summon to Fusion Summon, Asana quickly corners Luke, but then he reveals to have obtained a "Fusion" of his own (or rather, Jango's).

Featured Duel: Tatsuhisa "Luke" Kamijo vs Asana Mutsuba[edit]

Duel continues from the previous Supremacy.

Luke has 2700 LP and a face-down card in his Spell & Trap Zone; Asana has 4000 LP and no cards on her field.

Turn 4: Asana
Asana activates the Field Spell Card "Peaks of Blisstopia" to increase the ATK of face-up Wyrm Type monsters on the field by 400 and decrease their DEF by 400 while it is face-up in the Field Zone. Asana Normal Summons "Constructor Princess Pylon" (100/0 → 500/0) and "Constructor Fighter Mixer" (1200/400 → 1600/0). As "Mixer" was Normal Summoned this turn and a face-up Field Spell Card is on the field, Asana activates its effect to send the top card of her Deck to the Graveyard, then if she sent a Wyrm Type Normal Monster to the Graveyard this way, she can draw a card. Asana sends "Constructor Soldier Drillzard" from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard, then draws "Constructor Wyrm Buildragon". Asana Tributes "Pylon" and "Mixer" to Tribute Summon "Buildragon" (2500/2000 → 2900/1600). As Asana Normal Summoned a monster, Luke activates his face-down Trap Card "Dragon Spirit Army", shuffling three Dragon Type monsters from his Graveyard into the Deck to Special Summon two Dragon Type monsters from his Graveyard face-up to his field, then he gains 500 LP. Luke shuffles "Great Multistrike Dragon Dragias Burst", "Great Multistrike Dragon Dragias Burst [L]" and "Great Multistrike Dragon Dragias Burst [R]" from his Graveyard into the Deck and Special Summons "Charity Dragon Tency" (???/400) and "Orebreaker Dragon Mine Groundra" (2500/1000) from his Graveyard in Defense Position (Luke: 2700 → 3200 LP). As a face-up Field Spell Card is on the field, Asana activates the effect of "Buildragon" to Special Summon a Wyrm Type Normal Monster from her Graveyard face-up to her field. Asana Special Summons "Pylon" (100/0 → 500/0) from her Graveyard in Attack Position. Asana activates the Spell Card "Fusion" to Fusion Summon by sending face-up monsters from her field to the Graveyard as material. Asana sends "Pylon" and "Buildragon" from her field to the Graveyard and Fusion Summons "Infinite Constructor Wyrm Buildream" (3000/2500 → 3400/2100) in Attack Position. Asana activates the effect of "Buildream", sending a card from her Field Zone to the Graveyard to destroy two monsters on Luke's field. Asana sends "Peaks of Blisstopia" from her Field Zone to the Graveyard and destroys "Tency" and "Mine Groundra" ("Buildream": 3400/2100 → 3000/2500). Asana Sets a card in her Spell & Trap Zone. "Buildream" attacks Luke directly (Luke: 3200 → 200 LP).

Turn 5: Luke
Luke draws "Highway Dragon", "The Dragon", "Triad Drago", "Steel Strike Dragon Metagias" and "Sportsdragon Pitcher". Luke Normal Summons "Pitcher" (0/1000). As Luke has no other monsters on his field, he activates the effect of "Pitcher" to Special Summon a "Sportsdragon Slugger" from his Graveyard to his field in face-up Defense Position, but this turn his Level 6 and lower monsters cannot attack. Luke Special Summons "Slugger" (1000/0) from his Graveyard in Defense Position. Luke Tributes "Slugger" and "Pitcher" to Tribute Summon "Metagias" (2500/1500). Luke Normal Summons "The Dragon" (0/0) and "Triad Drago" (300/1300). As Asana has a face-up Level 7 or higher monster on her field and Luke has two face-up non-Level 3 Dragon Type monsters on his field, he activates the effect of "Triad Drago" to draw a card. Luke draws "Fusion". Luke activates "Fusion". Luke sends "The Dragon" and "Metagias" from his field to the Graveyard and Fusion Summons "Sturdy Strike Dragon Metagiastar F" (3000/2000) in Attack Position. Luke Tributes "Triad Drago" to Tribute Summon "Highway Dragon" (0/???). Luke activates the effect of "Highway Dragon", sending the top card of his Deck to the Graveyard to this turn increase its ATK by the total number of face-up High Dragon Type monsters on his field and in his Graveyard x 1000 and its Level by 1. Luke sends an unknown card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard ("Highway Dragon": 0/??? → 1000/???; Level 6 → 7). Luke activates the Multi-Choice Effect of "Metagiastar F", sending the top card of his Deck to the Graveyard to prevent all face-up monsters on his field from being destroyed by battle or Asana's Trap Card card effects until the end of this turn, then it can attack twice during this turn. Luke sends an unknown card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard. "Metagiastar F" attacks "Buildream". As Luke's monster declared an attack, Asana activates her face-down Trap Card "Constructor Force", shuffling three Wyrm Type monsters from her Graveyard into the Deck to destroy all Attack Position monsters on Luke's field. Asana shuffles "Wyrm Excavator the Heavy Cavalry Draco", "Wyrm Excavator the Heavy Cavalry Draco [L]" and "Wyrm Excavator the Heavy Cavalry Draco [R]" from her Graveyard into the Deck and tries to destroy "Metagiastar F" and "Highway Dragon", but due to the effect of the former, they are not destroyed. The attack continues and "Buildream" is destroyed. "Highway Dragon" and "Metagiastar F" attack Asana directly (Asana: 4000 → 3000 → 0 LP).
