Yugi Muto is a playable Legendary Duelist in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links who appears in Duel World (DM). This is a video game depiction of Yugi Muto, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime.

He regularly appears in-game after the player reaches Stage 13 of Duel World (DM), at which point his Character Unlock Missions become available. Prior to January 18, 2018, he could only be obtained as a playable character as a reward from the Duelist Chronicles: Set Sail for the Kingdom event. Before then, he also appeared as an opponent in designated Roaming Duelist events.

White Gate Keys are normally required to Duel Yugi Muto at the Gate.

Trivia[edit]

  • When Yugi Summons "Toy Magician", he mentions that the player may not be familiar with it, referencing the fact that Yugi only used it in the Yu-Gi-Oh! R manga. Its attack name also comes from that manga.
  • The copies of "Different Dimension Capsule" in Yugi's Level-Up rewards are likely a reference to "Gold Sarcophagus", which Yugi used in the anime and manga. This is because both cards have effects that banish a card from the Deck until the activator's 2nd Standby Phase.
