"Toon Mermaid" was Special Summoned by Tributing "Red Archery Girl" when Toon World was on the controller's side of the field. Toon Mermaid could not be destroyed in battle with non-Toon monsters. If Toon Mermaid battles with a monster of equal ATK and the other monster was destroyed, the opponent loses 500 Life Points. If Toon World is destroyed, Toon Mermaid is destroyed too, but Red Archery Girl is Special Summoned back to the field.
- In episode 36, Maximillion Pegasus uses this card against Yami Yugi. He uses "Toon World" to transform "Red Archery Girl" into this card. After "Manga Ryu-Ran" attacks and destroys Yugi's set "Giant Soldier of Stone" and the former went back into "Toon World", Pegasus switches this card into Attack Position.
