OCG Rulings
- When "Reinforced Human Psychic Borg" increases its ATK by its effect, the increase lasts as long as "Reinforced Human Psychic Borg" remains face-up on the field. The ATK increase disappears if "Reinforced Human Psychic Borg" leaves the field or flipped face-down.[3]
