"Counter Counter":

The original printing of this card lacked the Counter Trap symbol, making it appear to be a Normal Trap, though there a version with said Counter Symbol was present in Tactical Evolution. This would have made it unplayable, since Normal Traps are Spell Speed 2, while Counter Traps are Spell Speed 3. This mistake was later fixed.
