Zexal, known as Zeal (ゼアル Zearu) in the Japanese version, is a character in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL World Duel Carnival. This is Yuma Tsukumo, combined with Astral, through the power of ZEXAL.

Profile

遊（ゆう）馬（ま）とアストラルがオーバーレイすることで変身（へんしん）した姿（すがた）。

謎（なぞ）の扉（とびら）の言（い）った「やがて一番（いちばん）大事（だいじ）なものを失（うしな）う」遊（ゆう）馬（ま）は「ゼアル」の力（ちから）を得（え）た。 アストラルによれば、「ゼアル」とはアストラル世界（せかい）を救（すく）う奇跡（きせき）の力（ちから）らしい。

その時（とき）必要（ひつよう）なカードを創造（そうぞう）して引（ひ）いてくる『シャイニング・ドロー』や果（は）ては手札（てふだ）のカードを別（べつ）の物（もの）に書（か）き換（か）えてしまう『リ・コントラクト・ユニバース』などといったトンデモない力（ちから）を持（も）っている。

エースモンスターは「Ｃ（カオス）Ｎｏ．（ナンバーズ）３９ 希（き）望（ぼう）皇（おう）ホープレイ・ヴィクトリー」。

Yuma's and Astral's appearance when they overlay and combine into a single being.

After a mysterious door told Yuma he would soon lose what was most valuable to him, he obtained the power of Zexal. According to Astral, Zexal is a miraculous power that could prove capable of saving the Astral World.

This transformation can use unbelievable abilities like Shining Draw, which let him access any cards he might need, and Re-Contract Universe, which rewrites the cards in his hand into anything else.

His ace monster is Number C39: Utopia Ray Victory.
