The following is a list of cards that feature characters that have appeared in the various Yu-Gi-Oh! anime/manga series in some form. This includes both cards with characters lifted directly from their source material and those with figures that bear a strong resemblance to a specific character or characters.

This list does not include Duel Monster Spirits (e.g. "Yubel"), "Number" spirits ("Number 96: Dark Mist"), or non-Ignis inhabitants of the Cyberse ("Linkuriboh"), who are all both cards and personifications of cards existing within the same medium; also excluded are Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Stories characters, which were likely created to have cards made after them, and generic "Token" cards.
