TCG Rulings
- The ATK increase for "Reinforced Human Psychic Borg" is permanent and can be increased during each of your turns.[1]
- Removing monsters from play is a cost to activate "Reinforced Human Psychic Borg's" Ignition Effect.[1]
OCG Rulings
- When "Reinforced Human Psychic Borg" increases its ATK by its effect, the increase lasts as long as "Reinforced Human Psychic Borg" remains face-up on the field. The ATK increase disappears if "Reinforced Human Psychic Borg" is removed from the field or flipped face-down.[3]
