"Cyber Jar":

Despite what its name would imply (it initially sounds like it is a Machine-Type), as well as its mechanical appearance, this card is a Rock-Type monster.
The Anime depicts Cyber Jar's effect as having the Jar's eye open a black hole that sucks in all monsters. Then it self destructs. Although in some episodes, it will instead fire a beam from its eye, destroying all other monsters, before vanishing itself.
