  • "Marauding Captain" can be equipped with "Heart of Clear Water" to prevent it from being destroyed by battle or effects that target as long as its ATK remains below 1300, thereby protecting your Warrior-Type monsters for longer periods.
  • If "Mist Body" is equip to a "Marauding Captain", your Warrior-Type monsters will be protected through its immunity to battle destruction. This is a good choice to go with if either your other copies of "Marauding Captain" lost earlier on in the Duel, or there is a need to stall.

With the effect of "Wayne", Special Summon a Level 3 Tuner from your hand, such as "Junk Synchron" or "XX-Saber Fulhelmknight". If possible, Synchro Summon again to bring out a powerful monster like "Junk Destroyer" or "Colossal Fighter".
