The Kids' WB! Duel of Destiny promotional card was a promotional card available as part of the Kids' WB! "Duel of Destiny" promotion to celebrate the release of the three-part episode Return to Battle City of Season 3: Enter the Shadow Realm of the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime on Kids' WB!.[1]
The Kids' WB! "Duel of Destiny" Sweepstakes was a promotion run by Kids' WB! and 4Kids Entertainment[2] in the United States in 2004. Instructions to enter were included in the debut airing of Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Back to Battle City - Part 3" on Kids' WB! on May 15, 2004. 124: "[2] Entries could be submitted either via the website www.KidsWB.com or by sending in a postcard.[2] Entrants had answer a question correctly to be eligible to win.[3] 100 First Place winners and 1 Grand Prize winner were randomly selected from among the entrants.[2]
The Grand Prize winner received 4 VIP passes to the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2004, including hotel and travel accommodations.[2][4] Each of the First Place winners received 1 Exclusive Pack and 1 copy of the promotional card,[3][4] although they did not receive their prizes until the start of the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2004 on July 25, 2004.[5]
Additionally, a "Duel of Destiny" tournament was held by Kid's WB!. The 1st Place, 2nd Place, and 3rd Place winners of the tournament won passes to the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2004.[6]
