Czar, known in Japan as Edogawa Yuri is the top duelist in North Academy until Chazz beats him. Afterwards, he and the rest of his gang fully support Chazz and cry when he decides to stay at Duel Academy. Czar's also seen a few flashbacks such as the one showing Lucien Grimley's defeat.
