"Festival Queen" is the thirtieth episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime. It first aired in Japan on October 23, 2022.
UTS's dinner table is loaded with a mountain of curry breads! It seems that Yuamu, who's always on the hunt for promotion campaigns, is targeting some plates that can be obtained by collecting the stickers that come with the curry breads. However, when Yuamu brings the stickers to the bakery, she learns that the plates are out of stock. So, she decides to go complain to the manager, but as it turns out...
Featured Duel: Yuamu Ohdo vs Zuwijo zir Velgear[edit]
The Duel is conducted as a Rush Duel.
Turn 1: Yuamu
Yuamu's hand contains "Tribute Block", "Applizard", "Dragosite" and "Alpha Burn Drake". Yuamu draws "Swipe Sleipnir". Yuamu Normal Summons "Alpha Burn Drake" (600/1000), "Dragosite" (0/1500), and "Applizard" (1500/0). Yuamu Tributes "Dragosite" to Tribute Summon "Swipe Sleipnir" (1800/0). Yuamu activates the effect of "Swipe Sleipnir", allowing her to send the top 2 cards of her Deck to the Graveyard to inflict 200 damage to Zuwijo for each Level 6 or lower monster she controls, also "Swipe Sleipnir" cannot declare an attack this turn. Yuamu sends "Beta Burn Dragon" and "Update Wyvern" from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard (Zuwijo: 4000 → 3400 LP). Yuamu Sets 1 Card.
Turn 2: Zuwijo
Zuwijo's hand contains "Voidvelgr Peltast", "Voidvelgr Hoplites", "Voidvelgr Hetairoi" and "Void Wall". Zuwijo draws "Voidvelgr Hecatoncheir". Zuwijo Normal Summons "Hoplites" (1500/100) and "Peltast" (0/1500). Zuwijo Tributes "Hoplites" and "Peltast" to Tribute Summon "Hecatoncheir" (2000/2600). Since Zuwijo Normal Summoned a Level 5 or higher monster, Yuamu activates her Set "Tribute Lock", allowing her to change that monster and an Attack Position Dragon monster she controls to face-up Defense Position. Yuamu changes "Hecatoncheir" and "Alpha Burn Drake" to face-up Defense Position. Zuwijo Normal Summons "Hetairoi" (0/1300). Since "Hetairoi" was Normal Summoned this turn and Zuwijo controls another Galaxy monster, he activates its effect, allowing him to change it from Attack Position to face-up Defense Position to have it gain 1300 DEF until the end of Yuamu's next turn ("Hetairoi": 0/1300 → 0/2600). Zuwijo Sets 1 Card.
Turn 3: Yuamu
Yuamu draws "Gacha Gatling Bluetooth Dark Dragon Dymanaraja", "Burst Wave - Platinum Band", "QWERTY Keyblade", "Download Dragon" and "Drago Tracking". Yuamu activates the effect of "Swipe Sleipnir", sending "1seg Wurm" and "Dual Coretls" from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard (Zuwijo: 3400 → 2800 LP). Yuamu Tributes "Alpha Burn Drake" and "Swipe Sleipnir" to Tribute Summon "Dymanaraja" (2400/1000). Since Yuamu controls a Level 7 or higher Dragon monster, she activates the Field Spell "Burst Wave - Platinum Band". The effect of "Platinum Band" allows all Level 6 or lower Dragon monsters on the field to attack directly. Yuamu activates "QWERTY Keyblade", equipping it to a Dragon monster she controls. Yuamu equips "QWERTY Keyblade" to "Dymanaraja". The effect of "QWERTY Keyblade" causes the equipped monster to gain 200 ATK for each face-up Spell Yuamu controls, and if the equipped monster is a DARK monster, it gains the ability to inflict piercing battle damage ("Dymanaraja": 2400/1000 → 2800/1000). Since Zuwijo controls a Level 7 or higher monster, Yuamu activates "Download Dragon", allowing her to send the top 3 cards of her Deck to the Graveyard, and if she sends a Dragon monster to the Graveyard with this effect, all face-up monsters Zuwijo controls lose 100 ATK for each monster sent to the Graveyard by this effect. Yuamu sends "SSD Drake", "Blue Tooth Burst Dragon", and "Red Boot Boost Dragon" from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard ("Hecatoncheir": 2000/2600 → 1700/2600) ("Hetairoi": 0/2600 → 0/2600). Yuamu activates the effect of "Dymanaraja" since it was Normal Summoned this turn, allowing her to shuffle 10 monsters from her Graveyard into her Deck to send the top 10 cards of her Deck to the Graveyard, then "Dymanaraja" gains 200 ATK for each Dragon monster sent to the Graveyard by this effect. Yuamu shuffles "Dragosite", "Beta Burn Dragon", "Update Wyvern", "1seg Wurm", "Dual Coretls", "Alpha Burn Drake", "Swipe Sleipnnir", "SSD Drake", "Blue Tooth Burst Dragon", and "Red Boot Boost Dragon" from her Graveyard into her Deck, then sends "Dragosite", "Beta Burn Dragon", "Update Wyvern", "1seg Wurm", "Dual Coretls", "Alpha Burn Drake", "Swipe Sleipnnir", "SSD Drake", "Blue Tooth Burst Dragon", and "Red Boot Boost Dragon" from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard ("Dymanaraja": 2800/1000 → 4800/1000). "Applizard" attacks Zuwijo directly (Zuwijo: 2800 → 1300 LP). "Dymanaraja" attacks "Hecatoncheir", but since a face-up Defense Position Galaxy monster Zuwijo controls was targeted for an attack, he activates his Set "Void Wall", allowing him to have all face-up Defense Position Galaxy monsters he controls gain 500 DEF for each Defense Position monster he controls until the end of this turn ("Hecatoncheir": 1700/2600 → 1700/3600) ("Hetairoi": 0/2600 → 0/3600). The attack continues and "Heactoncheir" is destroyed (Zuwijo: 1300 → 100 LP).
Turn 4: Zuwijo
Zuwijo draws "Voidvelgr Tyrfing", "Voidvelgr Globule", "Voidvelgr Elysium", "Voidvelgr Pale Rider and "Voidvelgr Black Dwarf". Zuwijo Tributes "Hetairoi" to Tribute Summon "Black Dwarf" (1500/0). Zuwijo Normal Summons "Globule" (0/1300). Zuwijo activates the effect of "Globule", allowing him to shuffle 3 DARK Galaxy monsters from his Graveyard into his Deck to treat it as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a DARK Galaxy monster this turn. Zuwijo shuffles "Hetairoi" and 2 unknown DARK Galaxy monsters from his Graveyard into his Deck. Zuwijo Tributes "Globule" to Tribute Summon "Elysium" (2500/2000). Since Zuwijo Normal Summoned a Level 5 or higher monster, Yuamu activates her Set "Drago Tracking", allowing her to choose a monster she controls equipped with an Equip Spell to have it gain 500 ATK and force Zuwijo to attack that monster first this turn. Yuamu chooses "Dymanaraja" ("Dymanaraja": 2800/1000 → 3300/1000). Zuwijo activates the effect of "Elysium", allowing him to send a card from his hand to the Graveyard to change a face-up monster Yuamu controls to face-down Defense Position and have "Elysium" gain 500 ATK until the end of this turn, then if Zuwijo sent a monster to the Graveyard for the requirement of this effect, "Elysium" cannot be destroyed by Yuamu's Trap effects this turn. Zuwijo sends "Pale Rider" from his hand to the Graveyard and changes "Dymanaraja" to face-down Defense Position. Since "Dymanaraja" is no longer face-up on the field, "QWERTY Keyblade" is destroyed. Zuwijo activates the effect of "Black Dwarf" since it was Normal Summoned this turn, allowing him to Special Summon a Level 4 DARK Galaxy Normal Monster from his Graveyard. Zuwijo Special Summons "Pale Rider" (1600/0) from his Graveyard. Zuwijo activates the Equip Spell "Tyrfing", equipping it to a DARK Galaxy monster he controls. Zuwijo equips "Tyrfing" to "Elysium". The effect of "Tyrfing" causes the equipped monster to gain 400 ATK and grants it the ability to inflict piercing battle damage ("Elysium": 3000/2000 → 3400/2000). "Elysium" attacks and destroys Yuamu's Set "Dymanaraja" (Yuamu: 4000 → 1600 LP). "Pale Rider" attacks and destroys "Applizard" (Yuamu: 1600 → 1500 LP). "Black Dwarf" attacks Yuamu directly (Yuamu: 1500 → 0 LP).
